Shiller found a rather haggard-looking Strange outside the Elders Council special care hospital room. Typically, this surgeon was always ticulous about his appearance and was the type of person that one would imdiately know was a neat freak based on a single glance.

But now, his beard appeared to have not been trimd for at least a week, his suit and shirt were full of wrinkles, the collar askew, one side up and the other down, and there was even a mysterious water spot on the hem of his trousers.

Shiller quickly looked at Strange's appearance and deduced that Strange hadn't gone ho to freshen up during the past week. He had stayed here, fighting with soone.

Shiller sat down next to him, Strange spoke up with a sowhat hoarse voice, "Stay away, I haven't had a bath for four or five days."

"Although I would like to say that perhaps this is a desensitization therapy for your germaphobia, I suspect you won't agree with . Now tell , what exactly is going on?"

Strange hesitated for a mont. His expression was tense, clearly trying not to break down, but in the end, he couldn't maintain his composure. With a pleading look in his eyes, he turned to Shiller and said, "You must help persuade him. He needs to accept treatnt, to stay here, lying in bed, until he recovers."

Seeing Strange's uncharacteristically vulnerable expression, Shiller softly sighed, but nonetheless patted Strange's shoulder and stood up, saying," I'll go see your brother, and do my best to convince him to stay."

Upon entering the hospital room, he found Victor looking sowhat like Strange, but due to his years of farming, he appeared much rougher. Despite his young age, he exuded an air of maturity.

"Ah, Doctor Shiller." Victor recognized Shiller, he greeted him and then asked, "Have you seen Steven? He should have gone ho, right?"

"Not yet. He's gone downstairs to buy sothing." Shiller pulled up a chair and sat next to Victor, saying, "You should know why he asked to co and see you. I am quite puzzled, since you are not short of money, why are you so eager to return to work on the farm?"

Victor pursed his lips, appearing sowhat helpless. "It's not that I'm in a hurry to work, and it's not that I can't stay in New York. I'm not so lodramatic as to be unsatisfied with such a comfortable hospital room."

"I know that this ans nothing to Steven. He has plenty of money and can take several months off at a mont's notice to take care of . I'm not like my father, I know that I need treatnt when I'm sick."

Shiller looked him up and down, then asked, "You're feeling pressured and wanting to escape from your current environnt. Why?"

Victor paused briefly before looking at Shiller and asking, "Do you know what kind of person Steven is?"

Shiller just silently looked at him without answering, and Victor returned his gaze, then asked, "Or rather, do you really think that he has achieved his current accomplishnts solely based on talent?"

Shiller shook his head and said, "Surgery does require a certain level of talent from the doctor, the most important thing is to have a calm mind and steady hands. However, it is not realistic to say that it all cos down to talent. Any detailed operation in any industry requires millions of tis of practice."

"Steven is a man with an unimaginable level of focus." Victor glanced at Shiller, saying, "You could even call it crazy."

"He would try a thing millions of tis until it succeeded, regardless of what obstacles anyone else, including himself, encountered along the way. He would use all possible thods to ensure the goal is perfectly achieved."

"I don't know how to describe it." Victor shook his head, as if lost for words. He continued, "I don't know what you'd call this kind of behavior in your field of psychology, but to , it seems insane."

"Steven has achieved what he has today because of this crazy level of focus." Victor tilted his head and continued, "The Strange family doesn't have any extraordinary inherited talent. He made it all the way from a small remote town to a PhD in New York, becoming a renowned surgeon, and even 'the Hand of God', all because of his crazy effort and his relentless determination that borders on insanity."

Shiller fell into silence, deep in thought. From what he knew of Doctor Strange's actions in the comics, this was indeed the case. When his hands were injured and he could no longer continue his surgical career, he traveled the world looking for a solution, even enduring the hard ascetic practices in Karmatiji.

After he beca the Supre Magician, he kept using the Ti Gem to backtrack in ti to save his lover, regardless of the consequences of overusing magic.

So of his actions within the Illuminati also showed that he ignored societal morality and the opinions of others, only wanting to fulfill his own thoughts, regardless of whether they were right or wrong.

Shiller had thought before that Strange might have so tendencies towards Asperger's syndro, but it would not be very effective to intervene at this point.

Shiller believed that if it were only Strange who possessed supernatural magic powers beyond human capabilities, he might be dangerous. However, the current situation on Earth was blooming like a hundred flowers, where checks and balances ant that Strange's character would not cause too much damage, and his strong focus would be more helpful in achieving the goals of the magic realm.

So in conclusion, Shiller had previously thought that the priority of Strange's treatnt was not very high. Compared to those who could barely take care of themselves, or who might start a world war at any mont, he was relatively normal, so his case could be put on the back burner for a while.
