As for Peter, although he's no longer Spider-Man, he had been Spider-Man for quite a long ti in the past.
The kind of strength that Spider-Man possesses isn't sothing a normal human body structure could support; his body had actually been transford by the Spider Totem's power a long ti ago, and even though he has now passed his abilities on to Miles, his organs are already different from those of ordinary people.
One could understand it like this, the organs of an ordinary person are like a 10,000-watt power bank, which is about 60% charged by middle age; the Divine Power of the Golden Apple could help them charge their organs to 100%.
But Spider-Man's organs are like a 500,000-watt power bank. Even though Peter has lost his spider powers and now has the sa 'charge level' as ordinary humans, the capacity limit hasn't changed.
Furthermore, Shiller and Professor X had once conducted research on the Spider-sense, and they both agreed that the Spider-sense was due to an additional structure in Spider-Man's brain, as his pineal gland had mutated, which enabled him to have a precognitive warning effect.
Though Peter no longer has his spider abilities, this mutation probably still exists but cannot be activated without the support of the Spider Totem's power.
Once the Divine Power of the Golden Apple enters his body, it automatically adjusts all his organs, naturally including that mutated part, essentially recharging and reactivating the Spider-sense.
However, it might be because the compatibility between the Divine Power and Spider-Man's body isn't that high, so the supplying efficiency is quite low, nothing compared to the fit with the Spider Totem; therefore, the strength of his abilities has also diminished sowhat.
Moreover, if this power continues to remain active, the Divine Power will also be consud, and at a rate much faster than ordinary people maintaining daily life—a small piece of apple might not even see him through a few months of use.
But that's not a problem, Shiller didn't just have that one apple—the Golden Apple Garden contains an entire tree of them.
And having a weaker power can be a good thing; if it were too strong, Peter might feel that not using it to fight cri would be a waste.
But sohow, the topic between Peter and Stark went off on a tangent, and Stark ca up with a hypothesis.
"Since your powers have returned, but they're not as strong as before, do you suppose it could be because you weren't bitten by a spider this ti?" Stark suggested.
Peter thought for a mont and said, "The only different condition seems to be that, should I go to the Osborn Group to find another spider?"
"Does it have to be from the Osborn Group?" Stark seed a bit disdainful, but as a rigorous scientist, he felt it best to replicate the original scenario as much as possible.
"I'll give Harry a call," said Peter. "He and Mary recently got back together; they might have ti to co over for a vacation."
After Peter went out to make the call, Stark started to prepare breakfast with ambition, and by that ti, Pikachu and Rocket Raccoon were already up, bouncing down from the second floor.
Both of them had drunk their fair share the night before, but one being a Pokémon and the other a chanically enhanced raccoon, their tolerance to alcohol was relatively strong, so they weren't hungover and were lively as usual.
The two of them had found a big trampoline in the warehouse next to Stone House the day before—only the material was a bit too stiff, and their little sniffing noses barely bounced on it, so they planned to modify the trampoline today with a softer fabric, to get so good bounce.
Shiller, holding a drink, sat beside the island platform, just planning to watch how Stark made breakfast.
It started off pretty good; he took out a flat-bottod frying pan, placed the olive oil bottle next to it, and took out two eggs, then turned on the induction cooker.
By the way, this house had a gas stove installed by Shiller, but many Aricans aren't used to using combustion engines and prefer to use induction cookers or electric frying pans—Stark was no exception, as he had an inexplicable fear of open flas.
But after all, it's just frying eggs; it didn't really matter which heat source was used—the pan got hot pretty quickly, and Stark wanted to pour in the oil.
He fiddled with the oil bottle for a long ti, trying to unscrew the cap, trying to press down on sothing on top, but couldn't open it at all. Seeing that the pan was starting to smoke, he could only turn to Shiller and shout, "What's with this crappy bottle you've got? Why can't I open it??"
Shiller, resting his chin on his hand, said, "Why not try pouring it straight into the pan?"
Stark was about to object, but seeing that the pan was smoking, he had no other choice; he turned to pour from the bottle, and the olive oil flowed out.
Stark's eyes widened, as he held the bottle and turned it around, particularly looking at the nozzle. True to his reputation as a great scientist, he quickly understood the principle—it was a gravity oil bottle.
But before Stark could bask in self-satisfaction, he encountered another problem: because he had been in such a haste when pouring the oil, he had poured too much. There was a whole layer of olive oil lining the bottom of the pan, which was obviously too much for just two eggs.
But the essence of humanity is to add flour when there's too much water and water when there's too much flour. This much oil for two eggs is a bit too much, but if I fry ten at once, won't that be just right?
"Ha-ha, looks like the others will be in for a treat," Stark said, holding the egg rack next to the pan: "They get to enjoy the perfect breakfast made by Stanke—what a wonderful day this is going to be!"
