Not too far from them, there was a giant sphere, and around it, thirty small platforms. Further ahead, there was a gate even bigger than the sphere, and it was closed.
Roan touched the dallion hidden inside his clothes and checked the information inside. Let’s not forget that these dallions are rare, so it is better to not show them outside. In any case, new pieces of information had been added to it now that they appeared in this place.

Sesahi, the Fox Demon Beast from F950, didn’t agree with conth. "Look at them. Most of these idiots are only in the Elental Space Realm. There is one in Space-Ti and one in the Divinity Realm. Do you think they can contribute at all? I say we kill them and wait for a new group to help with the thirty slots."
The Spirit called Shonror, from F954, quite liked the idea. "Indeed. We will have a better chance if we wait for the next batch."
"Hmph!" Yet, conth snorted. "Wait for the next batch? Then let ask you, what guarantees do you have that a ’next batch’ will co? What if they are the last, and once we kill them, we get ourselves trapped? Are you really willing to risk it?"
Sesahi and Shonror went silent. Indeed, was it worth the risk? They managed to get this far already, being one of the few groups to have figured out the courage test. Well, to be most specific, they didn’t have courage themselves.
When they entered the path of different colors and reached the door with intricated patterns, they forced the weakest in their group to try it out. Not only that, two of them died, while one just barely managed to survive the door’s ray of light. But then again, they also noticed what Kentucky did and had soone else try to stand still in front of the door. Thus, the ray of light attack from the door hit the light on those weak experts who were forced to stay still in front of it. Turns out that was the right answer, and the portal opened.
The White, Red, and Purple Color Lights on their chests now were also of a different tone to the sa lights they initially had when they entered the Golden Palace.
"Besides," conth smiled, "isn’t it better that the competition is weaker? This might be a blessing in disguise."
Sesahi and Shonror, as well as their companions, had to admit conth had a point there. Killing the twins’ group might actually trap them here until the end of the Golden Palace ti, and not killing them might an more benefits for themselves. If they just knew what the twins’ group was capable of...
Seeing that the conversation of these groups proceeded without their own imputs, Rean and Roan kept silent. It wasn’t like they wanted to be trapped in this place either, so it was good those guys decided it was better not to attack. As for if sothing good appears later, well, there is nothing better than being underestimated.
Shonror looked at Kentucky. "You got luck, big butt."
Kentucky took a look around. There were quite a few experts if you count all the three groups. It would be complicated to fight that many at once, even if everyone in the twins’ group fought together. But, it was definitely possible to give them a scare so they wouldn’t try anything funny.
’Don’t do it,’ Roan’s voice echoed in Kentucky’s mind. He could tell Kentucky was getting angry with those nicknas. ’For now, let them think they can deal with us anyti they want. Just play low, and when the chance appears, strike with conviction. We don’t need to take them all down, just one group. The other two should have no ti to react, and once they see what we can do, they will not push their luck.’
Kentucky took a deep breath and nodded. ’Alright.’
Rean smiled at everyone there, speaking. "So, seniors, all we need to do is stand on those platforms? What will happen after that?"
Shonror and Sesahi didn’t even want to explain. "Shut up and just follow us. Don’t screw up."
conth, however, was more lenient. "Sesahi, Shonror, are you guys idiots? What if they ss exactly because you don’t want to explain anything? How did you even manage to reach the Divinity Realm with such a short sight?"
Sesahi and Shonror glared back at conth, but they didn’t reply. The Golden Palace was too important, so as much as they didn’t want to, they knew conth was probably right. Well, part of their anger was actually the ’big butt’ bird.
conth finally turned to the twins’ group and explained with patience. "We don’t know much to be sincere. But we tested those platforms earlier, and when each of us was on it, the platform lit up. At the sa ti, there are thirty light spots around the gate in front of it. They, too, lit up when we sat on the platforms and sent our Divine Energy inside."
Imdiately, the twins’ group understood. These guys definitely don’t have a dallion. Or, at the very least, they are hiding it. Well, Roan and Elsie are doing the sa, so it isn’t like it is a problem. Anyone would do the sa. "So we don’t know what we will find on the other side of the gate, is it?" Rean asked, trying to look clueless.
"That’s basically it," conth nodded. "But at least you know what to do. Each of you will take a platform around that big sphere and send your Divine Energy inside. We ’believe’ that’s what we need to do to open the passage. After that... well, we will see."
If none of them truly had any dallions, then they might actually think the twins’ group was only needed to open the gate. They would find out very soon.
