Shiller deliberately pretended to take a phone call to delay so ti when he returned to the office. Within five minutes, Harvey appeared at his office door. Shiller naturally used the excuse of returning a call to Victor to leave his office, giving the space to the long-lost reunited pair.

Victor walked out from the office next door with a speechless expression, saying, "We're just separated by one wall, do you really have to call ?"

Shiller made a shushing gesture and pointed to his office door. Victor leaned over and looked through the observation window, imdiately wincing.

Shiller went to Victor's office and found that Anna had already returned, but she still didn't look well, obviously not fully recovered from the food poisoning.

Shiller greeted her briefly, but Victor impatiently pulled him aside and asked, "What's going on? Didn't they break up?"

"They just broke up; it wasn't a complete fallout."

"So they still have feelings for each other? Do you think they'll get back together?" Victor gave Shiller a knowing look, clearly suggesting he analyze their psychology.

"It's hard to say." Shiller shook his head. "I'm planning to give a bottle of Sherry Wine for the wedding gift, what about you?"

"Of course, I'm going to give my prized dense ice diamond ring." Victor grinned, "I cut it with a lathe for a long ti, just waiting for one of you to get married, so I could give it as a gift."

"On my way to the gym, I t a cleaner..." Shiller briefly recounted the event, then continued, "So, they will trust more that Jonathan has always been the professor behind the scenes. No matter what Jonathan told them, it would be more credible."

"I don't doubt that, but I'm a bit worried, won't innocent people get involved?"

"Of course not, later I'll give them all the spare play tickets I have accumulated, enough for a week. They should stay in the theater and not co out."

"Do you have any left? Nora and I also want to go..."

"I have so, but you can't leave now. If sothing goes wrong, we'll need you to handle it."

Victor sighed, "You always make do all the work. If it weren't for the ss you created, Nora and I would be in Hawaii by now."

"Look at the bright side," Shiller said, "If you were in Hawaii, aliens might invade Hawaii."

"Why would aliens invade Hawaii?"

"I'd make them go there."

After a while, Shiller pushed the door open and went in. Christine's eyes were red, clearly having just cried. But the two stood close, indicating they had just hugged.

Shiller dug out a bunch of tickets from his drawer and stuffed them into Harvey's arms, then said, "I've been busy with work lately and probably won't have ti to go to the theater, so these are all yours."

Harvey didn't understand much about plays but he knew Christine well. He whispered a few words in her ear, Christine rolled her eyes at him and then walked out of the office first. Harvey followed her.

Shiller stood by the window. The road below was still empty, but Shiller instinctively felt sothing approaching.

A few seconds later, he heard a sharp buzzing sound. Then ca shouting from downstairs, probably from the security guard on duty: "The pipe!! The pipe burst!! Quick, quick! Call the construction team! The office building is going to flood!!"

Besides Shiller and Victor, there was no one else in the office building. Victor rushed out first, followed closely by Shiller and Anna.

"Professor Fries, Professor Fries, quickly use your Freeze Gun to freeze the water, otherwise, it's really going to flood!" The guard shouted anxiously at Victor.

"No, freezing it will make the pipe burst entirely." Victor rushed out the door to see the pipe in front of the first-floor water pump explode. In such a short mont, a thin layer of water had already accumulated on the first floor.

anwhile, Shiller saw a shadow flash behind the office building. In that brief instant, Shiller sensed the thoughts of the people around him rapidly changing, and sothing peculiar was invading the area.

The security guard, Victor, and Anna, everyone's expressions and postures froze at that mont, all standing still. The sudden stillness and the continuously gushing water created an eerie disharmony.

Shiller also stayed still because he had understood the instructions written into his brain waves by the opponent—"Don't move, forget everything you saw."

The instructions didn't work, but as long as Shiller didn't move and deeply buried this mory, cooperating with the opponent's instructions, the opponent would believe the instructions had worked.

Sure enough, a shadow swaggered in through the front door. From Shiller's angle, he could see his face clearly—a white man's face with no distinctive features, a full beard, and a burly build. His expression was fierce; based on stereotypes, he didn't look like a psychic but more like a boxer.

The opponent clearly hadn't realized there was an uncontrollable dangerous elent here and walked directly towards the spraying pipe, then started examining the water on the ground.

Shiller speculated that he might have learned from Jonathan that the thod to enter the inner world was related to water—though Jonathan also didn't know the real thod, he had just heard about it from Shiller.

