Appearing in another space with thick White Fog, Rean ca across countless floating runes, very similar to Natural Runes from Natural Formations. Yet, they still followed a recognizable pattern that set them apart from the Natural Runes Rean had seen before.
"These are interesting..." Rean tried to catch one of the Runes. Unfortunately, the mont he grabbed one of them, it dissipated in his hand, very much like the White Fog itself.
Inside the Celestial Soul Dinsional Realm, Zangeshu was also observing that event. 'Master, are these runes an illusion?'
Rean shook his head. 'They are not. They truly exist, although they seem to have so weird characteristic that makes it hard to work with them. Think about these runes as snowflakes when they land on your warm hand. They do seem to disappear, but in reality, they are just changing into another form. In this case, they are blending with the surrounding space elents again.'
Roan was more interested in what Rean had heard earlier. 'What about this challenge? Did you hear anything else after appearing in this space now?'
'No...' Rean shook his head and began to walk ahead. The fog made it hard to see much further, but there didn't seem to be any danger here, at least. Of course, Rean kept his thin Light Elent spread around him.
After walking a few minutes and failing to catch any of the runes that floated around, Rean finally reached a place where sothing different could be seen. It looked like a huge crystal, very similar to the Starlight Crystals they had found so far, although much bigger.
"Oh!" Rean quickly reached its side, paying close attention. From inside the crystal, those natural runes took form and floated out, spreading in the White Fog. The sa thing happened with the White Fog.
"Now I understand what is different in these floating runes that are different from the natural runes from natural formations I had seen before. They are made with Starlight Energy," Rean explained.
He then tried to grab the carefully. However...

Just as Rean was about to touch it, a ray of light ca out of it, the sa one that turned all those experts outside into dust!

Rean had never dropped his guard, though. The exact mont he noticed sothing wrong, his body moved accordingly. Too bad that he was truly too close to the crystal.

The Starlight Ray of Light still hit his hand, which Rean purposely used to defend against it when it had aid at his body. Now, his body was disintegrating from the tip of his hand, and it quickly spread further.
Rean raised his arm, now with his hand already gone, and the rest quickly disappearing. "Starlight Energy sure has so weird properties we need to investigate later. No... this is not Starlight Energy alone. It's those runes. The combination of the runes and the Starlight Energy created this incredibly destructive force. Impressive..."
*Slash!*
Before the disintegration arrived at his shoulder, Rean took out his Black Star Sword and cut his entire arm out. It quickly fell to the ground, disappearing a few seconds later as the power of disintegration increased with the more it consud.
*Gulp!*
In the next mont, Rean swallowed one of Roan's Nutrient Bomb Pills, and using his Light Elent, he regrew his arm again, returning to normal in a few minutes. "This new body of ours is a lot more powerful with the bloodline and even our soul and energies rged completely. However, it also makes it a lot harder to heal." Rean murmured for a mont, but he didn't seem to mind.
Both Rean and Roan had left a little bit of their blood inside the Celestial Soul Dinsional Realm. Let's not forget that now they can not die unless they are really completely eliminated. Even if Rean's body had disintegrated outside, that blood inside the Dinsional Realm would have been more than enough to reform his body. It's just that it would have taken so ti. One can not look down on a Celestial Bloodline and Soul.
Rean's attention returned to the crystal ahead, which continued to release those tiny Starlight Energy natural runes as if nothing had happened. "Now then, what to do..."
Rean approached it again with his arms crossed, walking around it for a mont before waving his hand. He tried to make the entire thing enter the Celestial Soul Dinsional Realm. As long as it was there, it would be powerless with Sister Orb's presence.
Too bad that it completely rejected the Spatial Pull caused by the Dinsional Realm. Sending it inside in that manner was out of the question. "Hum... Perhaps I can simply strike it with a bat, and Sister Orb can open a gate to the Dinsional Realm where it will pass through."

Without thinking twice, Rean took out a huge bar of divine tal that he hadn't used for forging yet. "Sister Orb, can you make a Spatial Aperture for ?"
[Sothing tells it won't work at all...] Sister Orb answered, but she still made a Spatial Aperture connecting to the Celestial Soul Dinsional Realm.
Swinging his divine tal like a baseball bat, Rean positioned himself at its side, ready to hit it with all his strength. The divine tal would most likely disintegrate as well. Or perhaps it wouldn't since that ray didn't affect the victim's clothes back when they were hit outside. Nonetheless, he was going to give it a try. *Zou!*
He swang, and the bar ca in contact with the crystal... or so it should have.

Too bad the crystal shot its ray of Starlight Energy again, this ti aiming at the bar before it could even hit its side. Rean completely his swing, but by the ti he looked at the divine tal, half of it had turned to dust, and the rest was quickly disappearing in the sa manner. "Tch..." Rean let go of the rest of the divine tal before it reached his hand. [Told ya... since formations' knowledge is necessary in this test, how could it be solved in such a manner?]
"Fine, I admit it," Rean shrugged. "My solution didn't have much to do with formations at all. But you never know when a simpler approach might be the best one."
Rean then looked at the crystal, crouching down and looking at it from a safe distance. "Now, how do I get rid of this thing..."
