"Is... Is she creating Starlight Energy?!" Rean barely managed to say those words.
Roan focused on that crystal with all his attention. He could feel it. The amount of Starlight Energy that girl was able to create was no joke. Of course, it didn’t match the Starlight Energy you could find inside the Starlight Fruit, for example, but it was definitely many tis more than what you could get from the environnt! If she could do that at the Saint Realm... Just what could se do if her cultivation was closer to the twins?

When the twins heard the first part of the quest, they were quite happy. A personal source of Starlight Energy that would be strong enough to bring them to the Divinity Realm Peak Stage. Isn’t that exactly was they need? However...
’rging her soul and bloodline with the Control Orb?’ Rean couldn’t help but ask Roan.
Roan narrowed his eyes. ’The system is basically telling us to sacrifice this girl. Is that correct, Sister Orb? Or is so hidden criteria behind the quest?’
Since the system finished explaining its quest, Sister Orb was allowed to speak again.
[There is no hidden aning here. It is very straight forward. Sacrifice this girl, and you can get those abilities. No other way around.]
Rean obviously didn’t like it. ’How about cuting a piece of her soul and extracting so of her bloodline? I can make both and help her recover after. I just need to be careful to have her sense of self and mories moved to the remaining part of her soul to not cause any lasting damage.’
Roan also found it strange. ’With the Abyssal Beast, we got its soul but the system didn’t absorb it. In fact, we could have sent the Abyssal Beast away anyti we wanted, but it decided to sleep for a thousand years to recover on its own. It’s still inside our Dinsional Realm, and we can take it out at any mont. It doesn’t look all that similar to Wisfreya’s case.’
[I can’t answer Roan’s question since it is a decision of the system. But I do have an answer to Rean’s question instead... and the answer is no. The system demands the whole thing, no roundabouts. If it doesn’t get all at once, it won’t be able to copy her ability.]
