[POV - Yuuki Rito] [Yuuki Residence - Right After the Revelation]

HUMMM...

I sat there, listening to every word coming from the Vali Team mbers' mouths. Kidnapping Ophis's power. Resurrected evil dragons. Gods in conspiracy. The complete nu of "things that can destroy the world".

And they wanted Ophis to stay here.

With .

In my house.

Tap. Tap. Tap.

My fingers drumd on the table while I processed. It wasn't a bad idea, honestly. Where would be safer than beside the literal reincarnated God?

But there was a problem.

If Ophis stayed here, they would co. Rizevim. Loki. The evil dragons. The entire damn Khaos Brigade. And when they ca, they weren't going to knock on the door politely asking permission.

They were going to raze everything.

And that included Sainan.

My hotown.

CRACK.

I clenched my fist, feeling the power pulse beneath my skin like contained electricity.

No. I wasn't going to let that happen.

Normally, people would create a barrier around the house. Maybe the entire property if they were ambitious. A bounded field creating security for personal space.

But I rembered sothing important.

My father still lived in the city. The eccentric Mangaka who spent nights awake drawing. My school friends — Saruyama, Kenichi, all of them. Normal people living normal lives, with no idea of the kind of supernatural shit that existed in the world.

And I was going to keep it that way.

Stand.

I stood up from the chair, ignoring the curious looks around .

— Excuse — I murmured. — I need to do sothing.

Lala tilted her head.

— Rito? Where are you going?

— Just outside — I replied, already walking to the door. — I'll be back in five minutes.

SLIDE.

The door slid open, and I went out to the garden.

**

WHOOOOSH.

The night wind blew, carrying the sll of flowers and moist earth. I closed my eyes, taking a deep breath.

I could feel it. Every inch of Sainan. Every street, every house, every person sleeping peacefully without knowing the danger lurking in the shadows.

And I was going to protect all of it.

Not just the house. Not just the block.

The entire city.

HUMMMMM...

I let the power flow. Not explosively. In a controlled way. Precise. Like a surgeon making a perfect incision.

I began to weave.

First, the base. A Reality Marble — not in the traditional sense of replacing reality, but creating a layer over it. An overlapping dinsion that existed in the sa space but at a different frequency.

SHIMR...

Reality shimred around like heat rising from asphalt.

Then, elents of Dinsional Barrier from the DxD world. Dinsional walls that isolated not just space, but ti. Anyone trying to force entry would be caught in a temporal loop, eternally knocking on the sa door without ever managing to cross.

CRACKLE... CRACKLE...

Golden lines began to appear in the air, invisible to the common eye but bright to mine. Like a cosmic spider web spreading across the city.

And then, the final piece.

God-Class Domain.

A divine territory. The type of barrier that only beings of Shiva level or above could even detect, much less penetrate.

FWOOOOOOOM!

The power exploded from in a silent wave, invisible, but absolutely overwhelming. It felt like screaming in silence — all the force, no sound.

The barrier expanded.

One kiloter.

Five kiloters.

Ten.

WHOMP.

And stopped exactly at Sainan's borders. Perfect. Complete. Absolute.

GASP.

I fell to my knees, not from exhaustion — this had barely scratched my reserves — but from the weight of what I had just done.

I had literally isolated an entire city from supernatural reality.

**

Breathe... breathe...

I stood up slowly, dusting off my pants. I looked around. Nothing seed different. The street lights still shone. The crickets still sang. Everything... normal.

But it wasn't.

HUMMM...

I closed my eyes again, feeling the barrier. Testing each layer.

The first layer was selective. Normal people — humans without supernatural power — could enter and exit freely. For them, Sainan was just a normal city. Nothing changed.

But supernatural beings?

Nope.

Angels, demons, gods, yokai, anything with power above human trying to enter would hit an invisible wall. Not a physical wall. A conceptual wall. Like trying to enter a place that simply didn't exist for you.

The second layer was active rejection. If soone tried to force entry — say, a stubborn god like Loki — the barrier didn't just block. It pushed back. With force proportional to the power used.

The stronger the attack, the stronger the rejection.

Third power: temporal redirection. Anyone trapped in the barrier trying to force passage would be stuck in a loop. Sa second, sa action, repeating infinitely until they gave up.

Nasty.

And the cherry on top?

Dinsional concealnt.

The entire city now existed half a step outside normal reality. Even if soone managed to locate Sainan on a map, when they physically arrived here, they wouldn't find anything. Just empty field.

Unless I allowed them to see.

SNAP.

I snapped my fingers, satisfied.

— This is far superior to the Longinus Dinsion Lost — I murmured to myself. — Georg is going to have a fit if he finds out.

Dinsion Lost could create isolated spaces, mists that confused senses. But this? This was another league entirely.

This was a divine fortress.

No one entered without my permission. Not even Shiva. Not even Great Red.

Especially not Great Red. That red dragon had a history of appearing where he wasn't called.

**

SLIDE.

I went back inside. Everyone looked at .

— Resolved — I said simply.

— Resolved? — Vali repeated, eyebrow raised.

— Ophis can stay at my house — I explained, sitting back down. — But you'll need to buy a house in the city if you want to stay nearby.

— Why? — Kuroka asked, tails moving curiously.

I smiled. It wasn't a gentle smile.

