When Shiller arrived at Stark's lab, there was nothing left but ruins. Looking at the scene that resembled a post-apocalyptic jungle, Shiller was completely stunned.
He stood at the entrance for a full thirty seconds, not understanding what had happened. Who among the villains now had the audacity to directly attack Stark's most important lab in the Stark Building???
This wasn't just a lab. Stark's data library stored the most cutting-edge scientific results of human civilization, and all forces were doing their utmost to protect it. Its defense level was only a hundred Green Lantern Headquarters less than the Eternal Temple.
Shiller shook his head hard, then asked Jarvis, "Jarvis, can you do an alcohol level test? You know, the one for drink driving..."
"Sir, according to my judgnt, the alcohol level in your body is not enough to cause you to hallucinate. The damaged lab you see is not an illusion, this is the reason why I called you here now."
Shiller furrowed his brows and walked into the lab, blurting out, "What happened? It was fine yesterday, start from the beginning..."
What shocked Shiller was hearing Jarvis sigh deeply, then said in an extrely complex tone that should not appear from a robot's mouth...
"This all began last night, when Mr. Strange suddenly stord into the lab at the Stark Building."
"Doctor Connors was doing an experint when Mr. Strange rushed into his lab. Doctor Connors..."
Just as Jarvis started speaking, Shiller yelled, "Stop! Just stick to the facts, you don't need to be so formal."
Jarvis issued two 'beep' sounds to indicate his understanding, then continued, "Strange burst into the lab where Connors was and hoped Connors could give him a Lizard Serum Healing Drug."
"According to their conversation, Mr. Strange's father's condition had suddenly deteriorated last night, not even the expensive artificial lung machine could help. This disrupted Strange's gradual treatnt plan and he had no choice but to seek Connors and hoped the healing potion would work."
"However, Connors is a very rigorous scientist. He told Strange that the Lizard Serum Healing Drug is not a panacea, and only targets wound healing and limb regeneration. It has no special effect on treating organ failure and restoring heart and lung function."
