'Impossible! This speed was way too fast for a Level 3, Even if his Agility stat is S-rank, it shouldn't make completely lose track of him.'
It was a speed physically impossible to follow with the naked eye.

His body seemingly covered in a bright layer of Reiatsu armor that crackled wildly like leaping arcs of lightning.
This powerful technique greatly enhanced Rayleigh's attack power, speed, and defense.
This was Shunkō.
An advanced technique of Shunpo invented by the "Goddess of Flash," Yoruichi Shihōin.
Seeing that Vito had completely lost the ability to move, Rayleigh safely deactivated his Shunkō and slowly adjusted his breathing.
After successfully reaching Level 3, he could now utilize his Reiatsu much more flexibly.
If he truly wished, he could even actively employ the Quincy's Blut Vene and Blut Arterie while staying in his Shunkō state.
