Before the Federation and Nagariel established diplomatic relations, there was already talk in society that the Federation Governnt was selling out national interests for the so-called "international image."

They wanted to provide abundant job opportunities and positions for people in Nagariel who had no relation with the Federation, and invested a large amount of money to help Nagariel develop, while ignoring dostic issues.

Even today, so people still believe this, thinking that a lot of money is wasted in Nagariel, benefiting only capitalists and a few, while because of these capitalists, Factory Owners reduced the scale of dostic companies and factories, leading to more job losses.

So people still feel dissatisfaction and resentnt towards these issues, and if a large amount of Foreign Exchange reserves were to beco worthless at this ti, these people would likely start protesting again.

For the Nagariel United Kingdom, strikes, marches, and demonstrations might be novel concepts, but for the Federation, these are like daily occurrences, filling every ti slot.

People were looking at Mr. Truman, including so Foreign Reporters who seed Schadenfreude; these Reporters mostly liked watching the Federation’s chaos.

Faced with this truly tricky issue, Mr. Truman showed no visible emotion, and even a slight contemptuous smile appeared on his face.

He adjusted the microphone in front of him with his hand, a frequent gesture, attracting people’s attention to his hand right as he began speaking.

"We signed a ’morandum on Joint Developnt of Nagariel Industry and Economy’ with the Nagariel authorities, and perhaps everyone is not familiar with this, since we haven’t fully disclosed it to society. It’s not a governnt contract or a policy regulation, just a ’morandum.’

"But everyone knows so parts of it, such as...," he said, laughing twice, "our agreent to hold each other’s currencies. The purpose of this is to promote the appreciation of Galile to facilitate Nagariel in lowering trade deficits during import trades, allowing more funds to flow into Nagariel’s society rather than concentrating on so interest groups."

"The more detailed content of this clause specifies that we, the Bail Federal and the Nagariel United Kingdom, will exchange and hold each other’s officially circulating currency as fixed Foreign Exchange reserves. In the morandum, this money is not allowed to arbitrarily change its nature or be used at will."

"At the sa ti, we also constrained and specified each other’s obligations, in case of changes in the Federation’s regi, like so ambitious individuals changing the current system through various ans."

"Or if there are changes in Nagariel’s governance, such as the overthrow of their royalty, or if other circumstances occur."

"When the sovereignty of either governnt’s dostic system structure is significantly disrupted, the other party has the right to terminate all clauses in the ’morandum’ until the problematic party stabilizes again."

Mr. Truman smiled, glanced at the docunt on the table, and then tossed it back, "So we’ll soon recover our money stored in the vault of the newly established banks in Nagariel until the situation there completely stabilizes!"

The Reporters, after a brief mont of speechlessness, suddenly understood the aning of Mr. Truman’s words—the money wasn’t lost; they could still get it back!

People frantically raised their hands again, wanting to ask further questions about this issue, such as whether this was preditated.

People have such thoughts, and this reaction is understandable because everything is too stable, as if all the things that have happened, are happening, and might happen have been anticipated by the Federation Governnt, which also provided appropriate risk-avoidance thods.

This simultaneously birthed a counter-question in the minds of the Reporters: when did our governnt beco so efficient and accurate?

With so distrustful thoughts, conspiracy theories were born!

In fact, all high-profile institutions that "swallowed" Galile during this action have already spat it out, the Federation swallowed the most, but their insurance was also the most secure, while the Federation Governnt also used this Galile to complete several painless profits.

In the import of so materials, Galile was massively used, which happened to be the main reason the Federation pushed for Galile’s appreciation—to reduce the deficits in international trade for the rchants investing in Nagariel.

Soone might ask how currency appreciation impacts international trade. Actually, it’s a straightforward concept.

In the past, one hundred dollars were needed to buy one hundred parts; now, with the currency appreciation, only fifty dollars are required to buy one hundred parts. Isn’t that saving fifty dollars?

This fifty-dollar space released gives an advantage in trade, allowing for more to be done with less money under the precondition of not changing the trade plan—that’s the benefit of currency appreciation (simply referencing unchanged total currency amounts).

However, everything has pros and cons; currency appreciation is greatly beneficial for imports but not as friendly for exports, because this ans the exporter receives less money under unchanged export volu.

