"Hey, Hal. Do a favor." Barry appeared next to Hal. Hal turned his head to look at him. Barry suddenly pulled soone out from the Divine Speed. Hal raised his eyebrows in surprise.
"Wonder Woman? How co you’re with... why is she knocked out? Where did you kidnap her from?"
"From the Injustice League Universe, haven’t you been there?"
"Clark didn’t kill her? Yes, he did co out quickly then, didn’t look like he killed anyone. You went with him?"
"Yes. Clark told that Bruce wants to find a chance to create trouble in the Multiverse to slow down Batman’s progress. Since then, I’ve been sticking by Clark to prevent missing opportunities due to being too slow. Back then, I went into the seal with him, Clark knocked out this Wonder Woman and burned so other stuff as ash."
"He instructed to release her at the right ti. Clark should have already left by now. Wake her up, let’s take her to the Battleworld."
As Barry spoke, ti returned to when Clark and Hal went to the Injustice League Universe.
Clark went into the seal alone. It was a pitch-black, lightless place. Wonder Woman wasn’t bound, but indeed didn’t have much Divine Power. When she saw soone coming, she suddenly widened her eyes and looked up.
"Superman!!! You damn betrayer!! You chose to trust Batman?!!"
"Calm down, I’m not the Superman you know." Clark stood in place with his arms crossed, "Moreover, even if he was, he has already given up on you, hasn’t he?"
"Let out!! Let out!!!"
"You have two choices now," Clark said, "Either I kill you and fra it on the Injustice League Superman, which could also be considered revenge for you; or I take you away, and you seek revenge on those two yourself."
Injustice Wonder Woman widened her eyes. Clark continued, "Perhaps you don’t know, most Wonder Won across the Multiverse have already gathered in the Battleworld, and you’re trapped here, unable to participate in their eting. You’ve been missing so long, and no one has co to find you."
"How would they even think to look for ? They would rather see dead!" Injustice Wonder Woman gritted her teeth and said fiercely, "Were it not for Batman, I should have been the most outstanding among them! No Superman has ever trusted like Karl!"
"You still have a chance to prove yourself," Clark smiled and said, "The evil invader Ultron from the Great World next door is causing many Batn trouble. If you could lead Wonder Woman and repel the invaders, everyone would respect you."
Injustice Wonder Woman’s eyes flashed with light, as if she had already seen the scene. At this mont, Clark threw another heavy news at her, saying, "You might still be unaware amidst your confinent, Superman has mind-controlled Batman, and now Batman is completely his puppet. Wouldn’t you want to see the miserable current state of Batman?"
Injustice Wonder Woman was stunned, then she reacted after a mont, and started laughing madly. She even stood up, shaking and saying, "I knew it! They can never truly understand each other! Only I can understand Superman!!!!"
"Quickly release !" she shouted to Clark, "I need to get out now, let out imdiately!!!"
"Don’t rush, it’s not ti yet." Clark gestured behind his back. Suddenly, a golden light flashed, knocking out Injustice Wonder Woman from behind. Barry walked out from the darkness, saying, "I think she should stay knocked out, I really don’t want to enrich my swearing vocabulary anymore."
"Do as you like," Clark said, "Take her away first, we’ll release her at the appropriate ti."
"The appropriate ti refers to..."
"After I leave this world," Clark shook his head and said, "If Wonder Woman finds out what we’ve done, we’re finished. Let’s go."
The eting between Injustice Wonder Woman and Main Universe Wonder Woman was unpleasant. To be precise, it was one-sidedly assaulted by Main Universe Wonder Woman.
At that ti, they were eting at the Battleworld base. Main Universe Wonder Woman had returned with a task set by Primary Universe Batman, they needed to search for Ultron’s bodies across the Multiverse as much as possible, destroy one if they could, and start preparing for cross-world operations.
Diana went to the Marvel World under the guise of espionage. After the chief left, Main Universe Diana, the deputy chief, took over the chief’s duties. She was sitting at the head of the eting table, babbling about the intelligence shared by Batn, most Wonder Won were hearing it drowsily.
No choice, the involved universes were indeed too many, Ultron’s snatched bodies were varied, the intelligence shared among Batn had many details, just reading these things took nearly half an hour, Main Universe Wonder Woman felt a bit parched.
She drank another sip of water and continued, "Batman needs you to reach out to Aquaman, try probing the situation in Atlantis without touching his nerves, especially inquire about any incidents of stolen Divine Power Puppets. If contacting him is difficult, ra can be contacted as well. Even if there’s no theft for now, increase vigilance..."
With a "bang," the eting room door was slamd open. In the re fraction of a second that the Main Universe Wonder Woman turned her head, a rope was already flying towards her.
