Soon, the Minister of Finance appeared in the Emperor’s study, which resembled a small hall.
"I heard Lynch is shorting the Empire’s financial index; has sothing happened dostically recently?"
The Minister’s smile was composed and confident, "Your Majesty, there’s no need for concern; Baron Lynch only intends to play a joke on us."
