Cellis Domain drained as much of the Divine Energy present inside them, further reducing their power.

As for Rean's domain, it could be said to be the least useful in this situation. His domain acted mostly against enemy domains, and those beasts were not using any domain whatsoever. Nonetheless, as Rean, Roan, and Kentucky were Light Elent users, it could at least increase the Light Elent power inside that range.
