Huo Junmo smiled at Ye Anxin and said, "Miss Ye, the desserts here are also excellent, you should try them!"
"Hmm!" Ye Anxin nodded.
The waiter turned around and walked out the door. Before he could close the door for them, he saw a figure suddenly rush in from outside!
The waiter was taken aback by the sudden scene.
Ye Anxin was also taken aback, raising her eyes to look at the person who had suddenly co in! When she saw who it was, her heart jolted with surprise, and she quickly lowered her head, not wanting the person to see her face!
Unfortunately, no matter how she tried to dodge, the person had already seen her clearly, and directly ca over to sit next to her, grinning as he said, "Anxin, what are you doing here? How coincidental! You’re eating here, why didn’t you invite your dad to join you?"
The person was none other than Father Ye, Ye Anxin’s father!
The waiter was about to co in and drag him out, but paused upon hearing his words, unsure whether to enter or leave.
Since there was no way to avoid it, Ye Anxin had to raise her head and ask, "Why are you here? Where’s mom?"
Ye Anxin’s words directly acknowledged the relationship between them! Huo Junmo looked up and made a gesture to the waiter, who nodded silently, closed the door for them, and left.
Father Ye gave Ye Anxin a glance and picked up her used bowl and chopsticks, unapologetically devouring the food in big mouthfuls! As he ate, he said, "Didn’t I tell you, I got a job here as a cleaner! This is my first day, I didn’t expect to run into you!"
Hearing this, Ye Anxin’s mouth twitched twice. She turned to Huo Junmo and apologized sincerely, "Mr. Huo, I’m sorry, I didn’t expect to et my dad here! My dad is just like this, straightforward personality, I hope you don’t mind!" As she said the last part, Ye Anxin herself couldn’t continue! Her guilty eyes dared not et Huo Junmo’s.
This person was her dad, she couldn’t very well tell soone that her dad was a nuisance, right? Besides, this was her biological father, no matter how much she disliked him, he was still her dad!
"No problem, let Uncle enjoy his al!" After saying this, he asked Father Ye, "Uncle, is this enough? If not, I can order more for you!"
"Enough, enough, it’s so much, it’s enough! I’ve never eaten anything so good in my life!" Father Ye nodded repeatedly, his mouth full of oil yet unaware, his manner of gobbling down food was just like he had been released from a hungry cell, eager to swallow everything on the table.
"Dad...!" Seeing his eating habits, Ye Anxin’s pretty face flushed slightly, gently tugging his hem with her hand, continuously sending him signals to eat more gracefully!
Father Ye ignored it, continuing to eat by himself.
Noticing Ye Anxin’s embarrassnt, Huo Junmo comforted, "Miss Ye, it’s fine, let Uncle eat!"
Ye Anxin glared at Father Ye, although she felt apologetic about his behavior and manners, she didn’t say anything further!
She understood her father, a stubborn person who simply wouldn’t listen to whatever was said! Therefore, saying it was in vain.
Only after he was full, did Father Ye satisfactorily burp, sloppily wiping the oil off his mouth with the back of his hand, looking at Huo Junmo, he asked ingratiatingly, "Sir, what is your relationship with our Anxin? Why have I never seen you before?"
Ye Anxin’s face turned even redder, warningly shouted, "Dad...!"
Before Huo Junmo could speak, Huo Jiantian interjected, "This is my dad, she’s my stepmom, what do you think their relationship is?"
