Hearing Huo Bei’s voice, Huo Jinnan grunted in acknowledgent and glanced at the direction of the ward. Before he had ti to hang up the call, he heard Huo Bei’s next words, which sent a chill through his body, layering his eyes with icy frost.
"What ti?"
Could it be that the gentleman was planning to keep the appointnt?
He had thought the gentleman would refuse!
Huo Bei stood there, struggling to imagine the gentleman’s expression at the mont and reported the ti in a low voice.
Huo Jinnan did not say anything, ended the call, and looked down at the cigarette in his hand. His eyes were as cold as if they had just been ward up
Che Huan had been waiting for quite so ti for him to enter, but when she left the ward and saw him standing there, she walked a few steps, went around to the front, raised her head to look at Huo Jinnan, and in an instant, collided with that blade-like gaze devoid of any warmth.
Seeing Che Huan, much of the coldness in Huo Jinnan’s eyes receded. He casually extinguished the cigarette butt, "Why did you co out?"
Seeing the clarity and brightness in her eyes, which clearly reflected himself, he raised his hand and gently touched the corner of Che Huan’s eye with his fingertip.
Che Huan’s face flushed red, her fair complexion adorably poignant against the sunlight.
Huo Jinnan’s eyes darkened considerably, and his slender fingers trailed from the corner of her eye to her hair, his voice as low and llow as water, "Tell aunty in a bit, and co out with ."

Che Huan’s heart suddenly ward, and she responded with a hum.
Huo Jinnan gazed deeply at Che Huan, his captivating eyes locking onto hers, igniting a trace of warmth.
Che Huan’s heart suddenly started beating very fast, and she unwittingly held her breath.
Huo Jinnan pushed her against the wall, bowed his head, and left a kiss on her forehead before stepping back, "Go on, tell aunty."
It took a while for Che Huan to calm her breathing before she turned and fled.
After a while, she ca out with her bag.
Huo Jinnan naturally took her hand and made a phone call, "Axue, Abei, I won’t be back tonight, you guys take care of mom over here."
After hanging up, he walked towards the elevator and pressed "down."
Che Huan looked at Huo Jinnan, rembering the expression he had when she had co out earlier, "Who were you talking to earlier?"
"Huo Bei."
Huo Jinnan’s thin lips revealed two words.
Huo Bei?
What had Huo Bei said to make his expression so cold?
Che Huan bit her lip and did not ask further, standing by his side, she leaned a little closer to him.
Huo Jinnan saw her movent, wrapped his arm around her waist and pulled her tightly against him, pressing the button for the basent level.
Arriving at the underground parking garage, they got into the car and Huo Jinnan drove directly back to Nanyuan Villa.
Huo Bei had already prepared their clothes, which were placed in Huo Jinnan’s room.
They went upstairs to his room. Huo Jinnan closed the door and started changing clothes with no hesitation.
Che Huan stood to the side, torn between looking and not looking. Hearing the sound of the belt being undone, she turned her head away. After a mont, she turned back to see that his slender fingers were holding the belt, still unbuckled, as he looked in her direction.
Che Huan blushed, "I’ll help you tie your tie."
As soon as she finished speaking, she quickly grabbed the tie next to her, stepped up to Huo Jinnan, stood on tiptoe, and wrapped the tie around his enticing neck. Her eyes dared not drift downward, fixated on his chiseled jaw, her fingers fumbling to tie his tie.
Huo Jinnan’s Adam’s apple bobbed as he glanced at Che Huan, raised his hand to check his wristwatch. There wasn’t much ti left, and he fastened his belt with refined grace, spontaneously picked up the brand-new suit, and glanced at Che Huan, "Are you done?"
