However, there was a glaring, fatal flaw in that logic. As demonstrated by Emiya, manifesting a localized Reality Marble inside an opponent's body caused catastrophic physical rupturing. This explicitly proved that a materialized Reality Marble possessed actual, physical mass.

Once Lucian's ntal Landscape transford into the physical [Sea of Illusions], every single [World Bubble] he spawned would carry literal, physical weight. Could his 'container' actually support the crushing gravity of infinite worlds?

The answer was an absolute, mathematical 'No'.

Hephaestus's advice was invaluable. She had preemptively solved the most catastrophic bottleneck regarding the Sea of Illusions' future expansion.

"I understand." Lucian's eyes sharpened with realization. "I'll execute the severance protocol on the Sea of Illusions, forge a centralized core map, and then test the equilibrium equation."

With the goddess's blessing, Lucian imdiately initiated the sequence.

Currently, his internal equation was: Lucian's Mind = Sea of Illusions = ntal Energy Magic Slots.

Utilizing the absolute authority of [Rule Creation], he surgically cleaved his raw ntal energy away from the infrastructure of the Sea of Illusions.

The procedure was a success. The Ga Board was now a conceptually independent frawork. However, it wasn't an absolute severance; the Sea of Illusions remained firmly rooted within his soul, acting as an integrated hard drive. By manually funneling his ntal energy into the system, he could still seamlessly cast his three core spells.

Short of a literal True Red Dragon God Emperor materializing to hijack his soul, it was fundantally impossible for anyone to steal his Ga Board.

"[Severance protocol complete—Initiating core map compilation.]"

Lucian's cognitive processing went into hyper-drive. As his ntal energy burned rapidly, a microscopic, shimring bubble materialized deep within the dark expanse of the Sea of Illusions.

The Core Map: [Divine Court].

Since this is just a beta test, I'll pause the rendering here, Lucian thought, halting the expansion. Next, he injected the crucial equilibrium equation into the source code.

[Equation: The physical mass and total volu of the World Bubbles shall dictate the structural integrity and maximum capacity of the Sea of Illusions.]

The exact millisecond the rule locked into place, Lucian's ntal energy violently plumted, draining so fast it terrified him. He instantly aborted the sequence.

That sensation just now... it felt like the Sea of Illusions suddenly gained actual, physical mass?

No, that's not exactly right. It felt more like the Sea of Illusions had spontaneously generated an entirely new classification of energy, distinct from standard ntal power.

Wait. Does this an that by establishing the equilibrium equation, the Sea of Illusions naturally acquired a unique energy signature and physical properties? He rapidly relayed the terrifying discovery to Hephaestus. The goddess's eyes widened in genuine shock.

Only a system breaker like Lucian could casually stumble upon an entirely new classification of energy during a routine beta test.

"The equilibrium rule is structurally sound. But forcing the Sea of Illusions to physically expand is going to require an astronomical energy catalyst." Hephaestus analyzed the situation. "Could you theoretically lt down massive quantities of magic stones and fuse them directly into the Sea of Illusions?"

Lucian imdiately frowned.

The risk is too high. If he hard-coded that equation, it would beco the absolute, foundational bedrock of his existence. If a high-density World Bubble spawned, violently expanding the Sea of Illusions, and he lacked the required energy to stabilize the growth... his soul would literally collapse under the strain.

While he could code ergency fail-safes like 'Halt Expansion' or 'Throttle Rendering Speed', relying on magic stones was rely a band-aid. He needed a genuine, infinite reactor core.

The [Divine Court] was just the first step. It was ant to be his central hub, the primary staging ground. He wasn't trying to forge a single, lonely bubble; he was aiming to build a sprawling nexus of worlds—a literal galaxy of infinite possibilities.

Securing a colossal, unyielding energy source was his absolute top priority.

The Fla of Heaven was the sacred fire worshipped by the gods in the Olympian sector of Heaven, later stolen and dropped into the lower world by Protheus. Over millennia of exposure to the mortal realm, the fire had beco heavily corrupted, mutating into a highly aggressive, hyper-lethal entity. Acquiring it would be nearly impossible; if it fully detonated, it would instantly incinerate the entire surface of the planet.

Even if he successfully captured it, there was no guarantee his Sea of Illusions could safely contain it. He would have to engineer a highly specialized, heavily reinforced World Bubble exclusively designed to act as a containnt reactor for the fla.

I'll draft the frawork for the expansion rule, but I won't activate it yet. With a ntal command, Lucian compiled the code but left the trigger dormant. The ntal drain this ti was negligible, proving that writing the code was cheap, but actually running the physics engine was catastrophically expensive.

I'll sideline the Fla of Heaven for now. Focusing entirely on fully rendering the Divine Court hub cos first.

But energy... where the hell am I going to find an astronomical, non-lethal energy source? I can't seriously rely on grinding magic stones, right? The sheer kill count required would be apocalyptic.

Actually, aside from the Fla of Heaven, there was technically one other location that housed an imnse, pure energy source.

No... currently, it's highly lethal. Located in a small country outside Orario called Beltane lay the Spring of Life. By breaking down the spring water into raw magicules, he could harvest a massive volu of pure energy. The critical issue was that the spring had been catastrophically polluted by a Toxic Sli.

To utilize the spring, he would first have to assassinate the Sli, allowing the spring's natural purification cycle to flush the toxins. However, the Sli's main body had entrenched itself directly over the source of the spring, perpetually gorging on its life force and endlessly cloning itself. Even a fully coordinated raid team of First-Class adventurers would struggle to secure a kill.

What a massive headache.

Regardless, Phase 1 was a resounding success. He was just missing a battery. If all else failed, he would just aggressively mass-produce his permanent Mana Battery beasts and slowly snowball his reserves over ti.

"I'm satisfied with this for now." Feeling a deep sense of accomplishnt, Lucian stretched his arms overhead.

Suddenly, a sharp gasp echoed right behind him.

A young girl had tripped and fallen hard onto the cobblestones. She looked incredibly fragile.

Lucian stopped. He had been lost in thought, and she had clearly been distracted, accidentally bumping into his back.

But seriously, how weak do you have to be to collapse from a simple bump? Slightly bewildered, Lucian turned around and reached out to help her up. Before his hand could reach her, a highly agile adventurer practically materialized out of thin air, swiftly and gently pulling the girl back to her feet.

The girl was clutching a freshly bought bag of Jagamarukun in her hand. It was obvious the crowded street had forced her companion to briefly step away to buy food, leaving her alone for just a few seconds.

For a girl this incredibly frail, navigating the bustling streets of Orario alone was genuinely hazardous.

"You idiot, I told you not to wander off," the adventurer girl grumbled, her voice laced with deep concern and mild panic. She frantically scanned the fragile girl. "Are you hurt?"

"I'm perfectly fine. Thank you, Ai." The fragile girl smiled warmly.

She radiated a soft, comforting light, like a gentle morning sun. The sheer, unadulterated warmth and kindness in her voice were enough to make anyone's heart lt.

"My apologies," Lucian imdiately offered, realizing he was partially at fault for abruptly stopping in the middle of a busy walkway.

"No, it's entirely my fault. I wasn't watching where I was going, and I bumped into you," the girl apologized earnestly, bowing her head. "I'm so sorry, sir. I didn't an to interrupt your date with the Goddess."

"No harm done." Lucian smiled easily. "I'm Lucian from the Hephaestus Familia, and this is Lady Hephaestus, the Goddess of Forging. And you are?"

"I am teria, of the Hera Familia," she replied, her gentle smile unwavering, radiating a comforting warmth.

However, upon hearing that na, the pleasant atmosphere surrounding Hephaestus instantly evaporated.

The Hera Familia...
