Days as a Spiritual Mentor in American Comics Chapter 551 - 374 The Avengers 1.5: Invasion (Part 1)2
"And here, Shiller heavily annotated, suspecting that the race conducting the experint might be the Kree, because he heard from that Hydra agent that the runner of the experint was said to be blue-skinned, and the only known blue-skinned race we currently know of is the Kree..."
"Then there's this section about the Inhumans. It ntions here that Kree's test subjects were not only the Hive, or rather, the Hive was only part of it. They also conducted experints on Earth, creating a race called the Inhumans..."
"These annotations by Shiller suggest that the Inhumans might have sothing to do with the mutants, but they're not exactly the sa. However, the Hive might very likely be one of the Inhumans since they're all products of the Kree experints."
"According to the data, the ancient Inhumans and the Hive might have lived together. But later, as the Hive beca too powerful, it was expelled by the ancient Inhumans and banished to a planet..."
"The Hive, on the other hand, is a parasitic organism capable of infecting hosts..."
"Wait!" Blue Spirit interrupted, "The Hive is a parasite?"
The symbiotes looked at each other, then Thunder said, "How does it parasitize? Don't tell it's by releasing spores or eggs..."
Stark flipped through the paper docunt in his hand and said, "Indeed it's ntioned later. It seems to shoot a parasitic seed from its tentacles or mouth, which can hatch tiny Hives that control sentient beings..."
The symbiotes exchanged glances again and said, "Are you sure it's a product of Kree experintation? The traits you're describing remind of an extrely disgusting race..."
Stark turned to look at them and asked, "What?"
With a deep breath, Blue Spirit seed unsettled just ntioning this race. "We call them 'Cosmic Parasites', but if phonetically translated, it's called 'Brood'."
"Brood? Isn't that a word for hatching eggs? Or a brood of birds?"
"Exactly, that description is quite fitting. They do parasitize others by hatching eggs, and the process is extrely disgusting."
"Moreover, their actions are completely opposite to those of the symbiotes, especially the Cosmic Special Agents. They survive by parasitically invading the entire cosmos, destroying one civilization after another, and then strengthening themselves..."
Blue Spirit made a very humanlike disgusted face and said, "They are the mortal enemies of the Cosmic Special Agents. If we consider our creator Nal to be our number one enemy, then the Brood can certainly be ranked in the top three."
"What they do is not just parasitism, it's complete absorption. Any life parasitized by them will have no consciousness of their own but will be completely controlled, becoming re tools for the Cosmic Parasites."
"In addition, they will split into smaller sub-bodies and form groups to enslave other sentient beings, using them as tools and slaves..."
"Wait, it's ntioned here..." Stark switched the docunts displayed on the screen. He pointed at a few lines of text and said, "Look here. Hydra agents once revealed that through a operation called 'Star Reaching Sche', they sent humans to the distant Hive planet to serve the Hive..."
Peter, Steve, and several other humans present frowned at this, as they obviously had so unwell associations. Suddenly, Peter stood up and said, "Damn! They might want to parasite Doctor Shiller too..."
"The docunts say they used sothing called 'The Black Stone Gate' to send people over, and currently we..."
"We need to find this portal, right?" Steve looked at Stark, but Stark looked at him as if looking at a fool, then said, "No, we need to find the coordinates of this planet, then board a spaceship, and floor it..."
Steve held his forehead, he was still a bit unaccustod to the fact that humans suddenly had incredibly advanced spaceships. But Stark was right, rather than trying to find the heavily guarded Black Stone Gate, it's better to just fly over with a spaceship. After all, Kree spaceships have warp engines. Even tens of millions of light years away, it's just a pedal to the tal.
"Does the docunt show the coordinates of the planet?" Peter asked.
"Of course not, this Hydra agent is just a regular human, and he hasn't even left Earth, how could he possibly know the location of an alien planet?"
"But rember what I just ntioned? The Inhumans." Stark closed the docunts and stood up.
"Right, if the ancient Inhumans banished the Hive, they should know where exactly the Hive was banished to. But the only problem is, where are the Inhumans?"
"The docunts have already told us..."
Stark looked up, and although all he saw was the ceiling, his gaze passed through layers of rock and soil to the sky, beyond the atmosphere, into space, looking at the small satellite spinning next to Earth.
"They're on the Moon."
In a darker underground base, Jacqueline stood by an altar, "You might not have imagined that on the moon, which humans can see every day, there live a group of Inhumans who look similar to you but have vastly different abilities."
"But we're enemies with them. Their ancestors were enemies with the great Hive. One day, we will make them pay..."
"Are you saying that you can go to the planet where the Hive is, via a portal? But why would you do that? You want to welco the Hive back to Earth, but why would you send people to that planet?" Shiller asked.
Jacqueline sneered. She paced in front of the altar and said, "Planet? No, it's not an ordinary planet. It's a main planet in the territory of the alien parasitic species - Brood."
"In the past, the ancient Inhumans fought the Hive only because they felt that such a powerful Inhuman could not be used by them, would not be controlled by them, and would ultimately overthrow their kingdom."
"They originally wanted to kill the Hive, of course. They were mortal enemies, why wouldn't they want to kill their enemy? They just couldn't do it."
"The great ruling Hive did not appear out of thin air; it's a clone of a much stronger race, the Brood. After the battle against the ancient Inhumans, the Hive beca weak and borrowed the power of the ancient Inhumans to open a portal back to the Brood's territory, settling in one of their main planets, until today..."
"To take revenge on the ancient Inhumans and humans, the Hive once drove so mbers of the Brood to attack Earth. However, Earth had also established a superhero team at that ti, led by Imhotep."
Jacqueline looked up, "I say this, and you may not understand, but later, this man called Imhotep ford an organization called 'The Shield Brotherhood'."
"And then, The Shield Brotherhood developed today's S.H.I.E.L.D. and SWORD."