— Because I just created a barrier around all of Sainan. Normal people can enter and exit normally. But beings like gods, spirits, anything supernatural? — I paused dramatically. — They won't be able to enter unless I let them.

SILENCE.

Absolute silence.

Then Arthur spoke, voice careful:

— You... you created a barrier around the entire city?

— Yes.

— A barrier that blocks gods?

— Yes.

— ...How?

— Trade secret — I shrugged. — But basically, I combined Reality Marble from Fate, Dinsional Barriers from DxD, and a touch of God-Class Domain. Result? Impenetrable fortress.

Bikou whistled, impressed.

— That's... man, that's absurd.

— It's necessary — I corrected. — If Khaos Brigade cos after Ophis, they'll find a wall. And not a wall they can tear down.

Vali looked at with that new understanding of his.

— You isolated the entire city from supernatural reality — he said slowly. — Basically created a sanctuary.

— Exactly — I confird.

Ophis, who had been quiet this whole ti, finally spoke:

— Safe.

— Very safe — I assured.

She looked at with those empty eyes, but there was sothing there. Gratitude? Hard to say with Ophis.

— Thank you — she said simply.

And coming from her, that ant a lot.

**

STAND.

The Vali Team stood up, ready to leave.

— We'll look for houses in the city tomorrow — Arthur said. — And Vali... — he looked at his friend. — Congratulations. On the transcendence.

— Thank you — Vali responded. — And Rito... — he looked at . — Thank you. For everything.

I just nodded.

Kuroka approached, hugging Vali once more before leaving. Her two tails wrapped around him possessively.

— Don't take long to visit, nya — she purred.

— I won't — he promised.

FWOOSH.

One by one, they left. Through the front door like normal people, because the barrier recognized them as "authorized" now.

When the door closed, I finally relaxed.

Sigh.

— What a day — I murmured.

Lala snuggled against my side.

— You did sothing incredible, Rito.

— I did what was necessary — I corrected. — But there's still work to do.

— Work? — Mikan asked.

— Yes — I picked up my phone. — I need to call Michael. He needs to know about Khaos Brigade's plan. And he'll inform the other factions.

DIAL.

I dialed the number. It rang three tis.

CLICK.

— Rito — Michael's voice ca, always calm. — What happened?

— Michael — I said seriously. — We have a problem. A big problem.

And I began to explain everything.

[POV - Michael] [Vatican - Office]

CLICK.

I hung up the phone, processing every word Rito had said.

HUMMM...

I stood up from the chair, walking to the window. Outside, the Vatican slept peacefully. With no idea of the approaching storm.

Khaos Brigade. Rizevim Livan Lucifer. Ophis being targeted. Resurrected evil dragons. Attack planned during the peace eting.

Each piece of information was part of an extrely dangerous puzzle.

TAP. TAP. TAP.

My fingers drumd on the windowsill as I formulated the plan.

— Gabriel — I called calmly.

SHIMR.

She appeared instantly, as she always did.

— Yes, Michael?

— We need to convene an ergency eting — I said, keeping my voice controlled. — With Azazel and the Satans.

— All four? — she asked, understanding the gravity.

— All four — I confird. — The situation demands it.

She nodded and disappeared without questioning.

DIAL.

I picked up the phone again. First, Azazel.

RING... RING... CLICK.

— Michael — Azazel's lazy voice ca from the other side. — I hope this is important. I was in the middle of so interesting research.

— Rizevim is moving — I said directly. — And his plan could restart the Great War.

PAUSE.

The silence on the other end lasted exactly three seconds. When Azazel spoke again, all the laziness was gone.

— Send the details. I'll be there in twenty minutes.

CLICK.

I hung up. Next: the Satans.

I called Sirzechs directly.

RING... RING... CLICK.

— Michael — Sirzechs answered, voice neutral but attentive. He could always discern when it was official. — I presu this is urgent.

— Ergency eting — I inford. — I have intelligence about Khaos Brigade movents. Rizevim is planning sothing involving draining Ophis's power and resurrected evil dragons.

SILENCE.

The silence on the other end was heavy, controlled. Sirzechs processing.

— I understand — he said finally, voice cold. — Ajuka, Serafall, and Falbium will be inford. We'll be there in half an hour.

— I appreciate the speed — I replied.

— Michael — Sirzechs said before hanging up. — If this information is accurate... this changes everything.

— I know — I confird. — That's why the eting.

CLICK.

I hung up.

WHOOSH.

Gabriel returned, silent as always.

— Everyone has been inford — she reported. — Azazel confird arrival in twenty minutes. The Satans in thirty.

— Perfect — I sat in the chair, interlacing my fingers on the desk. — Prepare the conference room. And Gabriel...

— Yes?

— This remains absolutely confidential until the eting. No leaks.

She nodded, understanding.

FWOOSH.

And disappeared.

I was alone in the office, looking at the photo on the wall. An old photo. From the ti before the war. Before everything fell apart.

TIC... TAC... TIC... TAC...

The clock on the wall counted the seconds.

Each second brought us closer to the storm.

But this ti, we would be prepared.

This ti, we wouldn't let them catch us off guard.

HUMMM...

I closed my eyes, saying a silent prayer.

Not to myself.

But to the Father who had returned.

To Rito, who carried that impossible burden.

— May we be equal to the challenge — I whispered to the void.

And the void, sohow, seed to respond.

With hope.
