The demon soldiers of Bijiao Prefecture were strutting their stuff outside, making the disciples of Qingyu Sect incredibly angry. They longed to rush out and fight, but were bound by the master’s command, leaving many feeling stifled.
Ling Tianxing repeatedly approached Wang Yingfang, requesting permission to go out and battle those demon soldiers. Eventually, Wang Yingfang grew impatient, her expression turned stern, and she said coldly, "Who dares defy the Ancestor Master’s decree? Withdraw at once, or I’ll enforce the sect rules!"
Ling Tianxing had no choice but to abandon this idea, but he couldn’t help feeling indignant. After walking so distance away, he suddenly turned around and shouted boldly, "Uncle Master, if Master Yang were here, he wouldn’t tolerate demons running rampant before our Mountain Gate."

With this thought, he redirected his tunneling light and headed east. Before long, he arrived at Fu Yuqing’s Cave Mansion, and at the entrance, a Daoist boy ca out to greet him.
Upon reaching the inner room and seeing Fu Yuqing, he eagerly explained his purpose, showing a hopeful expression.
But Fu Yuqing shook his head and said solemnly, "Junior Brother, since the Ancestor Master has issued a Dharma Decree, how can it be defied?"
Ling Tianxing felt disappointed seeing Fu Yuqing respond in the sa way.
Noticing his dejected face, Fu Yuqing smiled and said, "Why be disheartened, Junior Brother? The Ancestor Master only ordered that no disciple should go outside without permission, but he didn’t say we couldn’t intervene."
Ling Tianxing was puzzled, "What do you an, Brother?"
Fu Yuqing laughed, "Have you forgotten, Junior Brother? Besides our own cultivation, we Qingyu Sect also have Spirit Birds we can command."

At this mont on the sea, Lu Changsu was drinking with Cui Mulong when they suddenly heard a strange sound, like the roar of tides, coming from Xuanling Island, causing them to look over in surprise.
They saw Spirit Birds continuously flying up from the island, forming a dense mass; the sound was from their flapping wings. Their numbers were so great they seed to block out the sun, and each one was extraordinary, as if nurtured by Secret Techniques.
Especially the three Heavenly Cranes leading, majestic and exceptional; upon reaching cloud level, they transford into human form, all wearing golden crowns and white robes, graceful in appearance and deanor.
Sitting on the sea boat, Lu Yuanxing could see this clearly. He noticed the three Heavenly Cranes had achieved Hua Dan Cultivation, which surprised him as he thought, "So Old Tao secretly harbors such strength!"
Just from these Spirit Birds, he could tell that Xuanling Island was far more resource-rich than he had imagined. If a disciple reached Nascent Soul, they would definitely surpass Bijiao Prefecture.
Thinking of this, he felt secretly relieved.
