"In its entirety?"

"Impossible!"

After returning to the Federation and wrapping up work matters, Lynch was quickly taken to Mr. Truman’s office.

As soon as they sat down, Mr. Truman began discussing current opinions in society regarding two different systems: a multiparty electoral system and a united parliantary system. But as soon as he ntioned the multiparty electoral system, Lynch firmly opposed it.

Standing in front of Lynch, with his hip half-resting on the edge of the desk, Mr. Truman held a cup of coffee in his hand, earnestly looking at Lynch. "I’ve discussed with everyone for a while, and we actually lean more towards the first choice. I don’t understand why you’re so against it."

"From our discussions, we can easily support two or three parties that lean towards our stance, parties that evolve on their own. This not only shows our respect for the country of Nagariel but also allows us to control the nation’s regi as much as possible."

He shrugged and took a sip of coffee. "You know...", after swallowing the coffee, his Adam’s apple moved slightly, "In the Federation, capital controls the results of elections. I believe in Nagariel, the United Developnt Company can control the outco of every election."

"We can easily replace those who don’t obey, and this won’t trigger any public backlash. More importantly, we can do it beautifully, and there won’t be any ’competitors’. You understand what I an, don’t you?"

After listening, Lynch nodded slightly. Mr. Truman ant that as long as the United Developnt Company could control the elections and their results through various ans, it didn’t really matter which system Nagariel adopted.

In fact, because the United Developnt Company could control election results, a multiparty system was more necessary for the Federation.

It’s obvious which has a greater impact on society and even the world: replacing a dictator or replacing a political party. Moreover, replacing a dictator, except for the Federation’s own belief in justice, is seen by others as the strongest evidence of interfering in another country’s internal affairs.

But replacing a ruling party is much milder. A disobedient party can be swapped out, and at the sa ti, native-born parties, like that Nagariel National Congress Party, would also join the entire multiparty electoral system, fully reflecting the Federation’s respect for Nagariel’s independent system.

However, Lynch had different opinions.

"We all know that non-interference in other countries’ internal affairs is just talk...," he ruthlessly tore apart Mr. Truman’s, and even the entire Federation’s elite society’s ’lie’.

Mr. Truman was not angry nor annoyed, he just looked at Lynch, gesturing for him to continue.

"The biggest disadvantage of multiparty governance for us is allowing one or more political ideologies to spread in society, which is very dangerous. Even more dangerous, we might provide ammunition to the enemy!"

"That...," Lynch said as he frowned, forgetting the na of that party.

Mr. Truman lifted his arm as a reminder, "National Congress Party."

"Yes, the Nagariel National Congress Party. I’ve never seen them, but I think they very likely evolved from the Nagariel Youth Party, only the Youth Party ruined their own reputation, now they’ve changed nas."

"Yet, regardless, the Nagariel National Congress Party won’t be able to gain ruling power in a short ti if we implent a multiparty electoral system."

"I believe we can manage all this; we also have a wealth of experience in this area..."

Regarding how capital controls elections and manipulates election results, Lynch and the entire Federation’s capitalists have plenty to say.

They can require their employees to stand on the company’s stance and vote for candidates the enterprises support by controlling job positions. This sounds incredible, but it is precisely one of the most important aspects of the Federation’s enterprise culture and electoral culture.

Whenever there are such activities, enterprises would use the na of their employees to donate to those candidates’ election offices or provide so other conveniences.

The employees only need to follow the company’s arrangents to receive free food, vacations, and so subsidies.

There are those who wish to resist such unreasonable systems, like having their own parties and candidates they support, not wanting to elect soone they dislike.

These individuals often lose their jobs and end up moving to another area to live—working and living where their supported party is mainstream. Only then can they attain ’freedom’.

But moving to another state and re-establishing work and life in an unfamiliar environnt isn’t easy. Without even considering the cost of living differences between states, rely finding a job at a union isn’t that straightforward.

Relocating could an three to five months, or even longer, without a source of inco, which is devastating for the Federation’s working class without savings habits. They might miss their retirent insurance as well.

