Rean and Roan glanced at each other for a second. Here you have two of them, although the Universe they own is not this one but another, far, far away. Well, at least that ant they wouldn’t cause trouble for their own Universe if they returned.

Let’s not forget that there were several ways for a cultivator to acquire the Celestial Laws for absorption. One of them, for example, was a tribulation, which was the case of the twins’ group.

They are too dangerous. In the entire Werdlem Empire, there are only nine Rank A Universes, and losing a single one would be a huge loss that the Werdlem Empire isn’t willing to afford."
Krue’Suan couldn’t agree more. "That’s correct. So you see, in case you thought the Werdlem Empire was afraid of being overthrown or so shit, that is also true. However, above all, it is the fear of having the various universes in here destroyed."
The twins truly couldn’t bla the Werdlem Empire for that approach. Most likely, all powers in the Great Void who had Rank B and above Universes did similar things. One life in exchange for the safety of an entire Universe, or various of them. The choice was obvious.
Krue’Suan then added so extra pieces of information. "Now then, since you ca from outside and had been to smaller universes, you noticed that none of them have the Judgental Eyes, right?"
Everyone nodded and waited for Krue’Suan to continue. "Well, small Universes have an advantage that big ones don’t. They don’t allow Celestial Realm Experts to enter in the first place. Naturally, even if a Balance Breaker appears there, he will have to leave if he wants to reach the Celestial Realm Cultivation Level."
"As I said, the only exceptions are the Universe Owners. But because of their connection with their Universe, they don’t cause any burden to their Universe’s Chaos Origin Source. "For that, Ximao would be better to explain," Krue’Suan turned in Ximao’s direction.
Ximao had been listening so far, nodding in response. "Thank you. Now we are back to the initial issue, the fact that Balance Breakers are all, without exception, heaven-defying geniuses. Simply put, the top experts of the Werdlem Empire are the Balance Breakers. They must be, because those who wish to invade the Werdlem Empire also have their own Balance Breakers. Normal cultivators are just not their match unless they have a huge gap in cultivation as an advantage."

So, at most, you would see two of them appearing during the two-million-year Observation Cycle of the Judgental Eyes."
"Yet, at the end of the day, even those who appear during the Observation Cycle will likely be eliminated," Ximao added. "Balance Breakers are necessary to make sure the Empire is a top power in the Great Void. But, at the sa ti, they are too dangerous. During the Observation Cycle, the Judgental Eye will most of the ti choose to eliminate them with a Golden Echo. The only ones who survive are the ones who proved to have the Werdlem Empire in their best interest without any shadow of a doubt."
"Well, then that’s quite good for us," Kentucky couldn’t help but comnt. "We truly don’t want anything to do with the Werdlem Empire, and we will be leaving as soon as we get the ans to do so. We are as safe for the empire as safe could be."
Rean, Roan, and Celis nodded in agreent. They shared Kentucky’s thoughts there. "We won’t and don’t want to cause any trouble."
Well, for so reason, Ximao highly doubted that... "Ahem... anyway. That should have answered your previous question. Is there anything else you want to know?"
"Oh, right!" Rean was curious about it. "What about those ’Peak Celestial Bodies’ you ntioned when Caladara was here? Can you tell us more about that?"
