Just as she was staring at Pete in a daze, the door of the ward was pushed open! Mu Beiting walked in with milk tea and cake! As soon as he entered, he saw Ye Anxin staring blankly at Pete!

Ye Anxin insisted, "Co on, try it! It really tastes good, just one bite!" After speaking, she placed the cake directly onto his lips without waiting for his reaction!
Mu Beiting, frowning, slowly opened his mouth and ate the piece of cake Ye Anxin offered!
Watching Mu Beiting chew the cake, Ye Anxin blinked her big bright eyes and eagerly asked, "Isn’t it delicious?"
Mu Beiting forced the cake down and honestly replied, "Too sweet!"
"It’s cake, it’s supposed to be sweet, otherwise it wouldn’t be called cake!" Ye Anxin chuckled, offering another bite to him and then gazing at him with a silly grin.
Mu Beiting frowned even more deeply, yet still opened his mouth and ate the cake Ye Anxin offered!
Ye Anxin squinted and smiled, feeding the remaining cake to Mu Beiting bite by bite!
Seeing Mu Beiting frown more and more deeply but still enduring and eating the cake she offered, Ye Anxin suddenly felt sweet inside, even sweeter than having eaten the cake herself!
After feeding him the rest of the cake, Ye Anxin didn’t forget to offer the milk tea to Mu Beiting, "Uncle, take a sip, soothe your throat!"
Mu Beiting took the straw in his mouth and reluctantly sipped a little, then tightly furrowed his brows again!
"Cake with milk tea, a perfect match! It’s my favorite!" Ye Anxin laughed heartily and then lowered her head, taking big sips of the remaining milk tea!

Upon seeing Pete looking at them unabashedly, his eyes suddenly turned cold!
Pete was startled again, quickly lowered his head, picked up the docunts from the floor, and buried himself back in his work! As for what he absorbed, or how much, only he would know!
Mu Beiting turned his gaze to Ye Anxin, and his long fingers unconsciously touched his lips where Ye Anxin had kissed, a beautiful curve lifting at the corner of his mouth!
Ye Anxin continued to lower her head, embarrassedly saying, "Uncle, you should get to work! I won’t disturb you anymore! I’ll take a nap! You’ve already delayed several days for !"
"Then you have a good rest! Let know if you need anything!" Mu Beiting nodded, stood up, and gently guided Ye Anxin to lie down, carefully covering her with a blanket! Only after Ye Anxin closed her eyes did he head to the sofa!
