His tone indicated that he was ready to kill to keep her silent. Qiao Qiao nodded, utterly unaware that soone had just saved her life!
Gu Jizhou looked at Qiao Qiao, "Get out of the car and take a cab back."
He took his wallet from beside him, took out two hundred yuan, and threw it at Qiao Qiao.
Qiao Qiao did not take it. "I still have enough money for a cab!"
She opened the car door and got out, glanced at her injured arm with a frown, then jogged along the roadside down from the overpass and hailed a taxi.
