In the room, Lynch looked at Gadon, and Gadon looked down at his toes.

If the most famous surrealist oil painting master of the Federation were thrown here at this mont, he might imdiately be able to craft a painting called "Fire and Ice" based on the relationship between the two and the atmosphere of the room.

Two people sitting independently in different wicker chairs represent fire and ice, Lynch is the fire, Gadon is the ice, and between them lies the battlefield.

The depiction is exaggerated and surreal to the utmost, highlighting the presence of these two individuals while blurring and abstracting the surrounding scene, turning the entire room into a "battlefield."

The red "aura" emanating from Lynch is like blazing flas nearly setting the room ablaze, while the multi-layered gradient blue around Gadon symbolizes the lting defense, illustrating Lynch’s dominant position in this "duel."

And this is indeed the case; just a simple gaze almost pushes Gadon’s psyche to the brink of collapse, with his biggest secret being uncovered by Lynch in a "I fucking knew it all along" manner, followed by a gaze that says "I don’t give a damn." This imposes enormous, unbearable pressure on Gadon.

Looking down isn’t humility; it’s an inability to lift his head under pressure.

"I..."

There’s no surrealist master, no fire, nor ice—just a word shattered so kind of illusion, possibly Gadon’s own or Lynch’s wandering thoughts.

"What should I do, Mr. Lynch?" He still didn’t lift his head, but he asked his question.

Gadon felt as though he carried a mountain on his back, yet Lynch felt no discomfort. He leaned back against the wicker chair, crossing his legs. "Recruit workers."

"Gadon, if you want people to tolerate you, to forgive you, you must have a reason worth forgiving."

"Do you know how wealthy people confront power in our country, the Bail Federal?," he said with a laugh. "We leverage those workers to oppose the regi. Whenever they make decisions unfavorable to us, we mobilize workers to protest."

Hundreds, even thousands of workers are enough to give anyone a headache; even mbers of Parliant find this a big nuisance, and it’s the sa here too."

"The conflict between locals and foreigners has just subsided. We all think it’s a sensitive period, not only for locals but also for outsiders."

"Recruit more workers, then tell them in two days that two malicious foreigners want to take away your business, causing countless workers to lose their jobs. Those workers will make decisions for you and provide you with answers."

Lynch paused slightly here, "I am good friends with Mr. Simon. You are his son, the heir to everything he had. I hope you can also beco an outstanding businessman."

"Rember, so tactics are filthy and useless. Maybe you don’t agree with or the Federation’s thods, but you must admit, these were not achieved by sneaky tricks or despicable tricks."

"I know what you want to ask. My stance won’t favor anyone, but I lean more towards keeping funds in Nagariel."

"It’s too poor here and needs this money and people willing to invest to change society. You are such a person, right?"

Lynch’s statent brought Gadon’s once wildly fluctuating heart back to normal. He mustered the courage to quickly glance at Lynch, who was smiling at him. At the mont their eyes t, he was montarily absent-minded.

But soon, he shifted his gaze, "Thank you very much... I don’t know what to say, but I must thank you."

Lynch, showed great aura, novel-heartedly laughed, "You don’t need to thank . You just need to help build Nagariel into a rapidly developing and prosperous country, and that will be the greatest return to ."

"After all...", he raised an eyebrow, "I have tons of investnts here, the better it develops, the more money I make, so strictly speaking, my personal interests align with those of Nagariel as a whole nation. We all hope this place could prosper and thrive!"

It was Gadon’s first ti hearing Lynch analyze so issues and his first ti viewing issues from another perspective. During this period, from before Mr. Simon was murdered to now, he, like quite a few Nagariel people, truly believed that the essence of foreigners was plunder.

Even though he was the son of a foreign wealthy rchant, he believed so.

Outside the house’s low walls, just beyond the community, are the impoverished who cannot get enough to eat, while just separated by a wall, they live in environnts ordinary people can’t imagine.