Various social systems restrict the number of tis a worker can change jobs; switch too often, and post-retirent security diminishes. So, whether soone wants to vote for soone they dislike or not, they must do so.

They must think about their life, their family’s life, their descendants, and their post-retirent life. Reality can simplify and ground ideals.

With the help of Federation capitalists, ’vote banks’ erge one after another. Is it truly free when things beco one-sided? Perhaps only those accustod to such a society feel this way.

Applying this sa logic to Nagariel is equally suitable. A rapidly developing society, if not vigilant, could find itself eliminated. If people don’t want their work and lives to fall too far behind others, their best choice is to follow the arrangent of the capitalists.

But this leads to a new problem: if the Nagariel National Congress Party cannot impact the ruling power for a long ti, will they do sothing different instead?

"They might produce so extre ideas or various complex thoughts that run counter to current social developnt to enter society. Once these ideas capture the attention of those who do not gain societal recognition, the subsequent developnt becos very difficult to control."

"Truman, you and I both know that the most dangerous thing in this world is human thought. What this group did before has shown that they have both the potential and signs of doing so."

"What we should do is constrain them, not provide them an opportunity to showcase their thoughts and values!"

Mr. Truman pondered earnestly, frowning, as there were so things he was confused about, "Why do we have no problem?"

"Because we are all from the sa camp, but out there, within our ranks, there is an enemy!"

Lynch had almost convinced Mr. Truman. The slogans previously proposed by the Youth Party, things like ’take control of one’s destiny,’ had quickly affected Nagareil society and a large number of young people.

That is a society with dual chanisms of secular governnt and divine authority. Once people’s thoughts are unshackled, which is, of course, an inevitable process, the Federation is contemplating propelling Nagariel to rid itself of superstition, which would better unleash Nagariel’s labor force, offering more quality labor population for Federation Enterprises.

Once there are no ntal shackles, chaotic thoughts would sweep through like a storm, causing so to firmly stand in opposition to the Federation, which doesn’t serve the Federation’s interests.

"But if we push for a united parliantary system, you’d still find it difficult to solve this problem," Mr. Truman shook his head. "How do we solve it if Nagariel Civil Party becos troubleso, and if they beco the ruling stratum of a region, how do we ensure that their ideology and behavior don’t extend outward further?"

"Now they don’t have power yet. Once we acknowledge their status, they beco a mber of the United Parliant, then with power and weapons in hand, they can do far more than they can now!"

Lynch looked at him sowhat amusingly, his expression a bit comical, "Why acknowledge them?"

He followed his remark with an explanation of his idea, "Why should we recognize so bandits who killed the King as having legitimate political status? I think that’s the biggest joke I’ve heard this year!"

"The King and the royal family of the Nagariel United Kingdom are rulers we have recognized and equal. Now those people have been murdered by a group of thugs; why should we recognize the legitimate status of these thugs?"

"I think our utmost priority now should be to eliminate these people. You know, I was very saddened by the King’s and Queen’s passing, but I heard there are surviving mbers of the royal family. Maybe we could select soone from them who could inherit the spirit and power of the royal family, don’t you think?"

Mr. Truman’s expression was equally exaggerated after hearing this. He set down his coffee cup, turned, walked to behind the desk, and sat down, taking up a pen to jot notes. "I had never thought of such an idea, you’re an absolute genius!"

Actually, it wasn’t so much that he hadn’t thought of it, but that the actions of the Nagariel National Congress Party largely aligned with what the Federation Governnt had previously wanted—to instigate people to rebel against the governnt as assurances to overthrow and establish a new regi. It was just that what was supposed to be done by those bribed by the Federation was done instead by those of the Nagariel National Congress Party, leaving their minds unadjusted.

Lynch’s words gave Mr. Truman an important reminder: If the royal family is overthrown by their people, it must be due to the royal tyranny, where righteous and angry people stood on the palace ruins and the royal corpses, giving new life to the country.

If the royal family is not overthrown by their people, then it must be evil rebels toppling the royal justice. Extinguishing these rebels to avenge the deceased royal family and selecting an heir among the royal family mbers to inherit royal power definitely aligns more with the Federation’s righteous international image, doesn’t it?
