Right now, mutants on Earth only occupy one island. Just to occupy this one island, they’ve expended so much blood and effort, gone through so many hardships, everyone knows that. And now you’re telling you have an entire star system?

Never mind if the Androda Galaxy is big or rich in resources. It’s an entire galaxy, comparable to the Milky Way. They can’t even figure out the Solar System yet, when can they occupy a star system?

Also, talking about how the star ships are Earth’s public property. From the perspective of the mutants here, humans already have star ships, and for mutants to be able to compete with them, they must be incredibly strong.

One must know that humans in this cosmos have only built a factory, nearly driving the mutants to extinction. anwhile, those humans have spaceships and star ships, so even planet warships and super weapons, wouldn’t they have fought the mutants until the grand road is obliterated?

Charles saw he couldn’t convince them back, and simply ignored it, continuing, "I’m not saying you built this dock poorly. It’s just that without using standardized procedures for construction, you’ll never achieve it, and lack of standardized supervision might lead to problems.

"Think about it, during the construction process, did you suffer from fatigue and lose concentration? Did your mind wander when you talked to others to refresh yourself? Were you unsure if certain batches of materials were handled properly?"

When he asked this, naturally everyone had these issues. After all, working to this point, who can maintain full concentration? Isn’t everyone just loafing around here, or frantically chasing progress, just wanting to get it done quickly? When Charles pointed it out, everyone felt a bit guilty.

"This is why I emphasize the importance of standardized processes. Firstly, a reasonable schedule provides everyone with adequate rest, rather than working through exhaustion, relying on external forces to stay alert, and then making errors due to fatigue.

"Consider this, if due to your error, the dock built through hard work has problems in the future, it could not only harm your compatriots but also plunge the entire Clarkia into turmoil, how guilty would you feel?"

"Understood, Professor." Soone imdiately said, "I actually felt rushing work like this wasn’t right before. But hearing that the international situation is volatile, I thought we should complete it now so they can’t trouble us."

Many people echoed. These are the mutants who understand how difficult it was for Clarkia to establish, eager to seize every opportunity to build sothing to prevent the human governnt from stepping in, saying no here, no there.

"Everyone rest assured. I’ll handle public opinion and diplomatic issues. I can guarantee that when the new dock starts construction, no governnt will dare say it’s illegal or non-compliant."

Sebastian couldn’t help but glance at him, wondering how he could boast like that. One must know the human governnt is also complex, each with different positions and demands, chaotic internally, how could he claim to convince all countries?

Moreover, this dock obviously looks illegal and non-compliant. Don’t forget, Clarkia is a nature reserve, which nature reserve builds such a large deep-water dock? Isn’t this obviously suspicious?

Sebastian felt a headache coming, worrying that Charles is ssing around. After all, now he’s also a Clarkia native, the nation’s affairs affect him, and if a problem arises, he can’t escape.

He wanted to persuade a bit. Charles seed to see through his thoughts, directly giving him a look. Sebastian couldn’t speak, only hearing Charles continue:

"Moreover, our urgent issue has never been the dock, but your lives. With everyone unable to adequately eat or clothe themselves, how can we talk about national construction?

"We certainly need to develop agriculture, but planting now indeed cos too late. We must acquire so external resources to enrich and adjust ourselves, only then can we better engage our work. Everyone rest assured, I will handle this too, ensuring you all eat the freshest food."

Sebastian couldn’t help but glance at him. This was a bold statent, considering earlier few countries didn’t block imports to hunt down mutants. It’s normal for countries not to do foreign trade since it’s not a normal country; people refuse to sell to you, only relying on Hellfire Group to buy stuff. But, this type of trade doesn’t buy lots.

National foreign trade has economic value and political significance. The annual imports and exports are fixed. So aim to support partners, others for regional balance. People won’t change for a small private company, large commodities are non-tradable, causing Clarkia’s resource shortage.

Though now established as a nature reserve, many countries still watch suspiciously, uncertain if Clarkia is truly valuable, allowing them to engage in foreign trade. Hence, resource shortages are not thoroughly resolved.

Now, Charles boldly claims he can simultaneously resolve diplomatic and trade issues. Sebastian wanted to see what he could do.

Soon, the mutants dispersed, heading back to rest. Although the food wasn’t very tasty, at least they could sleep well. Charles and Erik t at the Central Royal Court but only brushed past each other, greeting, before going to their respective offices.

This amazed Sebastian. One must know these two et, they’d at least talk for tens of minutes, discussing life or ideals, even sharing recent updates could be endless.

