"Can’t save him? Why?" Several local people checked the Caucasian man earlier and found numerous scars on his arms, legs, and neck, with some liquid-like tentacles remaining on the wounds.

"Stung by a poisonous jellyfish? Blood poisoning, he’ll die within half an hour without timely medical treatment," afraid Xiao Xian still didn’t believe it, someone opened the young Caucasian man’s eyes for her to examine.

As his eyelids were lifted, his pupils already showed irregular signs of dilating.

"You guys dial for an ambulance first, I’ll be right back," worried the locals were afraid of trouble from a death, none dared let Xiao Xian leave. In a rush, she reversed her hand and locked the local who tried to stop her, leveraging on his shoulder, she lightly and swiftly leaped over him.

The locals only saw a blur as the female tourist had already run far ahead.

Not long after, the female tourist came running back, pulling along a stern-looking man behind her.

"Rescuing someone is like fighting a fire, don’t ask too many questions, quickly check if this person can be saved," in the waiting hall, Wang Shuai was sitting fortably when Xiao Xian dragged him without much explanation.

Seeing the person lying on the ground, Wang Shuai understood immediately.

"He’s poisoned," Wang Shuai waved his hand for the surrounding locals to step aside, then rolled up his sleeves and undressed the Caucasian man’s shirt.

On his chest, adorned with golden hair, were numerous irregular bluish-purple spots.

"It’s neurotoxic poisoning, looking at the wounds..." Wang Shuai carefully examined the injured parts.

"Jellyfish, a poisonous jellyfish," reminded a few locals in the know.

Surrounded by islands, the Hawaii Islands are rich in fishery resources. Every year, many tourists e to the islands for various types of sea fishing. Some guests also like to rent yachts for deep-sea fishing.

There are also some guests who enjoy peacefulness, preferring to avoid the bustling nearshore beaches, seeking a quiet place to dive or swim.

No matter the type, they have a feature: they like going solo, making them the most accident-prone group.

This unfortunate drowning tourist likely belongs to one of these categories, encountering a jellyfish floating in the sea shortly after diving, due to the rising tide.

Judging by the many tentacle scars, the jellyfish must have been quite large.

"It’s tricky, his breath is very weak, if I directly use Spiritual Energy guidance, it might impact his heart already damaged by toxins, better to get him to a hospital for a cardiac stimulant," Wang Shuai, listening to the man’s barely audible heartbeat, suggested.

"No other methods? I’ve asked around, the nearest emergency room is at the airport, but its equipment is basic and lacks the stimulants you mentioned," the predicament faced by the Caucasian man bore some resemblance to Yu Shan Yang’s previous experiences, overly fragile bodies treated by external force could harm vital organs.

"Got it, this might work," Xiao Xian pulled out a piece of Purple Ginseng. Before departing this time, to be prepared, Xiao Xian specifically asked Huang Yaoshi to cut a piece of Purple Ginseng, part of it given to Zhuo Feng for nourishment, with the rest distributed among her and Yiyi in their luggage.

While Purple Ginseng can’t detoxify directly, it can vitalize blood and energy. Xiao Xian pried open the young Caucasian man’s mouth, placed a piece of Purple Ginseng inside, and poured in several gulps of water.

"What is she doing?" The locals were puzzled by Xiao Xian’s actions.

"Don’t make noise; could you kindly bring over a sunshade and a lot of water?" Wang Shuai needed to manage the timing, ensuring not to miss their flight.

As the medicinal effects of the Purple Ginseng slowly entered the man’s body, his plexion began improving, with the toxic spots gradually fading.

Wang Shuai noticed his chest rising and falling more noticeably and his breathing strengthening, then used the Spiritual Guidance Technique to clear the toxins within him once more.

A dozen minutes later, the ambulance arrived. The man’s dilated pupils regained focus, relieving Xiao Xian and Wang Shuai.

"What did you have him swallow just now? Judging by the aroma, it must be ginseng, but I’ve never heard of any purple ginseng available in Shanghai?" Wang Shuai recalled the ginseng Xiao Xian fed the drowning victim.

"There are many things you don’t know; luckily, in his misfortune, he still retained some good fortune. Missing either of us, he wouldn’t have made it. Let’s hope he learns a lesson this time and avoids venturing into deep sea casually next time," Xiao Xian noted Wang Shuai’s slight fatigue, likely caused by the energy expenditure from using the Spiritual Guidance Technique.

As they were about to head back, a group of Hawaiian maidens wearing grass skirts and adorned with vibrant flowers approached, each holding a garland of multicolor flowers.

Everyone chanted "Aloha," within moments, Xiao Xian and Wang Shuai’s necks were draped in garlands, leaving Wang Shuai’s face dotted with several bright lip prints.

When Xiao Xian and Wang Shuai returned to the airport, each had over a dozen garlands around their necks. Yiyi noticed the lip marks on Wang Shuai’s face, huffed playfully, and placed a newly bought Hawaiian straw hat onto Qu Yang’s head.

The hurried half-day layover in Hawaii ended in a blink. Yiyi amassed a bounty from duty-free shops, some sent back home, while others stayed with the five of them as they journeyed onward to the United States.

After the Caucasian man was sent to the hospital and regained consciousness, he asked the locals to find the man and woman who saved him. Unfortunately, according to airport staff, the man and woman only stayed at the airport for half a day. After the afternoon transfer, they flew straight out. Their next destination was believed to be the United States. (To be continued. If you enjoy this work, feel free to e to Qidian () to vote for remendation tickets and monthly tickets.
