"Ah, you idiot, why aren't you running? Run away! If you run, you actually have a chance!"
"Dammit, those bastards were eyeing my secret stash from the very beginning."
"What a thirsty Goddess..."
Liliruca Arde sat cross-legged on the floor, pointing excitedly at the flat-screen TV. The ani on the screen was clearly Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?
Seeing her own world turned into an ani was a huge shock. Watching her tragic story used for entertainnt felt like a cruel joke.
August, just out of the shower, watched Lili loudly make fun of the plot and her ani self. He was stunned. 'Lili... is your tolerance level really this high?'
Watching herself on TV and casually comnting on the story? This Lili seed nothing like the broken girl from the ani.
"Lili, are you absolutely sure you're okay with watching that?" August asked, opening the fridge, grabbing a snack, and tossing it into his mouth.
He thought Hestia could handle it. She was a God, and Gods loved drama and entertainnt. But Lili?
"I'm perfectly fine with it!" Lili replied cheerfully without taking her eyes off the screen.
"Because I already made the resolve to save myself."
"Whether it's the ani plotline or reality, I am the one saving myself. Just like that scene where I begged Lord Soma."
August and Bell Cranel were just catalysts, giving her the push she needed to move forward. In reality, Lili had wanted to escape that terrible place for years. She started planning her escape as soon as she began hiding her secret stash. She never knew if she would succeed or what life would be like if she did, but she always knew what she had to do.
In so ways, she was very lucky... She no longer had to hide or live in fear. She had only known August for a few days, but she had already made her final decision. She found her resolve even faster than her ani self.
"Are you sure it wasn't because you saw August's potential that you made up your mind so fast?" Hestia poked Lili's cheek, narrowing her eyes.
'Wasn't it because you saw a hyper-competent man and decided to latch onto him?'
"Hmph. You say that as if Lady Hestia hasn't been dealing with other Goddesses constantly peeping at her own Familia child," Lili shot back smoothly.
"I'm starting to understand why Lady Hestia loses her mind the second I say I like Lord August."
"So that's how it is, hehe."
Lili understood why Hestia acted like a guard dog, snapping at any woman who got close. Freya's obsession had left her shaken. The ani also made it clear that Bell Cranel liked Ais Wallenstein, not Hestia. Hestia's romance never had a chance. Realizing this, Lili teased the unlucky Goddess about her love life.
"Kukuku..."
Hestia seethed. She hadn't expected a re Supporter to clap back with such venomous accuracy.
The next second, the two were at each other's throats. Hestia yanked Lili's hair, and Lili ruthlessly pinched and stretched Hestia's cheeks. It was an all-out brawl.
August ignored their fight. They were just letting off steam. If it were serious, it wouldn't look so silly.
"Speaking of which, why haven't I heard anything about Bell Cranel lately?" August asked.
He had been busy in Orario, but the main character was nowhere to be seen. Why did he have more screen ti than the real protagonist?
"No idea," Hestia shook her head, looking blank.
"Lili, have you heard any rumors?" Hestia asked her Supporter, the resident intel gatherer.
"Not a peep," Lili paused, scratching her head.
"But I think the tiline just hasn't reached that point yet," Lili deduced.
Bell Cranel had likely just arrived in Orario. Hestia's grace period at the forge hadn't expired yet, so the inciting incidents were still far off.
"I am curious," Lili pondered. "Lord August completely derailed the original pace. I wonder how Lady Freya, is going to intervene and help that 'Little Rookie' find a Familia now."
Hestia shivered when she heard Freya's na and rembered how Freya had used Bell as a pawn. In the original story, Freya had outplayed her. But Bell was also the reincarnation of the hero Argonaut, and many Gods cared about him. Freya was not the only one.
To be honest, Hestia had no interest in Bell Cranel anymore. She despised Freya and wanted nothing to do with her twisted mind gas.
"Talking about this is pointless," Hestia waved the topic away.
More importantly, she needed to focus on the imdiate future. "What's for dinner?"
"I want to eat everything!" Lili threw her hands up. She really wanted to try every new food this modern world had to offer to understand how this advanced society worked.
"Are you a pig?" Hestia gaped. "There's no way you can eat that much!"
"Watch !!" Lili stated proudly.