Sebastian chose to follow Charles, as Charles was more talkative, he could gather intel. Seeing him there darting his eyes around, Charles said, "Aren’t we seeing each other often enough? Must anything be said now?"

"You’re not seeing each other less?!" Sebastian widened his eyes and said, "Are you always staying together?"

But soon he realized, to rule a star system, surely they should be together. Charles continued, "You go bring Storm back."

"What?" Sebastian didn’t understand.

"Just go." Charles waved his hand, impatiently dismissing the person.

Sebastian had figured it out; these two were particularly good at ordering people around. But he felt fine with it, even thinking it was better this way, for sotis he wondered what exactly the two in the cosmos were doing.

Professor X was always in a teacher’s deanor, explaining clearly the cause and effect when calling soone over, occasionally adding a few words of advice and instruction. Magneto could give commands to others just fine, but the issue was sotis he couldn’t articulate his needs; sotis the goals were too vague, and other tis the process was too complicated, leaving one unsure of what to do.

These two were different. There was only a very brief directive, either to pass on a ssage or to find soone. The person executing hardly required any thinking, like a robot, just delivering the ssage or finding the person, without any difficulty.

Because of this, Sebastian couldn’t quite imagine what had shaped them into having such a skill. Surely there must have been so grand and tumultuous stories that occurred during tasks carried out by certain mutants, so much so that they honed the leaders’ abilities to issue the most concise and precise commands.

Soon enough, Storm arrived. She didn’t look well, as if she had suffered so injuries and seed worried about the tense situation at the frontline. Seeing young Charles, she was montarily stunned but said nothing.

"Hello, ma’am," Charles said, "I want to visit Wakanda."

Storm paused in her movents. She finally took a serious look at Charles, then sighed as if she had expected this and said, "Alright, I’ll take you."

In the Wakanda Palace, Charles walked inside, with Storm and Sebastian following behind him. Sebastian asked softly, "Did you know he would co?"

"He should have co sooner," Storm said, "I don’t know why he was unwilling to co. Wakanda has never been an enemy of mutants, otherwise, I wouldn’t have..."

She stopped there, but Sebastian knew. If Black Panther were anti-mutant, he wouldn’t be dating Storm. However, he still had reservations because indeed, Wakanda and Clarkia had so competitive dynamics, especially in the dical field.

Who would have thought, at the first eting with Black Panther, Charles said sothing that made Black Panther spit out his tea.

"Let’s monopolize together."

"Cough cough cough," Black Panther coughed fiercely, then said, "Monopolize, what monopoly? Wakanda is an inclusive, open..."

"Of course, it’s dical and tal." Charles didn’t waste a word with him, "Only the two of us can cure all illnesses globally. If Wakanda and Clarkia join forces to monopolize high-end dical resources, which politician wouldn’t give in?"

"But Wakanda already monopolizes nearly all of the high-end dical." Black Panther quickly reacted and started bargaining, "Why should we incorporate you?"

"Because if you don’t include us, you won’t monopolize anymore," Charles said, "We will offer free experiences of the Clarkia Flower to those politicians, attracting them to Clarkia for dical tourism. Not only is it more effective than your treatnts, but it’s also more relaxing."

This imdiately struck a chord with Black Panther. Wakanda’s scenery was nice, but it was hardly open to tourism and, after all, it’s considered a desert country; its landscapes were indeed not as beautiful as Clarkia. In terms of service, it could hardly compete.

Even on the dical front, it was tricky, because the magical Clarkia Flower, sothing Black Panther had researched too, indeed seed unreasonable, being simple to handle and highly effective. If it really becos their flagship product, it could potentially overpower Wakanda.

Almost instantly, Black Panther made his decision; he nodded and said, "Alright."

"However, we will only partner with you in the high-end dical industry; we have our own plans for general dical." Charles said.

"You don’t plan to make Clarkia Flower into drugs and send them out, do you?" Black Panther frowned and said, "Forgive , but that seems very challenging..."

"Smuggling."

"Then it’s not a problem."

Storm was still a bit at a loss, but Sebastian fully understood. Essentially, wealthy people wouldn’t use smuggled drugs; those drugs are more likely to reach ordinary people. Make the efficacy slightly less potent, and fewer would target them, making it suitable for general healthcare.

"There’s one more thing," Charles said, "I need your help contacting soone."

"Who?"

"The Chief of the Spear Bureau in China, Zhengxian."
