Even though the scale was much bigger, the twins’ group understood that what they were doing here was still pretty much the sa as back in the Panpasin Continent. It wasn’t a bad thing, of course.

"Good, you are all here," Hlock, one of the officials of the Galantes Country, said. "Your Vice-President, Ruberto, asked our country to help with it. I’ll be accompanying you to the Exchange Program. Well, just call that place Military Academy. That’s what everyone calls it. Now, get on the formation. We are departing straight away."

They all followed, the formation activated, and once again, everyone was gone, although it was only the young generation this ti. Their group had to take another two different Teleport Formations, as the ones back in Huimun couldn’t teleport very far.

Finally, the teleported one last ti, appearing at the top of a mountain. Their group wasn’t the only one there. You could see a few thousand experts waiting for sothing, the vast majority with ages and cultivations similar to their Verjansy Country’s group.

Still, there wasn’t anything around, so Kentucky asked out of curiosity. "Senior Hlock, what are we doing here?"

Hlock looked at him for a mont. "Just wait. It should be here soon."

Kentucky didn’t quite like the answer, but did as told. Nothing happened for a few hours, and everyone waited in an orderly manner. However, Kentucky soon noticed that the light of the day began to disappear too quickly. He looked up and saw an enormous shadow covering the light as it approached. "Hum? An Airship?"

Roan shook his head. "Use your divine sense, idiot. You should have noticed it approaching for a while now."

"Oh!" Kentucky was accustod to not spreading his Divine Sense after living in the Sea Breeze for so long that he had forgotten it. "Hey, that one is quite enormous. Is it an entire city?"

"Seems like it," Foliana agreed with him.

Then, they began to feel the presence of five different Divinity Realm Divine Senses. As expected, that place was quite well protected. It was truly a good thing that they were already in the ’Void Tempering Realm.’

However, although the floating city was approaching, it didn’t seem like it was going to stop.

"Alright, let’s go," Hlock called their attention. "The Military Academy never stops, so we have to enter while it is passing by. If we miss it, we will have to teleport to another pickup point, so let’s not waste ti."

Hlock took flight, and everyone followed. Not only did the youths from the Verjansy Country join in, but also young people from various other countries across this part of the Runia Continent. Typically, this pickup point only accommodates youngsters from the local area. The academy continued to soar over the continent, with many locations where people could board it.

Still, Tanxan found it strange. "Senior Hlock, why are we flying there? Wouldn’t it be better to simply teleport directly to that Floating Island? I refuse to believe they don’t have Teleport Formations in such a big structure."

Hlock faintly smiled. "Yes, they have, and you will be able to use those installations later. However, the first ti you join the Divine Military Exchange Program, you are not allowed to use those formations. You have to make your way into the academy on your own. Otherwise, you will not be accepted."

Everyone finally understood. It was a test, and reaching that floating island far high in the skies was their objective.

Rean looked around, seeing all the young experts from everywhere flying upwards. "They seem nervous, as if waiting for sothing."

Then, Rean’s Divine Sense caught it. "Oh, so that’s how it is..."

On the bottom of that enormous floating city, sothing that looked like an eye began to open, seemingly focusing on all the young experts trying to make their way up.

"It’s the Judgntal Eye! Get ready!" Soone shouted not too far away from the twins’ group.

The eye finally opened completely, and a golden light flashed through its iris. The mont that happened, the Divine Energy around the participants beca hard to control. They all continued to fly up, but it was many tis harder now.

Well, the twins’ group could force its way up and get there in a second. That thing was only effective against Void Tempering and below levels. However, they understood it wasn’t there to cause any harm. Instead, it seed like so kind of asurent procedure.

*Ziu!*

Then, a ray of light shot from its center, hitting the forehead of one of the youngsters. The guy’s body shone for a second or so, and then the eye blinked. Before the guy could do anything, the energy in the surroundings gathered around him, and he was sent down to the top of the mountain again.

"What happened?" Zangeshu asked Hlock, who didn’t seem to be affected by that giant eye.

"It is testing your potential," Hlock explained. "Even though your applications were accepted, you still need to pass this test if you want to reach the island. The Military Academy couldn’t possibly accept everyone just because they filled out the forms, now could it? Don’t fight back and let it check your bodies. It shouldn’t take long. Don’t stop flying. If you fall too far behind before the light cos, then you will fail before the Judgental Eye even checks you."

Wisfreya and several others couldn’t help but curse Hlock ntally. Couldn’t he have warned them ahead of ti about this? But then again, there was no point complaining now.

The eye’s iris moved extrely fast, tens of rays of light shooting from it every second. Each ray entered a body, the body shone for a mont, and then it disappeared. Most weren’t sent down and instead were allowed to continue on their way up. They passed the Judgental Eye’s procedure, but they still had to reach the city.

However, the twins’ group soon noticed that several of those who were hit by that light from the big eye seed to lose their ability to fly. A gentle breeze appeared out of nowhere, carrying them back down to the ground.

Hlock knew what they were thinking, so he said it straight. "The Judgental Eye considered their potential to be lacking. That’s why they are being sent back. They can try again at another pickup point, but it won’t change anything if they don’t show any improvents when that ti cos."

Suddenly, the Judgental Eye stopped on soone. So far, it has only shot rays of white light that made everyone’s bodies shine for a mont. But this ti, after one of those rays of light hit one of the youngsters flying up, sothing different happened.

The golden light inside the Judgental Eye converged at the center, and a ray of Golden Light followed, hitting that sa cultivator again. The guy’s body shone with the sa golden light for a mont, and his body was pulled up at high speeds, leaving everyone behind.

*Wow!*

Everyone around seed to understand what had happened, with quite a few envious expressions following the sight of that man being pulled up.

"Let guess," Celis spoke, "Big potential?"

Hlock shrugged. "Easy to understand, isn’t it? However, did you notice how the golden light around that young man was very faint? The Judgental Eye does think he has a higher potential than those before, but not by much. Well, that is already pretty good. Maybe we will see one or two more this ti around. Maybe it will even be one of you, who knows?"

"So... the stronger the golden light, the higher the potential?" Gruxi, the guy with the highest cultivation in the Verjansy Country’s group, asked.

"Yes," Hlock nodded. Then, he noticed so of the youngsters began to fall behind. "Hey, don’t slow down. The city will only accelerate from here onwards. As long as the lights shot from the Judgental Eye don’t force you back to the ground, that ans you haven’t failed yet. But you will have to fly all the way to the floating island still if you want to be accepted."

Those falling behind gritted their teeth and pressed forward. They obviously didn’t want to fail here.

The twins’ group, naturally, felt nothing. Instead, they were more concerned with the eye’s abilities.

’Could it see through us?’ Kentucky asked.

’It shouldn’t be able to,’ Rean answered. ’I don’t know how the eye works regarding potential, though. That thing is not a formation, but so kind of artifact, so we can’t rely on Sister Orb to hack into it either.’

Roan ignored them and watched the lights hitting the candidates. It was completely random, the rays of light hitting the youngsters everywhere. Even a few of the Verjansy Country’s entourage were already hit, although none of them were forced back to the ground and were allowed to continue.

But then, the eye finally selected one mber of the twins’ group, Wisfreya!
