When Lynch said that the money for environntal assessnts and protection wouldn’t co from him, Nell couldn’t quite process it at first. Just half a year ago, he was a worker without the knowledge a capitalist possesses, so he didn’t understand why Lynch would say that.

Undoubtedly, this money would leave Lynch’s account, but why wasn’t he the one paying?

Would soone else pay this money for him?

A brand new world was right in front of him, separated only by a door, and he knew once he stepped through it, Nell behind the door would no longer be the sa Nell.

He was anxious, yet didn’t know how to express it, so he could only look at Lynch eagerly.

Lynch was amused by his expression. In fact, between father and son, no matter how deep the resentnt, once wealth is achieved, it can be let go—on the condition that wealth is first obtained for there to be true reconciliation.

Because money allows them to get everything they ever wanted, it fills the gaps caused by past poverty, making their relationship increasingly harmonious, just as the elite educators of the Federation say, parents are the best friends of their children.

They are now indeed friends, truly a model relationship.

Yet such an bond cannot exist in poverty; as a family becos poorer, the rifts among its mbers grow bigger, possibly turning them against each other.

Those reports on TV and in newspapers, about people throwing others out of their hos, causing a societal scandal seen as moral depravity—actually, it was not about a lack of morals, but about poverty.

Poverty forces them to look after only themselves, not bearing even one more person, hence they must act this way.

The first key principle for human existence in this world is to live, and then survive, which requires money.

Even ideals like romance, love, thought, and politics are all deeply corroded by money.

Lynch took a deep breath, stretched lazily, and gazed out the window. The dilapidated city seed less unpleasant now that he sat in the "Imperial Palace."

The cool breeze gently wafted, stirring the light curtains hung beside the surrounding pillars, creating an elegant setting.

After a few seconds, he exhaled slowly, his whole body relaxing into a superb state. Carrying a hint of tiredness, he began explaining patiently.

"Actually, the Provincial Governor will pay this money, or rather the local people, or their United Kingdom Central Governnt. Anyone but ."

"According to so cooperation terms we signed with them, these factories we construct are technically for them, as the rights to these factories will later be transferred to the designated heir of the Nagariel United Kingdom."

"Rights have not only positive assets but also negative ones, and these negative assets..." Lynch shrugged, "will be transferred to them as well."

"Besides, doing so greatly helps our image in Nagariel, which is sothing we must focus on promoting. No matter what our other shareholders do, we must strive to do our best."

"We must make it so that whenever people ntion Lynch, the companies associated with , they will have a quick reaction."

He exaggeratedly intoned, "Oh, I know that company. Mr. Lynch is a socially responsible entrepreneur. My whole family is proud to work for Mr. Lynch!"

After saying this, father and son both laughed. Lynch was always so serious, but when he wasn’t, it made people feel very relaxed.

After a mont, Nell continued to ask, "But this money still cos from us, right?"

Lynch shook his head, "No, you know, I’ve had deeper interactions with Golden Exchange Bank. They are very interested in so of my ideas, and we’ve also reached so cooperation agreents, such as..."

"...such as Mr. Lynch will increase expenses in various ways, and we’ll be the ones footing the bill!"

On a cruise ship set to arrive in Nagariel, Jogriman was chatting with his deputy while gazing at the already visible coastline on the horizon, his expression sowhat...peculiar.

He seed happy, indeed smiling, but this smile was not one that would make anyone feel he was truly happy; rather, they might feel it was a painful or uncomfortable smile.

Yet if one were to claim he was in pain or discomfort, there was instead a positive aura in his brow.

He didn’t know whether to thank Lynch or curse the bastard; last year’s results were very good, thanks to more people not having money, and loan business booming.

Moreover, he defeated a competitor from the regional branch, making voices in Sabin City and the state branch talk about the possibility of him becoming the new manager when the old one retires, probably in four to five years.

He was young and could afford to wait; getting a manager’s position before retirent was remarkable already, expanding beyond many people’s understanding of "effort," because success wasn’t just reliant on trying hard.

Although it was just a bottom-tier manager, it would still allow him to climb higher and gain more power.

One could say once he reached this position, smooth sailing and having command followed.

But unexpectedly, just when he was showing great promise, the head office called him over. Upon arriving, he learned the reason was his good relationship with Lynch.

Now Lynch had marked a significant territory in Nagariel, for the Golden Exchange board mbers, missing out on hoisting a flag there was discrediting their image—the vampire bankers.

Not only Lynch’s territory needed a flag, but all territories would have people with good local relations going to establish branches.

He was dispatched to Nagariel to set up a branch on Lynch’s turf, with him assigned as branch manager.

Whether it was an exciting opportunity or not was debatable, being sent from the Federation to the impoverished Nagariel couldn’t possibly be called exciting.

On the other hand, being fast-tracked to a manager position, which originally required waiting four to five years with all its uncertainties, was now suddenly on his plate, making him conflicted and troubled, all thanks to Lynch!

He mused flamboyantly, all because of this guy!

"Mr. Jogriman, about this loan..." The young man sitting next to Jogriman pulled him back from his scattered thoughts.

Looking at the young man, they and other people from the five major banks had hired a whole floor of the cruise ship; this floor was full of bank staff, including administrative personnel and security guards, with ard transport vehicles and more building materials to be delivered subsequently for constructing vaults locally.

This young man beside him was from Kalse, supposedly a nephew of one of the directors, and might beco a director of Golden Exchange in the future.

His smile turned much more amiable, "What’s wrong, do you feel it doesn’t align with the bank’s interests?"

The young man nodded, feeling the loan’s long duration was disadvantageous for bank expansion.

If this kind of business was with the headquarters, it wouldn’t be a big problem, but if handled by their branch, funds might beco tight, given there weren’t just this loan but many others.

Jogriman looked around, ensuring no one was paying attention or approaching them before slightly lowering his voice, adding a hint of mystery, "I feel we’re quite..." He gestured with his hand, "close, but don’t talk about this to others."

After the young man nodded, he continued, "We aren’t actually planning for Nagariel people to repay this money, do you get what I’m implying?"

"In reality, our ultimate goal is currency rights; the less they repay, the happier the headquarters and the United Developnt Company will be. If given an opportunity to buy the legal tender issuance rights of a nation with two hundred million people, would you take it, even if very costly?"

This statent made the young man beside him shiver; there were far more things happening behind the scenes than he expected, transcending just loan issues.

In fact, since forming the United Developnt Company, the Federation’s stagnant economy had shown signs of recovery, with nurous orders flooding society, and many near-bankruptcy factories starting operation again, alleviating considerable pressure.

This led the Federation Governnt, President, and Ministers to realize one thing—that Nagariel is crucial for the Federation at this stage.

This expression might not sound straightforward; simply put, it’s about using Nagariel’s toil and sweat to support Federation people, regardless of how brutal Federation policies are, and no one would protest dostically.

The President would gain broader support across societal layers, consortiums would find ample profit in Nagariel, and ordinary people might get jobs, or even opportunities to work overseas.

With everything moving in a positive direction, why not prolong the occurrence, or this scenario?

It necessitates control over Nagariel’s politics, economy, and social structure from various aspects, although the Federation wouldn’t state it so bluntly publicly, they’d label it as international aid to Nagariel!

It’s claid as the Federation taking its international responsibility, driven by integration into the international community, assisting those less developed brotherly nations in achieving the dream of economic takeoff soon!

What kind of sentint and character is this?

It’s grand sentint and outstanding character!!!!
