As their group got closer, they noticed that far into the distance, the horizon changed color, and the environnt seed to contort. The color was slightly silver, and several storms and lightning bolts of the sa color swirled and cracked.
Everyone could tell what it was. That was the barrier separating the Future Realm and the outside world. Even though they were so far, the twins’ group could tell that the danger of that place was no joke, and neither of them would risk getting inside by force.
Leaving that aside, everyone arrived at the facility, catching the attention of several other experts around, all of them at the Space-Bending Realm or higher.
"Nergi-Tue, Bromifis, Zan Vrical, Letere, Molten Crystal, Qorogil..." one of the Space-Bending Realm experts in the twins’ group ntioned. "They are making it very obvious from which continent or power they ca from with their clothes and emblems. Well, we are all using our Divine Military Academy’s attire, so they should be able to easily recognize us as well."
Rean looked at him. "Zutuzoto, right? You seem to know quite a lot."
Zutuzoto was a mber of the Talisman Hall in the Divine Military Academy. He was quite good at making them, and it was thanks to them that he made it into the twenty Space-Bending Realm slots to co here.
"I know what is at stake, so I conducted extensive research on the various continents trying to enter the Future Realm," Zutuzoto seed quite satisfied by Rean’s comnt. "These that I just ntioned aren’t too big of a deal. Of course, I’m not saying they are weaker, but they are continents that usually don’t get more than one or two of their mbers to enter the Future Realm. Most of those around here are more or less at that level."
"Let guess, and that includes us," Kentucky ntioned.
Zutuzoto shrugged. "Yes, I won’t deny that."
Once inside the facility, they found an enormous open space, obviously manipulated with spatial formations to make it even larger than it already appeared from the outside.
There were many different groups gathered in various places. So were simply fighting in temporary arena formations, others were testing their aptitudes, others their strength, so on and so forth.
If you counted the twenty Space-Bending Realm, ten Elental Space, five Space-Ti, and one Divinity, each continent couldn’t have more than thirty-six experts trying to enter the Future Realm. Yet, inside that facility, you could see tens of thousands of experts.
So, obviously, were workers and such and would not take part in the selection, but the vast majority there definitely would. That goes to show just how many continents were taking part in it.
Zutuzoto, surprisingly, seed to be able to point out every single one of them, as long as they had sothing that could be used for identification on their bodies, like attire and emblems. He truly knew a lot.
But then, Rean also noticed sothing else. "So of these groups have way more than just thirty-six participants, and they don’t have a single Space-Ti or Divinity Realm in their midst. Are all those extra personnel just protectors, subordinates, and such?"
Zutuzoto shook his head, pointing at one of the groups. "That’s not it. Look there."
Rean and the others looked in the direction Zutuzoto pointed out. There was another group there using the sa attire with the sa emblems on their chests. That group alone had over a hundred mbers.
Zutuzoto continued. "That’s the Lograndel Multicontinental Organization emblem. Just like the Riquicious Empire, this organization has more than just one continent in its hands. However, at the end of the day, the rules set out by the Werdlem Empire are valid for each continent, not each power."
Then, Zutuzoto found the ones he was truly looking for. "Oh, there they are. Look."
Once again, Rean and the others followed Zutuzoto’s finger. Another group stood out; they all gathered around a few pieces of equipnt with many other groups from other continents. Nonetheless, they had so many more mbers that you simply couldn’t miss them.
"Those red robes and the three-feather and two-coins emblem. There is no doubt that those are the participants of the Riquicious Empire. That is not the entire group, as there are definitely more of them in other places of this facility. Not to ntion those who didn’t even co here. Still, just that bunch alone has more than three hundred mbers. So you see, the more continents you have in your books, the more participants you can get to take part in the selection," Zutuzoto comnted.
Celis was curious. "Just how many continents are under the Riquicious Empire’s rule?"
"Twenty-seven," Zutuzoto answered. "Since each continent gives you thirty-six slots total between different cultivation levels, you can be certain that the Riquicious Empire alone has exactly 972 participants. No continent of continental power would leave a single slot open for the selection. As I said, those three hundred or so experts are just a part of the real total."
As Zutuzoto told everyone more about the various groups around, Roan was focused on Sister Orb. ’So, how is it?’
[There are indeed Legendary Level Formations here. However, the formations inside this facility do not check for cultivation realms. Don’t worry, though. There are Divine and Lower Level Formations here, too, and those are easier to hack without being detected. I will use them to find out where the formations used for the selection are being kept. Just need a few hours, so you guys can go around and have so fun. As Krue’Suan said, it will be a good thing to gather more information about your future opponents.]
Roan nodded and left Sister Orb alone to do her job.
"Hum?" Suddenly, a voice echoed in their ears. "Hey, aren’t you guys from the Runia Continent?"
They all looked over and saw a man with an amicable expression on his face looking at them. Everyone recognized his attire, as it was from a nearby continent to Runia. "And you must be a participant from Guku Losail Continent, right?"
The man nodded, coming over with his group. Just like the Runia Continent and most of the other continents around, they were alone. "Indeed. We also recognized you from your Divine Military Academy’s Emblem. I’m Hose Jianxin."
Hose glanced at the twins’ group. The Runia Continent didn’t border their Guku Losail, but they are relatively close. Thus, Guku Losail obviously had its eyes on the academy. He easily recognized the four Level Five Golden Radiance Talents, and so would any other participants from nearby continents from Runia.
"And you four are the golden boys from Runia, I believe? I’m quite curious about what you can do. So, how about this? Shall we go over there and join the fun?" Hose said, pointing at the gathering where the Riquicious Empire’s big group was.
Of course, he already knew the answer. There was no way the golden boys from Runia would show their cards in this place. He only invited them out of fun.
"Sure," Rean and Kentucky nodded. "Let’s go."
Yet, Rean and Kentucky quickly walked over.
"Eh?" Hose’s group was taken aback. "R-Right! Let’s go!" Of course, they quickly followed. They wouldn’t lose that chance to check what the prodigies of the Runia Continent could do.
Roan didn’t follow, though. ’What are you doing? Try to not cause much trouble.’
Rean and Kentucky smiled. ’Where is the fun in that?’