Of course, this is a simple example. The relationship between currency and society, international trade is more closely tied and complex, not sothing that can be completely explained in a few sentences.

Because of this "transaction," the Federation Governnt and Federation rchants earned a lot; they could pay "half-price" for the already very low wages of Nagariel labor, and exchange Federation Sol for Galile to import large quantities of raw materials and save expenses.

Even hundreds of billions of Galile reserves possibly brought more real benefits to the Federation, to the United Developnt Company, and to all rchants in Nagariel than that amount!

Now they can get their money back, the whole plan is too tight; this is absolutely no coincidence.

Looking at those Reporters who couldn’t wait to climb onto the table shouting "Damn it, pick ," Mr. Truman again selected a Dostic Reporter.

Selecting Dostic Reporters doesn’t require worrying they will ask excessive questions because they have to live and work dostically, and they should know what "propriety" ans.

"Thank you, Mr. Truman, my question is if the Nagariel authorities hope for the Federation to intervene in the current issues Nagariel is facing, including but not limited to helping the Nagariel royalty achieve substantial unification through political, military ans, will the Federation Governnt consider agreeing?" said the Reporter after thanking Mr. Truman and posed another sensitive question.

If the Nagariel Governnt actively requested, would the Federation Governnt decide to intervene or interfere in another country’s internal affairs?

This question is also sensitive, but compared to the divergent thinking extended from the previous question, it is much better.

"Of course not, I reiterate to the whole society, to the international community, the Federation loves peace and values freedom, we will absolutely not interfere in other countries’ internal affairs, even if requested by the authorities to intervene..."

"We respect the sovereignty of all countries and also care about the rights of all humans worldwide; we will not use our politics or military to interfere with other countries’ internal affairs; this is our principle!"

...

The weather in Nagariel is getting hotter, and the atmosphere in the Royal Capital more intense. With bloody incidents breaking out between royalty and civilians, fueled by major public opinion dia, what was originally just a "social phenonon" has evolved into an issue of national survival.

More Provincial Governors are standing in opposition to the royalty, weakening the royalty’s status in people’s hearts, and a large amount of black material about the royalty is being leaked.

Like royalty mbers raping and killing civilian won, like royalty mbers embezzling money belonging to the people and transferring it abroad, like royalty mbers desecrating deities...

Almost all rulers in Nagariel are guilty; they just need to spend a little money to receive divine forgiveness and absolve their cris, allowing the wealthy and powerful to defy the law without restraint.

Rape, murder, abuse, and keeping slaves for pleasure are prevalent among the privileged and ruling class.

Isolated events like such could an nothing alone; people might be angry, but ultimately nothing might happen.

But now things are different, for these exposes are like fuel continually pouring onto the angry masses, making people increasingly embarrassed and angry.

More citizens are spontaneously gathered around the Royal Palace to protest under the organization of so individuals, and so of them even throw bricks into the Royal Palace to express their dissatisfaction.

In a tall building not far from the Royal Palace, so gentlen from the Federation are watching the spectacle.

"Have you heard, Lynch has sent another batch of people. I heard his Darkstone Security employees here already exceed two thousand people; how did he persuade the Ministry of Defense?"

The speaker, associating with the surging crowd, involuntarily asked the question.

Considering that Nagariel might plunge into chaos or even a brief war during the next stage, Lynch is dispatching another batch of rigorously trained ard employees to Nagariel to take charge of his industries and other Federation investors and their enterprises’ security.

A two-thousand strong ard force is certainly not a small number. If equipped with suitable gear, they could anyti initiate a small-scale local war.

Nagariel is too crucial, requiring Ministry of Defense approval before deploying ard personnel here, as both the Ministry of Defense and the Federation Governnt refuse to dispatch any form of ard force to any autonomous sovereign region, even if such forces are private.

They need to submit a list and undergo review, yet Lynch seems unaffected by such troubles; his personnel ca directly, with far higher numbers and more sophisticated gear than others, making an unclear picture.

A gentleman reading the newspaper on the sofa remarked with a smile, "If your people all just ca out of the army, still under militarized managent, they’d allow you to do so."

The gentleman who first asked this question posed another, "Lynch has good relations with the army?"

"He has good relations with Truman, and Truman has many connections in the Military..."