"Wait. It's been two days," August suddenly interrupted, realizing sothing important. "I feel like we forgot sothing."
"Oh crap! Yui!" Hestia gasped.
They had promised to check on the Hirasawa sisters. But with all the traveling between Earth and Orario, they had forgotten about the other Hestia Familia mbers who lived in another universe.

anwhile, in the K-On! universe.
"Ui is getting so much stronger," Yui Hirasawa murmured, sitting in her living room and watching her younger sister bustle about.
It had only been a few days since they ford the contract. While Yui hadn't noticed any drastic changes in herself, Ui's physical strength and endurance had skyrocketed since acquiring her Adventurer Status.
Seeing their younger daughter's endless energy, the Hirasawa parents felt relieved. With Ui being so capable, they didn't have to worry as much about their clumsy older daughter.
They rushed ho from their overseas trip after getting a flood of strange texts from their daughters. Hearing that their girls had t Hestia, a real Goddess from Greek mythology, and joined her Familia was a huge shock.
Gods from other worlds coming to bless their daughters? It sounded like a fantasy. But seeing Ui's strength go beyond human limits, they had to believe it.
If the glowing tattoos on the girls' backs hadn't shone with divine light, their parents might have thought they joined a biker gang. But it was a real divine crest and a Status board. Most people couldn't read the symbols, but the glowing aura was obvious.
Serving a God was stressful, but after looking up Hestia's mythology as the Goddess of the Hearth and Family, they felt better. Her reputation was spotless. They spent the next few days watching their daughters in awe. If they weren't worried about offending the Goddess, they would have signed Ui up for the Olympics to break so world records.
Suddenly, three silhouettes appeared in the center of their living room.
"Ah!" The parents flinched, almost screaming in shock.
"Lady Hestia! Mr. August!" Yui and Ui greeted them cheerfully.
Hearing the titles, the parents imdiately focused on the breathtakingly beautiful woman leading the group. Her unearthly beauty bypassed human logic, engraving itself directly onto their souls.
Hestia wasn't suppressing her divine aura. Even without a formal introduction, every cell in the parents' bodies instinctively recognized her as a higher lifeform...
"W-We pay our respects to the Goddess!"
On hearing that, the couple sank quickly down to the floor, bowing deeply with their faces. They were very liberal minded, up-to-date parents, but they still had so degree of reverence in them. Facing a real Goddess, bowing was a natural gesture for them.
"Lady Hestia, and who is this?" Yui asked, seeing the little girl in unusual clothes standing next to them. Besides being shorter, she also looked a lot younger.
"Your Familia companion," Hestia introduced her.
Lili offered a practiced bow. "Liliruca Arde. Strategist and logistics Supporter of the Hestia Familia. Race: Pallum. Please don't mind my height."
Because the Hirasawa sisters lived in a modern world like Earth, Lili knew they had never seen a Pallum before.
"A Pallum?"
The entire Hirasawa family stared at her in awe. It was their first ti encountering a non-human demi-human.
"That's so cool!"
"She's so cute!"
Yui and Ui quickly crowded around Lili, looking at her from all sides. Except for her small size, her skin and features looked almost human. If she weren't so short, she would fit right in.
Lili observed the two girls in return. She quickly made a tactical assessnt.
'These two are completely unsuited for Orario's Dungeon.'
It was no surprise that August and Hestia never took them to the Labyrinth City. The dangerous world of Orario would be too much for them. Unless they had modern weapons like August, they wouldn't last a day. It was clear they weren't fighters.
But then Lili rembered what August had said. The Hestia Familia didn't have to be a big, military group focused on conquering the Dungeon like the Freya or Loki Familias. Their Familia was more relaxed. It was ant for traveling between worlds and seeing new places.
August wanted his friends to experience miracles and explore new worlds together.
With that in mind, recruiting kind-hearted civilians like these two wasn't a bad thing at all.
Feeling the kindness and curiosity from Yui and Ui, Lili relaxed. This was what she wanted. This wasn't the toxic, backstabbing Soma Familia. This was a Familia filled with warmth and hope.
"You're both very cute too," Lili smiled warmly, returning their kindness. "I've heard a lot about you from Lady Hestia. It's a pleasure to et you, Yui, Ui."
"Nice to et you!!" The sisters bead, thoroughly delighted.
