"Master Falcone, let us explain, here's what happened..."
One of the mob bosses who seed more acquainted with Alberto stepped forward, saying, "According to my n, they saw a ghost here, on the third floor."
"And it's not just him. Many others on the third floor also saw it. You can ask Spencer and Lawrence, their mbers were at the scene too."
Alberto frowned, and the two bosses whose nas had been ntioned also said, "Indeed, at first, I thought they were having delusions due to drugs. But the initial person who yelled, a Fisherman, he is one of the best truck drivers on the route of the Twelfth Pier. The reason he works efficiently is because he doesn't do drugs and rarely drinks. If not for his gambling habit, I would have mistaken him for a foreigner."
Another mob boss with golden hair stroked his chin and said, "There were more than thirty people participating in activities on the third floor, it can't be a collective hallucination, could it?"
"I think soone is playing tricks. I've lived in Gotham for so many years, I've never heard of any haunting." An older mob boss said. Alberto turned his gaze towards him, and the boss stood up and said:
"Now is not the ti to dwell on who won, who lost, or who owes compensation. Don't forget whose turf this hospital is, aside from the Godfather, the Doctor can be even tougher to handle."
"Even if he doesn't work here anymore, he just left and we turned this place upside down, what do you think he would make of it?"
The other bosses looked at each other, soone cleared his throat and coughed, "We'll clean up here as soon as possible. If needed, we'll renovate the entire place, I've had enough of the old-fashioned decor anyway."
"Exactly, everything about this hospital is fine, it's just too old. The Arkham family? That's antiquated history."
"I'll fund it! While we have the opportunity, let's renovate the place, knock through so unnecessary offices, make the rooms bigger, and add a few gaming rooms!""
"I know a good renovation company, they did my mansion, I'll call them over later..."
"Don't rush..." The older boss seed more composed. He glanced at Alberto's expression and continued, "Rather than fixing up the place, we have a more critical task at hand - to find this trouble-making ghost."
"Don't forget, this hospital is also part of the Falcone Family's property. Whoever dares to disrupt the Godfather's domain, they must be tired of living."
"Right!" The other mob bosses exchanged glances and said, "We have to find this so-called ghost first!"
The old boss observed Alberto's expression. He knew that Alberto was representing the Godfather. Yet even if that wasn't the case, this young Godfather in the making already had considerable clout.
These mob bosses didn't understand what a split personality is. From their point of view, the weak and indecisive nature that Evans originally showed was probably due to him being young with little experience. Now, Alberto displayed a personality quite similar to the Godfather, supposedly because he had grown up.
Although it seed that the Godfather was still a distance away from retirent, no one was willing to offend the Godfather's heir. The mob bosses discussed among themselves and decided that they would find the shadowy troublemaker behind the scenes regardless of the cost.
Two minutes later. The bearded Fisherman inside the room hung up his call, picked up his shotgun, and waved at the others, "Gear up, let's move!"
As they left the room, the others also geared up. The forr lively group exchanged hot glances and then split up to start searching throughout the hospital.
anwhile, in a seventh-floor room, Hugo and Jonathan watched Constantine drawing an Array in the center of the room. Holding a scorched stick in one hand and other hand emitting a strange glow, he was chanting while circling the Array.
"Why aren't you done yet?" Hugo asked with impatience.
"Why do you think magic is simple? If not for your stupid idea that resulted in my little pet dying horribly, do you think I enjoy exerting effort to summon again?" Constantine said while weaving his spell.
Soon, a gleam of eerie green light drifted up from the center of the Array. Another ghost appeared, and Constantine put down his glowing hand and gestured in mid-air, seemingly giving orders to the ghost.
Soon, the ghost glowing with a dim green light floated out of the room, but Constantine in the room suddenly frowned.
"What's the matter?" Jonathan asked.
"Trouble, they're starting to search for us inside the building!"
"Searching for us?" Hugo's tone went up, "That's impossible, how could they possibly unify themselves? Aren't they ntally ill?!"
Constantine crossed his arms, sighed in resignation and said, "You still think they are ntally ill at this point? Have you ever seen a ntally ill person equipped with automatic weapons, rockets, grenades, and military flash-bombs?"
Jonathan apparently also disagreed with Hugo's plan. But before he could say anything, Constantine's sowhat panicked voice sounded:
