"Anxin...!" Mu Beiting turned to his side, looking down at her sleeping face, and called her na tentatively.
It was the first ti he called her na, and it sounded so intimate!
"Mmm...!" In her drowsy state, Ye Anxin seed to hear soone, muttering a response, holding Mu Beiting tighter, and her right leg draped over his abdon seed to feel sothing strange. She rubbed it with her calf but instead of smoothing out that bulge, it seed to grow larger.
"Mmm...!" After so effort, the sleeping Ye Anxin found that no matter how hard she tried, that thing seed to have rooted there, and she just couldn’t smooth it out.
Annoyed, Ye Anxin simply reached out and grabbed it, pulling it hard, trying to pull it away!
As soon as her hand grasped it, she heard a deep, muffled grunt beside her ear. The sound seed to carry a trace of pain and inexplicable excitent.
Hearing this sound, Ye Anxin’s movent paused for a mont. Just as she was about to remove her hand, it was held by a pair of strong hands.
Ye Anxin moved slightly, wanting to break free, but found that the hands holding hers tightened slightly, guiding her in a slow and rhythmic motion.
Vaguely, she seed to hear a familiar yet strange panting sound near her ear.
Ye Anxin did not wake up even as the motion beca faster and more frequent, her lips curled into a sweet smile, still sleeping soundly.
Finally, after so effort, Ye Anxin’s hand was finally free!
Mu Beiting gently removed her body from on top of him, took the tissues from the bedside table, wiped the liquid off her hand, then cleaned the accidental spill on the sheets. Only then did he lie back beside her, lifted her head to rest on his arm, held her in his arms, and went back to sleep with her.
That night, both Mu Beiting and Ye Anxin slept exceptionally deeply!
Ye Anxin practically slept until dawn, and when she opened her eyes, Mu Beiting was nowhere to be seen beside her.
Recalling the scenes of yesterday with Mu Beiting, Ye Anxin couldn’t help but smile.
Filled with happiness, Ye Anxin jumped out of the car, got ready as quickly as possible, changed into the new clothes Mu Beiting had bought her the day before, and happily went downstairs.
In the dining room, Ye Anxin saw the butler instructing the servants, and quickly asked with a smile, "Butler, where’s uncle? Did he go jogging or to the office?"
The butler answered truthfully, "Sir went to the office! Pete ca very early to pick him up!"
"Oh! Then I am off to school!" Ye Anxin nodded and was about to go upstairs to get her books, but the butler stopped her, "Madam, Sir said to have breakfast first and then he will send a car to take you!"
"Alright!" Since it was Mu Beiting’s arrangent, Ye Anxin readily agreed.
After breakfast, Ye Anxin took her book and got into the car the butler had arranged.
As soon as she got in the car, her phone suddenly rang! Ye Anxin took out her phone and realized it was an alarm she had set long ago.
It turns out today is her mother’s birthday! A long ti ago, she set a reminder on her phone for fear she might forget. Every year at this ti, she would buy a birthday cake to celebrate her mother’s birthday at ho.
Thinking of this, Ye Anxin quickly instructed the driver, "Please go to the nearest cake shop to my school first!"
"Yes!" The driver nodded and followed Ye Anxin’s instructions, taking her to a cake shop on the right of the school first.
"You can return after I order the cake. I’ll go to school on my own since it’s not far, just a few minutes’ walk!" she said, and after the driver nodded in agreent, she got out of the car.
After ordering the cake, Ye Anxin headed directly to school.
Before she even reached the school gate, she saw Ling Yueyue also heading to school from a distance.
Ye Anxin quickly caught up, hooked her arm around Yueyue’s shoulder, and smiled, "Finally, I’ve caught you! Tell , why didn’t you co to class last Friday?"
Ling Yueyue, lost in thought, was startled by the sudden appearance of Ye Anxin, looking at her in shock for a long ti, unable to co back to her senses.
Ye Anxin looked at her amused, "What’s wrong? Seeing like you’ve seen a ghost? Did I scare you?"
"Anxin, why... why are you here?" Ling Yueyue’s eyes flickered with guilt, wavering and not daring to look at Ye Anxin.
Seeing her expression, Ye Anxin gradually sensed sothing was wrong, let go of her shoulder, touched her forehead, and asked with concern, "Yueyue, what’s wrong? Are you feeling unwell?"
Ling Yueyue shook her head vigorously, stamring in denial, "No... no, I’m fine!"
Ye Anxin raised an eyebrow, clearly not believing her, "Are you really okay?"
Under Ye Anxin’s probing gaze, Ling Yueyue suddenly felt a pang of guilt, biting her lip, keeping her head down, not making a sound.
"Yueyue, what really happened? We’re best friends, tell if sothing’s wrong. If I can help, I absolutely will!" Never seeing Ling Yueyue like this, Ye Anxin grew even more anxious.
Ling Yueyue hung her head, closed her eyes, taking deep breaths repeatedly. After a while, she lifted her head resolutely, opened her eyes, gave Ye Anxin a firm pat on the arm, and with a smile said, "I’m really fine. It’s just that my mom called the other day saying she was a bit unwell. I was worried, so I was a bit out of it!"
Ye Anxin, taking it seriously, promptly asked with concern, "Is Aunt okay? Should we bring her to Jin City for a check-up?"
Ling Yueyue nodded, "She’s fine now. Don’t worry, if she doesn’t feel well, I’ll bring her for a check-up!"

The whole day, Ye Anxin kept an eye on Ling Yueyue, afraid she had other worries.
It turned out she was overthinking! The whole day, Ling Yueyue returned to her forr tomboy self, showing no trace of the heavy-hearted morning.
Gradually, Ye Anxin put it to the back of her mind, not dwelling on it.
After school, Ye Anxin went to the bathroom and made a call to Mu Beiting.
The call connected after a few rings.
Ye Anxin was the first to speak, "Uncle...!"
"Hmm!" Mu Beiting’s deep voice ca from the other end of the phone.
Ye Anxin thought for a while before saying, "Uncle, today is my mom’s birthday, I want to go ho to celebrate with her! So, I won’t be ho for dinner tonight!" After speaking, she held her breath, quietly waiting for Mu Beiting’s reply.
