The next ten years in Nagariel will beco the years of the Federation, marking a rapid revival of the Federation. Whether the local people have the ability is no longer important; what matters is that they can obey!

"Next, our main work will focus on two areas..." Lynch said, standing amidst the crowd, sharing so of his ideas and directions for the city’s developnt.

The new mayor standing behind him amusingly felt that Lynch was more like the "mayor" than he was since he knew nothing, and certainly didn’t need to know anything.

All he had to do was keep signing the docunts Lynch handed him, and that was all he needed to do.

Thinking of this, his initially anxious mood gradually cald down, recalling what the mayor had said before he died, and a trace of an unconscious smile appeared at the corner of his mouth.

?

The next one?

No, I won’t be the next one.

A dog has no value in becoming the next one, for bullets cost money too!

This seems quite pathetic, but at least it can allow one to live a little longer.

Mr. Mayor...

A nice title!

Looking at Lynch’s back, the soon-to-be mayor’s eyes sparkled with a kind of wisdom that rarely appeared on soone like him.

The end of unrest signifies the beginning of construction. On the day after the unrest ended, Lynch appeared in the city, not only him but many Federation rchants and so invited international journalists as well.

It’s crucial to highlight the difference between the Federation people and "foreigners," ensuring people don’t imdiately think of "foreigners" when talking about Federation people, nor associate Federation people with "foreigners."

In such an environnt, Nagariel people can beco closer to and trust Federation people. Achieving this isn’t too difficult; it’s enough to actively participate in various social events and take control.

A large number of journalists, both international and Federation, surrounded Lynch. They were quick to delve into this country after the unrest to uncover the happenings here.

Of course, they wouldn’t reveal to the outside world that the reason they chose ngwu Province as the core reporting area was that Lynch offered them an irresistible price. They would tell people this was the core of the outbreak and the first place to calm down.

After the unrest ended, the city was desolate. Originally bustling streets barely had anyone, and dried, oxidized black bloodstains were visible everywhere.

So roadside doors were broken, their dark hollow rooms exuding a deathly silence.

A few heads might poke out from houses, their black-and-white eyes devoid of emotion as they gazed at passersby.

Journalists constantly snapped images of this site; everything here seed terrifying—an indelible scar left on the city by unrest.

"...According to so information I received from the police director, now the newly appointed mayor, all of this is driven by an organization called the ’Nagariel Youth Party’."

"This illegal civil organization, currently labeled as ’dangerous’ with ’anti-governnt tendencies,’ planned this long ago. Their purpose in initiating this unrest was to achieve their selfish, unspeakable goals."

Walking among the crowd, Lynch spoke gravely to the journalists about so facts, "Their main target was the wealthy groups in the city, using twisted slogans to conceal so truths."

"They blad their poverty and social discrimination on class conflicts, without considering whether they had worked hard for their lives or strived for their fate. They only blad others, filled with destructive desires."

The scene on the road was indeed quite miserable as they gradually walked into the bustling parts of the city—scarier than the city center area they previously passed.

There was hardly any intact room on the roadside; every house entrance and exit had lots of remaining bloodstains. In the doorway of a jewelry store, half an arm lay exposed to people’s view.

Amid the journalists’ exclamations, they paused at the doorstep. Darkstone Security soldiers quickly set up a periter, which naturally made the atmosphere tense—exactly what Lynch wanted.

So curious people and journalists entered the house, finding everything inside destroyed, yet it was clear that it must have been a place with exquisite decoration before.

On the ground lay not one but two bodies; one had a large hole in the head, with only half of its contents remaining. The hot weather caused severe dehydration, leaving it shriveled, emitting a pungent odor.

The other was a young girl, obviously subjected to severe violence before death. Notably, two of her fingers were missing, as well as her left hand from the wrist.

The local newly appointed police director explained to everyone, "The culprit might have cut off those parts because they couldn’t remove her rings and bracelets."

"The other injuries might just be a way to vent their anger."

These scenes were captured by caras in the most real way. Soon, people erged from the room, and the newly appointed police station director also ordered the corpses here to be cleaned up. Their thod of cleaning was burning them on the spot.

"This is more terrifying than war!" A reporter from a country that hadn’t experienced war said, with eyes that now held no sparkle or excitent, only a fear of chaos and disorder.

Lynch’s hearing was very good. He heard this and nodded in agreent, "Yes, you’re quite right. The entire world has entered an era of civilization; barbarism should be completely eradicated in this era."

"This is not for so people, but for all of human society. Things like what happened today shouldn’t happen again..."

The people continued walking and arrived at the place where the city’s disaster was most severe: the wealthy community. The situation here was worse than elsewhere; almost every household encountered horrible events, affecting both foreigners and locals alike.

Initially, the mob group targeted foreigners, but soon the hatred spread, shifting from targeting foreigners to targeting the wealthy. Everyone suffered.

The entire community was devoid of people, leaving only dismal ruins and shocking darkened bloodstains everywhere.

Traces of violence remained on the ground and walls.

As people stared at the blood prints of struggling hands on the once-white walls, it seed as if they could feel the fear and despair of those who perished.

The atmosphere beca very heavy, but it’s what people must witness, what the entire international community must see.

Nagariel’s developnt cannot possibly overlook the conflicts between external races and local natives, from culture to ethics, morals, values, and worldviews... there will be many conflicts.

Once erupted, these conflicts beco major news.

In the past, people, though scornful of those backward countries, strangely stood on their side in certain issues, because looking at problems from the weak’s perspective aligns more with the public’s values.

It’s like a strong country invading a weak one; people will never say that invasion is right, invasion is good, that the weak deserves to be invaded.

Even if they can’t do anything, they will provide more support in international opinions to the weaker country.

Now, Lynch is avoiding such foolish phenona in Nagariel. He wants to expose the cruelest, most brutal side of the natives here to the world so that in future incidents, people will naturally side with the Federation.

"Next, I want to take you to et a victim’s family. They were lucky to escape, but their male head was tragically killed by the mob while protecting his wife and children..."

"This hero who sacrificed himself to protect his wife and children is nad Simon."

"Simon and I were very close friends. Before the unrest started, we had just attended a salon together. It’s hard to believe that within a day, he..."

"Sorry, I am a bit emotional..."

Lynch’s face revealed a sorrowful expression. A female reporter from the Federation approached to comfort him, "He is a hero. His family, the Federation, and even the whole world will know his ordinary yet extraordinary deeds..."

Indeed, the next visit is to Simon’s family. Lynch found it strange; Simon was dead, but his children survived, and not just Simon’s.

During this unrest, nine foreign rchants’ children in total survived. This is simply a miracle. To say there’s no underlying reason here, Lynch is the first to disbelieve.

How could such a coincidence occur, for these heirs to co through unhard? Were those rchants so noble?

He had heard that many of those people cared little for their local families and knew their purpose of marrying and having children was only to integrate better into local society.

They wouldn’t risk their lives for native wives and children, but that’s not important. What’s important is that their money remained, providing ample news material.

After obtaining Gadon’s consent, he beca the first interviewed victim’s family. He would throw so questions to the cara, putting them under the international microscope.

People quickly arrived at a yard, which had a tombstone, sothing both shocking and surprising, even in so more traditional countries like Gafura, which still implented monarchy.

They would only bury relatives in the backyard, not in the front, as it didn’t adhere to burial customs.

Perhaps the focus on the tombstone was too much. The young person who ca to greet them and opened the door forced a pained smile, "I saw him when he was already lying there. I didn’t want to move him."

"He held up a sky for us and protected our safety. He was too tired, so let him rest here. This allows him and us to feel that he never left..."
