Liang Maimiao was about to say sothing when Xu Damai gently tugged at her.
After Ye Yunniang had soothed the three children to sleep, she ca out and saw Chunyao and Liang Maimiao cleaning the courtyard, while Chef Jin and Xu Damai were repairing the door that had been kicked in.
Ye Yunniang wanted to step forward and help, but Chunyao and Liang Maimiao stopped her.

They swept out the dirt from the room, along with the fear that had settled in their hearts.
