"It's still quite a distance to the nearest city," Lucian remarked. He had materialized in the middle of a vast desert and used magic to check his bearings before calling out, "Balor."

"Coming~!"

A brilliant flash of light swept over him as the Djinn Equip manifested over Lucian's body. He imdiately launched himself into the sky.

The very mont Lucian arrived in this world, Ugo—residing within the Sacred Palace in its isolated higher dinsion—instantly detected the appearance of a foreign anomaly.

"A visitor from another world?" Ugo murmured, feeling a mix of profound curiosity and faint excitent.

Although he had predicted the theoretical existence of other parallel worlds over the countless years, this was the first ti a guest had actually arrived. Furthermore, he hadn't detected any signs of the world barrier being forcibly shattered, which only deepened his curiosity.

Just how did Lucian manage to appear in this world?

However, despite his curiosity, Ugo wouldn't take action unless Lucian actively tried to destroy the world.

As far as the new world was concerned, even though Ugo was technically a "Creator God," his primary policy was strict non-interference.

"The people of this world are still immature. I wonder if his arrival will be a blessing or a curse for them..." Ugo muttered softly. "But since it has already happened, worrying about it won't help. I'll just keep a close eye on him."

Lucian sighed as he hovered in the air above the city. "I'm here. To think it would be this place."

This was Qishan, the renowned oasis city in the desert.

The very beginning of the original story took place right here, and there was only one truly special character present in this location.

Morgiana, the original heroine.

After a brief mont of thought, Lucian activated his spell.

"Light Magic: Invisibility."

Completely erasing his figure and presence, Lucian smoothly descended upon the Lord's estate.

Qishan thrived on slave labor. The city's ruling lord was a man nad Jamil.

During his childhood, his private tutor had relentlessly taught him "thods for utilizing slaves," resulting in a violently twisted personality that took imnse pleasure in abusing them.

And that so-called private tutor was actually a prominent mber of this world's primary antagonist organization.

Al-Than. All of its mbers were fallen beings whose Rukh had been completely dyed black, extrely dangerous individuals who had been excluded from the world's natural circulatory system.

In Lucian's eyes, this entire group was just a bunch of raving lunatics who had suffered severe ntal contamination from an ancient god.

Arba in particular was a born psychopath—soone normal people could simply never comprehend.

It really is Morgiana.

Observing Morgiana from up close, the magical guidance confird without a doubt that she was the destiny coordinate that had drawn him here.

Short, red, shoulder-length hair, a strikingly cute face, and wearing nothing but a simple, tattered white cloth dress. Beneath her wide skirt hid heavy iron shackles chaining her bare ankles together.

The dark purple bruises caused by long-term chafing were a truly heartbreaking sight.

What should I do? Lucian fell into deep thought.

The current Morgiana was still a slave. Because of her traumatic childhood experiences, heavy, invisible chains had been locked firmly around her heart.

If he simply stepped forward and announced himself right now, any action he took would likely be completely aningless.

I'll start by getting rid of the Lord of Qishan, Jamil, Lucian decided instantly.

Heading straight to the center of the Lord's estate, he found Jamil diligently handling his official administrative affairs.

He wore a serious expression, looking sowhat handso and genuinely competent at his job.

However, he was a man with talent but no morals—a person with an utterly twisted soul. The greater his power and authority, the more severe the tragedy and harm he would inevitably cause.

Lucian narrowed his eyes slightly. Stepping silently behind the man, he gently reached out his hand.

In a re fraction of a second, Jamil's head was cleanly separated from his neck.

The man didn't even realize what had happened until his blood was already spilling rapidly across the floor and his vision began to fade into an eternal darkness.

Lucian casually placed the severed head on the desk, his gaze completely devoid of any emotional fluctuation.

Hm?

From his omniscient magical viewpoint, Lucian noticed Morgiana rapidly approaching his location.

The pull of destiny?

He pondered the implications of this, but soon had no ti to overthink it, because Morgiana appeared in the open doorway, staring blankly at the grueso scene before her.

Lucian placed a finger over his lips and chuckled softly. "Miss, you wouldn't want Jamil to be resurrected, would you?"

Resurrected?

Was this a joke?

Morgiana was confused, but overwhelmingly at a complete loss.

To be honest, seeing Jamil's head resting quietly on the office desk, with fresh crimson blood pooling everywhere, had caused her mind to go completely blank.

If it had been anyone else, she wouldn't have had such a massive psychological reaction.

But she had tried to run away once when she was very young. After being violently dragged back, she was brutally tortured by Jamil.

Since that day, her heart had been entirely sealed shut. She didn't dare muster even a single shred of defiance against him.

Yet, this terrifying person... was dead?

At that mont, Morgiana watched as the stranger casually tossed Jamil's head onto the floor.

It rolled a few tis before coming to a stop right at her feet.

For a mont, an inexplicable surge of pleasure rose from the depths of her heart.

"What is your na?" Lucian walked over, asking with a warm, gentle smile.

"Morgiana."

Morgiana was in a daze. The intense shock had completely robbed her of her wits, so when she heard Lucian's question, she answered subconsciously.

"That is a wonderful na," Lucian praised, before smoothly crouching down in front of her.

She shrank back slightly, but saw Lucian gently lift the hem of her skirt. This instantly caused a wave of deep inferiority to wash over her.

"You won't be needing these anymore."

With a crisp clack, the heavy iron shackles were unlocked and dropped heavily to the wooden floor.

"Healing magic."

A soft, warm light emanated from his hands, and Morgiana watched in sheer awe as the deep bruises, cuts, and scars on her ankles completely vanished without a trace.

"All done," Lucian stood back up, offering her a bright smile. "From today onward, you are free."

Free?

Staring at Lucian's smile, Morgiana finally felt a touch of reality returning to her shattered mind.

This man had killed Jamil, removed her heavy shackles, healed her scars, and then told her she was free.

Everything felt like a beautiful, impossible dream.

"My na is Lucian." Lucian offered her his hand. "May I have the honor of being your friend?"

Hearing his words and seeing his completely sincere expression and gesture, massive ripples ford in Morgiana's heart. No matter how hard she tried, she couldn't calm down.

Her deep-seated inferiority made her hesitate, but seeing Lucian's warm, encouraging gaze, she gathered every ounce of her courage and firmly grasped his hand.

At that mont, a genuine smile blossod from the absolute bottom of Lucian's heart.

The will of freedom had successfully taken its first crucial steps toward true liberation.

As for what would happen in the future, that would entirely depend on how he guided her next.

As these thoughts ran through his mind, Lucian casually snapped his fingers. "Puppet Control."

Visible, magical threads firmly connected to Jamil's severed head and body. Under Lucian's manipulation, the corpse slowly stood back up.

Morgiana instinctively shrank back in terror, but Lucian held her hand securely and comforted her, "Don't worry. Jamil is dead and he won't be coming back to life."

"I plan to take advantage of the fact that no one has noticed yet. I'll manipulate his body and use his identity to free all the slaves in Qishan."

Step two: forcefully emancipate every single slave in Qishan.

"This kind of cruel system is fundantally immoral. I can't just ignore it, but I needed to find the proper, bloodless thod," Lucian chuckled softly.

The absolute gentleness woven into his voice truly conquered her heart.

The windmill of destiny, which had been halted for so many years, finally began to turn once more.