They do not need to labor hard, just a few simple phone calls, and a large amount of profit gets deposited into Mr. Simon’s account—money sucked from Nagariel people.

This is also why he endorsed the Nagariel Youth Party, believing foreigners are all vampires.

But Lynch’s words at this mont overturned his past understanding of foreign rchants, and Lynch spoke with reason and logic without any flaw.

He invested so much locally, surely hoping Nagariel could achieve better developnt.

If one day Nagariel could develop into a country like the Federation, Lynch’s current investnt of a thousand dollars here could eventually reap returns hundreds or even thousands-fold. Isn’t that better than sucking blood from entire society?

It also made him realize how foolish his father, Mr. Simon, and others’ monopolistic business practices stifling Nagariel’s market freedom growth were.

When one person admires another, even farting publicly might be seen as carefree.

"Thank you for telling these... No one has ever told these things, I don’t know how to express, but thank you dearly!" Gadon’s gratitude was sincere.

Lynch not only taught him to view things from new angles, provided so solutions, and also supported him.

Before coming here, he was actually very anxious and uneasy, knowing all well that the Federation n are "invading" Nagariel. Perhaps Mr. Lynch would like to see a backward and impoverished Nagariel, so he could entirely control the local economy.

Yet now, he realized how narrow his previous thoughts were. He felt shaful for his narrow prediction!

"It’s best if you learn sothing; go, get to work...", Lynch stood up, and Gadon promptly followed suit. After a simple handshake, Gadon left.

Standing at the room’s edge, Lynch looked at the departing Gadon with a faint smile on his face.

This is an excellent opportunity, a chance to maximize resolving hate between foreigners and locals.

Lynch has never lied. He never says falsehoods. Just occasionally, he speaks from different angles and with different stances, but he never lies.

He was very unimpressed with the previous thods of Simon and others, including the rules set by the so-called Preton Trading Company—a group of greedy dogs lacking vision.

These people have no real skills or competence, only thinking of restricting Nagariel society and economy’s growth to secure vested interests in their hands.

But they don’t know, nor understand, to earn really big money isn’t in conducting monopoly businesses in a backward poor nation, but setting industry rules in a developed nation.

For example, those financial giants from Bupen do—they set the financial ga rules where any enterprise reaching a certain scale must accept their investnt and share holding. Is there any business more profitable than this?

No, absolutely none.

rely buying and selling these companies’ stocks annually can bring incalculable wealth to these tycoons. It’s worth noting, they invest and sharehold in enterprises generally before they go public!

Speaking of which, the foolish practices of Preton restricted the local developnt while deepening the tension between natives and foreigners.

So foreigners might consider themselves called "the third ruling class" as a proud thing, yet fail to realize that the so-called "third ruling class" is actually the third class hated in the public mind!

People hate these foreigners, hating their destructive plunder, which has led this unrest to escalate from chaos to turmoil promptly, even though Lynch gave it a nudge.

But ultimately, it’s the deep-seated hate that bursts forth uncontrollably.

Benefitting from previous turmoil, quite a part of the hate is resolved, and the tolerance for foreigners has grown again, which is best for Federation folks like Lynch.

What’s left is developing the economy together, after all, as he said, only if Nagariel continuous grows in wealth and power can his investnts here turn into massive returns.

On the day Gadon left, all his factories reopened for worker recruitnt, not only his factories but those heirs who survived the turmoil and inherited their foreign fathers’ industries also began massive recruitnt.

There is connection among them. Gadon certainly inford them, so everyone starts doing so, and together, their montum will be even more impressive.

Since the weather gradually cooled, Nagariel seems less odorous. High temperatures caused things to spoil faster, and now their ti from normal to spoilage extended, allowing people ti to clean them.

Two days later, a unique conference was held in the square outside City Hall, an open-air one. This ti, the invited participants included not only local wealthy class but also many ordinary people with good reputation and influence.

Today, they gathered here to discuss only one issue, which is hygiene!
