Strange frowned slightly. He had cast the spell casually without paying attention to the details, so he wasn't sure if there was an issue with his magic.

The trouble-shooter Uzumaki Naruto, who had been called over, perked up upon hearing what Shiller said. He cleared his throat and began to speak.

"I've told all of you that the tiline and the dinsional lines are now unstable. Oblivion is working on urgent repairs. You'd better not count on magic to function normally, especially magic that requires energy transfer. It is unpredictable where the energy may end up being transferred to in the cosmos."

Strange looked at him with so doubt. He had already noticed that Uzumaki's life level was also very high, at least much higher than that of the human race. And of the five gods, Oblivion was the most mysterious. The fact that he suddenly appeared and inford the two of them could not be a small matter.

More importantly, Strange thought, Shiller now had a notorious reputation in the cosmos, and few gods liked associating with him. They didn't even want to appear before him. It could be said that Shiller was so notorious that gods would avoid places where he was.

Oblivion was willing to risk being noticed by Shiller soday, and then be woven into his Super Yarn Ball plan, yet he still chose to expose himself in front of Shiller. This indicated that the situation might be really serious, and perhaps the use of magic in the entire cosmos was affected.

Actually, Strange's original intention was not to provoke Shiller by amputating his hand. His real purpose aligns with Stark's previous approach. The main idea was to keep Shiller here and force him to go cold turkey.

Even if Stark could abstain for a few months at most, Shiller's threshold would indeed decline, but due to the short ti, it wouldn't decline too much. Strange, on the other hand, could keep sticking it out with Shiller until his threshold dropped to a safe range.

The inability to use magic was even better, Strange thought. If the teleportation portals didn't work, he would be trapped here, and if Shiller didn't give up on trying to find the solution to cure his amputated hand, Shiller too would be trapped here; the longer the better.

So, Strange didn't pursue the details in the magical projection, but went along with Shiller's words, nodding and saying, "Yes, it lets you see the hustle and bustle of a cosmos without you. You can reminisce about the past."

Shiller rolled his eyes, idly playing with the teacup in his hand, occasionally glancing at the content on the screen. The magic screen's cara was constantly aid at The Hulk's face, and they were fighting in the rather underdeveloped Bronx so the street scene wasn't much different from New York a few years ago.

However, Shiller soon found sothing wrong. Was Spider Man showing up in this battle a little too often? One flash of the cara here's a Spider Man, another flash there's a Spider Man again. Was there really only one Spider Man here?

Shiller narrowed his eyes and stared closely at the screen, quickly noticing that the Spider Man's outfit and combat style differed. Looking at his suddenly serious expression, Uzumaki felt a sudden tightness in his chest.

Just as Uzumaki was thinking urgently about how to start explaining, Shiller seed to realize sothing and said, "Has Nick's cosmic intelligence organization started to work so quickly? Has the Spider Legion already begun to interfere with other cosmos' tilines?"

Strange blew lightly on the tea in his hand and said, "If I rember correctly, Nick temporarily left S.H.I.E.L.D. for his cosmic intelligence work. His ambitions extend beyond just our cosmos?"

"Of course." Shiller nodded and explained, taking his eyes off the screen, "At first, Nick considered the Ti Managent Bureau's base as a branch of S.H.I.E.L.D., aiming to carry out intelligence work throughout the cosmos in preparation for the human race's entry into space."

"But in fact, this was just a ploy." Shiller twirled the teacup in his hand and said, "Nick's ambition is not limited to our cosmos. Especially after dealing with more and more Spider n from different cosmos, he particularly lanted the loss of combat power in those cosmos due to civil wars, such as The Hulk."

"In so cosmos, The Hulk was exiled into space due to so incidents, triggering a series of tragedies. When Nick heard Spider Man recounting this story, he was so frustrated that he stomped his foot—Wouldn't it be nice if every cosmos exiled their Hulk to this cosmos? We could have hundreds of Dr. Banners working for us."

Uzumaki next to him gasped at this, Strange shrugged with a sigh, but Shiller sneered, "Loki said that Nick's plan was like picking up trash. And Loki is plainly the type who deceives people into thinking sothing is trash, then happily picks it up when the fool actually throws it away."

"Nick thinks Loki is too aggressive, and Loki thinks Nick is too conservative. They ca to a compromise and established a Multiverse talent recruitnt and cultivation program."

"Simply put, they will use the Ti Managent Bureau and Spider Totem to shuttle between the different cosmos within the taverse. They send Spider Man or the staff of the Ti Managent Bureau to resolve the conflicts within these cosmos, and incidentally, recruit the talented individuals causing those conflicts."

"A lot of superheroes in these cosmos are not unfit to beco superheroes, just unfit to be superheroes in their respective cosmos. The reason they are persecuted is that their cosmos is not inclusive enough. It's good for everyone if we take them away—This is Loki's reasoning."
