Jacob’s soul puppet suddenly shifted its attention from his ’ditative’ state, and the next mont, Constant Baron-0 appeared in front of him.
"I hope you are bearing good news." Jacob impassively stated while looking at the cloaked figure of the Constant Baron-0.
Constant Baron-0 remained silent, but Jacob could feel her scrutinizing gaze on him; she might have sensed the change since this wasn’t his actual body. Nonetheless, Jacob didn’t care even if she could see through the soul puppet because it would change nothing.
"I have gathered the information on the Law Essences. The Fire, Earth, Wind, and Water are the most common law essences; almost all the elental galaxies can produce these four common-tier law essences. Organizations like the three absolute factions should have them, even our Tiless City has them. How much do you need? I can have them retrieve it." Constant Baron-0 revealed curtly, and she clearly didn’t figure out the identity of the soul puppet in front of her.
Jacob was slightly surprised but wasn’t by much, "Why didn’t you tell earlier? I need 15,000 drops for each elent’s law essence. What about others?"
"15,000 drops? Even the rarest superior-tier elents, like Space and Ti? Are you joking? Even in the history of the Legendary Plains, I’ve only heard there were about 1000 drops of Space law essence found, and even then, it raised a storm. As for the essence of the Ti law, there are no records related to it. Because anything related to ’Ti’ is very mysterious, and even if soone found sothing, they won’t be foolish enough to publish it."
Constant Baron-0 exclaid with incredulity as she wasn’t expecting Jacob to require so much Law Essence, and on top of that, he wants Law Essence of ten different elents, which include space and ti!

Constant Baron-0 trembled slightly when Jacob ntioned ’Dreamy’; she almost forgot who Jacob represented, and quickly changed her tone.
"Apologies, I was out of line. I can arrange for Fire, Earth, Wind, and Water Law Essences for you.
"Since you need such a large quantity, then the Law Essence of Life is in the hand of Witch Race, they are in the possession of an elental galaxy which is rich with life elent, scarce, and they won’t allow any outsider to enter because it’s their headquarters, just like the War Giants’ Enigma Elental Galaxy.
"The Law Essence of Dark is under the Dark Kingdom’s control, another elental galaxy, but this galaxy is open to Dark Count, and above Dark Nobles. Lightning Essence is rare, but I have recently found a source, and I’m currently working on figuring it out. It won’t be long.
"Which again, left us with the Law Essence of Space, Ti, and Void. Truth be told, I never heard about the ’Void’ elent before, and the only void I’m familiar with is the Universal Void between the boundary of Lesser, Middle, and Upper Plains. ’I don’t need lightning law essence anyone, and after I got those four common-tier law essences, I can go after the Life and Dark law essences now that I know their locations. But just as she said, the law of Void is really troubleso, since there is no information on it, and I don’t want to dive into the Universal Void.
’As for the laws of space and ti, what should be done? Do I have to use Wish to find these three law essences? Let’s gather the ones I can before worrying about the last three...’ Jacob thought.

Constant Baron-0 felt relief before she ambiguously said, "About our deal the other day..."

"Constant Baron-1 is about to make his move. Although I don’t know the details, Constant Baron-5 and Constant Baron-9 have summoned a few ’Noble Assassins’, and they wouldn’t have summoned them unless they’re planning to make a big move personally." Constant Baron-0 revealed.
Jacob’s eyes flickered when he heard ’Noble Assassin’ and couldn’t help but think about those ’disk freaks’ he had encountered in the past.
"What Noble Assassins?" Jacob has to confirm his guess since he got the chance to know more about them.
"Just like the Star Hackers, who are a branch of ATLAS, and their role is to be the face of ATLAS, and the Assassins are ATLAS’s hidden fighting force, and are fully ard. They do all the killing, and they can also be ’hired’ by Constants with Tiless Sand.
"But unlike us, the Assassins have no free will, they can’t think for themselves, and their only role is to obey the command of Tiless Hourglass, or the Constants allowed by the Tiless Hourglass.
