After taking his share of the magic stones from Anakitty, Sion said goodbye to Riveria, "I live in the abandoned church in the Northwest district. You can find there if you ever need anything."
"The Loki familia's doors are always open to you as well. Just give them your na when you arrive," Riveria replied, nodding slightly in response.
They hadn't ventured too deeply today.

In short, the two hit it off perfectly.

After all, this was Orario, not the Mage kingdom of Altena.
Although she was mage and not a dedicated scholar, Riveria's skills were among the absolute best, even by Altena's standards.
However, given Sion's genius, it only took a few probing questions to completely drain Riveria's knowledge.
Even now, Riveria felt a lingering sense of inferiority because she could barely keep up with Sion.
From Sion she learnt that once an adventurer's fundantal control over Mind improved, usage of magic becos infinitely simpler.
Sion had essentially started research with a university level upfront, whilst the mages of this world were still in high school.
While they were busy trying to decipher archaic, classical texts word by word, Sion was already translating those concepts into modern applied sciences.
It was only natural that Sion would surpass these mages in such short period. It was simply a thodology the natives could not comprehend.
"Hm, the lights are on. Is teria back already?"
Returning to the Northwest district, Sion paused for a mont and then used his sonar detection.
The spell itself was subtle.
Alfia had only been able to sense teria using it earlier because teria was still a newbie.
However with sion's manipulation of mind.
When he used the spell, even a level 3 mage like Riveria could not sense it from close range.
At this distance, unless they possessed the exact sa type of sensory ability, it was impossible to perceive the mind he was releasing.

It could not only sense the life signal but also penetrate physical body to analyze the internal condition.
It could even form a 3D model in his mind. From the macroscopic to the microscopic, it covered almost everything.
Although there was still room for improvent, it had already far surpassed most sensory based spells granted by Falna.
"I'm back."
The door was not locked, so Sion opened it and walked in.
Looking directly at Alfia, he smiled and said, "Hello. My na is Sion, and I am teria's lover."
Alfia wore a black gothic dress. She had delicate features, pale yet incredibly beautiful silver hair, and heterochromatic eyes.
Coupled with her aloof personality, she reminded Sion of a certain soone.
"Welco back." teria smiled brightly, then gestured to Alfia.
"This is my twin."
"I see." With a heavy sigh, Alfia nodded coldly. "I'm Alfia."
Sion already had a rough understanding of Alfia's personality, so he did not take her coldness to heart.
Instead, he looked at teria and asked, "Why did you co back today? Aren't you celebrating at your Familia's estate?"
"Well... it's because my sister's health," teria said worriedly. "I want you to help her suppress the effects of her skill and condition her body."
Sion nodded, then turned his gaze to Alfia.
"..." Feeling a mix of helplessness and skepticism, Alfia finally nodded.
"Let's give it a try."
With Alfia's consent, Sion used a highly concentrated sonar detection spell specifically tuned to analyze various conditions.
Sensing the state of her internal organs, Sion was shocked.
How is this person even alive?
"Is there a way to treat it?" Alfia gazed calmly at Sion. Although she loathed the idea of owing a favor to the man who had seduced her sister, she'd not turn down the chance to live a little longer for teria's sake.
"My current spells can only suppress your skill recoil by about thirty percent, perhaps even lower... The magical formula needs to be completely redesigned to handle this level of strain," Sion stated honestly.
Sion had formulated a theoretical concept for a stronger suppression spell in the past, but the required Mind was enormous, and the casting requirents were incredibly demanding, so he had postponed its developnt.
He simply had not expected the recoil of Alfia's debilitating Skill to be this devastating.
So it really is the type of Skill where the negative effects amplify with increase in status level? An incurable disease in a fantasy world...
"Right now, the best treatnt plan is to set up a magic circle imprint to regulate your internal system first," Sion concluded.
