Thinking of these two, I felt that there were still many unknown stories between them.
Upon seeing Che Huan and Huo Jinnan entering the door after changing into their slippers, I smiled at Che Huan, my gaze then settling on Huo Jinnan, significantly cooler.

The old lady was there, looking dazed.

The old lady uttered an "oh," looked back at the little one with a kind tone, "Xiaosan, well, he doesn’t live here. Only your maternal grandparents live here."
Turning to Wen Ru, she looked cautiously in Wen Ru’s direction. Although Wen Ru seed cool and distant, she hadn’t given the old lady any unpleasant looks, yet, rembering how she once looked down on Wen Ru and thought Huo Jinyun was a good match, agreeing to the Huo Family’s marriage proposal which indirectly led to the subsequent tragedy, she felt like a thief in her heart.
Wen Ru, feeling the old lady’s gaze upon her and recalling the abruptly ended conversation outside the courthouse that day, let her own eyes fall on the old lady.