The Wonder Won all had plenty of experience avoiding their own weapons, as they often had their lasso taken by enemies and then tied up. The Main Universe Wonder Woman deftly rolled forward onto the conference table, then executed a side roll to dodge the next strike. The table was smashed to pieces with a single whip, and the surrounding Wonder Won all flew up to evade.
The Main Universe Wonder Woman jumped to the ground, stood firmly, and then looked up at the attacker—only to find it was another Wonder Woman.
"What’s wrong? Sister? Which universe are you from? Why are you attacking ?" the Main Universe Wonder Woman asked, sowhat puzzled.
"You damned bitch!!!"
At these words, all the Wonder Won were stunned. They genuinely couldn’t believe what they had heard.
Wonder Woman was born on an all-female island, where Amazonian Woman Warriors without blood relations still called each other sisters. There were almost never any disputes. Even when there were occasional frictions, they would go to the arena to have a fair fight to determine the superior, and would never deliberately insult one another.
Even later, when entering ordinary human society, the concepts that had ford on Paradise Island prevented her from harboring any socially conditioned malice toward other won.
Even if it wasn’t about the other Wonder Won but just an ordinary woman, they wouldn’t use such words to curse each other. This wasn’t a matter of upbringing; Wonder Woman’s mind simply didn’t hold similar concepts, much like she wouldn’t use the commonly known English curse "m**r f**k," as it was unimaginable in a matriarchal tribe.
So when that word was thrown into a group of Wonder Won, it was practically earth-shattering. Not even her sisters could believe soone would outright curse her in public. The Main Universe Wonder Woman was montarily stunned by the insult.
In her dazed mont, the unfamiliar-looking Wonder Woman swung a fist directly at her. The Main Universe Wonder Woman barely avoided the punch by hurriedly retreating, feeling a rush of anger.
Seizing the opening when the opposing Wonder Woman threw her punch, she responded with an uppercut, followed imdiately by two straight punches to the face. The Main Universe Wonder Woman roared at her, "You damned idiot, how dare you impersonate Wonder Woman?! I have to teach you a lesson!!!"
Indeed, the Main Universe Wonder Woman assud the other was an impostor. Although such a situation hadn’t occurred before, the Battleworld wasn’t infallible, and who knows, there might be a fraud that couldn’t be identified. It was better to capture first and ask questions later.
The strength of the Injustice League Universe was not high; they couldn’t beat the Main Universe, let alone with so many Wonder Won present. The Wonder Woman who suddenly barged in was quickly knocked to the ground and tied up with the Lasso of Truth.
It turned out, upon questioning, that she really was a Wonder Woman, and specifically the one from the Injustice League Universe.
The Main Universe Wonder Woman’s mind was nearly smoking with confusion. She inspected the madwoman in front of her, even suspecting her of being resurrected by so evil power. But apart from being slightly weak in divine power, she seed otherwise unhard.
"You’re the madwoman!" The Injustice Wonder Woman cursed, "What right do you have to lead Wonder Won?! Batman and Superman don’t recognize you at all. If I were leading the Wonder Won, that invading electronic life would have been driven out long ago!"
To the other Wonder Won, this practically sounded like gibberish. In truth, the Injustice Wonder Woman really was a bit insane.
Though she was a bit abnormal before being captured, it seed more like she was foolish and malicious, rather than displaying this current erratic behavior and illogical speech.
"Could it be that she was also controlled by that Injustice Superman?" the Main Universe Wonder Woman could only think of this possibility, "But maybe the control wasn’t perfect, or the experint failed, causing her insanity? No way, I need to find that damned Superman..."
The Injustice Superman was about to go mad upon receiving the news. Wasn’t she supposed to be dead?! How co she’s alive again?!
Though being falsely accused as a murderer was unfortunate, he was still sowhat relieved to know that the Wonder Woman from his universe was entirely dead. But now you’re telling I not only took the bla for nothing but the Wonder Woman isn’t even dead? Does misfortune only choose the miserable?
The Injustice Superman was busy investigating the source of that blue light, and hearing that the Main Universe Wonder Woman was bringing the Injustice Wonder Woman to et him was a headache.
Though he thought the Injustice Wonder Woman was a bit off, during his ti ruling Earth, Wonder Woman was indeed his best ally. He once believed Wonder Woman was the only one who could understand him, so striking now would be difficult, and he’d surely have trouble with Batman.
But if Wonder Woman insists on staying after eting him, what should he do?
He was already the enemy of most Supern, only daring to sneak around quietly, and with such a loud presence as this, could he survive?
At this mont, the Injustice Superman truly felt an urge to die.
