CAU55TW8’s group, where Kentucky and Celis were located, was quickly surrounded by the various SANS unit groups. CAU55TW8 couldn’t understand why so many of the enemy groups would send so many to intercept them.
However, he was forgetting sothing important. The SANS Units know that the CAU Units now have Qwerty. Preventing Qwerty from reaching the Zoshia Enterprise Building was their main priority. When CAU55TW8’s group entered the city range, the SANS Units noticed that there were a few beings hiding within CAU55TW8’s group.
Above all, when CAU55TW8 charged forward with his group, the SANS Units thought Qwerty was probably hiding in the middle of his group. CAU55TW8’s group was the only one moving in that kind of battle formation as if trying to protect sothing in the center. Turns out that it was just Kentucky and Celis.
Yet, just as the SANS Units were about to attack CAU55TW8 and his companions...
’Energy Draining Domain!’
’Kawa Blade Domain!’
Imdiately, Kentucky and Celis activated their Domains. All the SANS Units within their range began to feel their energies being absorbed. Kentucky’s countless Blade Feathers supported his group while they also attacked. What was supposed to be a great disadvantage in numbers, turned into quite an even battle.
The SANS Units didn’t press for too long. When they saw their energy was almost empty, they imdiately charged out of Celis and Kentucky’s Domains. Then, another group took their place, just for them to leave not too long later.
They couldn’t afford to attack all at once, as Celis and Kentucky would cause many of them to be buried there. Their attacks didn’t carry as much power, either. Celis’ Domain drained everything that entered its range, including the energy from the various types of attacks.
However, that made the SANS Units even more sure that Qwerty has to be in the midst of this group. After all, two of the Domains that caused so much trouble that day were right there!
CAU03 watched that from afar, quite impressed by the difference that only Celis and Kentucky were able to make. Even with such a huge disadvantage in numbers, their Domains allowed CAU55TW8’s group to hold their position and not be suppressed. He heard about it from CAU431, but seeing it with his eyes was another story.
Yet, CAU03’s attention didn’t dwell on CAU55TW8’s group. Instead, he looked in another direction as Roan’s group made its way to the left side of the battlefield. ’That direction...’ CAU03 knew what could be found there.
Roan saw that half of the forces that ca out of the city focused on where Kentucky and Celis were. Then, he looked at the CAU Units fighting the group at the leftmost side. Half of the SANS Units from all groups detached to go after CAU55TW8’s group, where Celis and Kentucky were fighting. That left the reaming SANS Units with a slight disadvantage in numbers.
Roan ignored that, though. Instead, he checked the map CAU03 gave him of the city, nodding in satisfaction. ’That should be more or less here.’
Then...
-Charge!-
Roan gave the order to his group, and they shot forward, entering the range of the city and being detected instantly. They passed by the left-most group, ignoring the SANS Units there. They had only one objective, the barrier and a certain building just a few hundred ters behind it.
*Zum...*
Suddenly, another hole appeared in the barrier, and a new group of SANS Units ca out. That was to be expected. After all, the SANS City has ten tis more robots than the CAU units. The group that ca out was pretty much the sa size as Roan’s group, just a little bit over 3000 mbers.
Seeing that, Roan coldly smiled.
’Death World Domain!’
Instantly, everything went dark over a two-kiloter range. Dark Elent began to corrode the robots from the SANS City, and even their detection thods seed to be affected inside Roan’s Domain for the sa reason. Roan had quite a big advantage in the Evernight World, as Dark Elent was a lot higher here.
The SANS Units that were enveloped by it were taken down one after another in a matter of seconds. But attacking the SANS Units wasn’t their main objective.

Roan suddenly appeared as his Domain was deactivated instantly. Right now, his hair was a mix of white and black, proof he was taking Light Elent from Rean to increase his own strength. The hole from where the last group of SANS Units ca from was still closing, but Roan had no intention of letting it happen.
’Death Style, Death Scythe!’
A powerful attack of Dark and Light Elent aid directly where where the hole was about to close!

Dark and Light Elent spread, causing the hole to instantly widen thousands of tis. Roan’s Dark Elent made the runes lose control, while Rean’s Light Elent supported Roan’s Dark Elent so it could work for even longer.
Behind the barrier, not far away, a big rectangular building could be seen. That was one of the many manufacturing factories that made the various things necessary for the robots’ maintenance. This one was especially important since it produced the raw material that the robots were made, so it was perfect to cover the cracks on the bodies of many of the robots.
Behind, half of the robots in Roan’s group detached, this ti flying back. They pincer attacked the SANS Units that were fighting the CAU Units on the left-most side. Thanks to that, the SANS Units began to fall one after another, while many ignored it all and fled after seeing they didn’t have any chance of holding back that position.

He stopped right in the center of the hole in the city’s protection barrier, fueling the Dark and Light Elents that kept the hole open. Then, the other half of his group charged at the manufacturing facility. Even better, there were almost no SANS Units there to defend it!
At this mont, the ten minutes CAU03 gave Roan ran out. However, he didn’t dare taking the commanding power from Roan anymore. Instead, he joined the fight, now sure that this was the best chance they had in the last several months.