Though using water was indeed the correct thod, it was only part of it. Jonathan didn't know the follow-up steps, and the mysterious big-bearded man knew even less.

He studied it for a long ti but didn't figure anything out. Just as he was about to try another way to get water on the ground, a strong figure "whooshed" in through the window.

"Bang!"

Superman delivered a punch to the big-bearded man's back, sending him flying. The opponent imdiately turned around, glaring at Superman.

This was enough to shock Shiller because Superman's punch only sent him flying. Not only was he uninjured, but he also sprang back to counterattack vigorously.

However, the subsequent battle was even more outrageous. The big-bearded man rushed out at an almost imperceptible speed and landed a punch on Superman.

Though Superman was prepared, he was still sent flying, crashing into the side of the school building, startling Batman and others who had just arrived.

"Clark!" Batman shouted.

"I'm fine." Superman got up, shooting lasers from his eyes at the big-bearded man. In a blink, the man's figure disappeared, reappearing above Superman and striking down furiously.

Superman was slamd into the ground, raising his arms to block. The opponent smashed him deeper with another punch.

Realizing the big-bearded man was tough to deal with, Superman quickly changed tactics. Seizing a gap in his opponent's punching, he leaped out of the crater and flew up, hoping to win with agility.

Unexpectedly, the big-bearded man could fly too, matching Superman in speed and strength. The two clashed fiercely in the air, with Superman surprisingly at a slight disadvantage.

After observing for a few seconds, Batman realized the opponent was using psychic abilities to interfere with Superman. This ant there were two battlefields: one physical and one ntal.

Physically, Superman was able to hold his ground, possibly even suppressing the big-bearded man. But ntally, he could only defend, visibly weaker. Once his thoughts were disrupted, his movents naturally slowed, making it harder to fight physically.

As Batman quickly contemplated a counterasure, he saw a small figure fly out from beside him.

"Aisha... Aisha!!!!"

Just as he shouted, a huge yellow monster appeared behind Superman. When the big-bearded man facing Superman saw the monster, he seed montarily stunned.

This brief mont was enough to free most people from his ntal control. As they ca to their senses, though still confused, Victor instinctively fired a shot at the two skyward figures.

The two, focusing on each other, didn't react in ti, but clearly, Aisha was highly experienced. She transford back into her human form, slamming into Superman.

She certainly couldn't move Superman, but seeing a little girl rushing at him, Superman instinctively dodged. Right after taking a solid headbutt, an ice cone skimd his arm, striking the big-bearded man and instantly freezing him.

However, the man wasn't so easy to deal with. Finding he couldn't break free by force, his body began turning transparent, then completely disappeared. He reappeared, lunging at Aisha.

Batman watched in extre anxiety from below, but Aisha was unafraid. Her eyes glowed with intense yellow light as she abruptly turned, locking gazes with the big-bearded man.

The big-bearded man fortified his ntal defenses, preparing to resist, but he hadn't prepared enough. His movents stiffened briefly.

Seizing the opportunity, Superman punched his cheekbone, followed by a mid-air 13-hit combo and a downward palm slam, sending the big-bearded man hard into the crater.

The big-bearded man's jacket was shredded, his arm dislocated, and several ribs likely broken.

But in those few seconds, his wounds healed, and he erged as if nothing had happened, resuming his battle with Superman.

The two flew higher and higher, taking turns slamming each other down. Many of Gotham University's buildings suffered collateral damage.

Such commotion drew the attention of Gotham citizens. First ca the police helicopters, then TV station choppers, broadcasting the superpower battle from all angles.

Gotham Police Departnt's patrol cars soon surrounded Gotham University. When Gordon arrived at the scene, he found Shiller holding Aisha, and Batman encased in ice by Victor.

It wasn't because of any grudge between Batman and Victor, but Aisha had wanted to help Superman, and Batman stopped her, so Victor had to freeze Batman.

The reason Aisha didn't go was that Shiller held her back. With Aisha, Superman could have easily dominated the big-bearded man, but it would have caused less chaos, potentially postponing the football ga. So Aisha shouldn't go.

Gordon sighed, first tapped on the ice, then turned to Victor and said, "No matter what, first release Batman. Let's talk things out, no need to start shooting."

Victor walked up and tapped the ice. The ice shattered. Batman, annoyed, said, "Your marksmanship is still as sharp, Mr. Freeze."
