’Roan, you have company,’ Celis’s Divine Sense ssage reached Roan in an instant.
Roan, who was still pretending to be holding on by a thread, obviously noticed it. ’Tch... what is that woman even doing?’
Could Roan fight the man without using his real abilities? So far, he had been using Water and Dark Elent, naturally, water by controlling his Yin Energy. He even pretended to be using sothing that looked like a Water Elent Domain, although it was very weak and almost useless.
Still, because Clogan was only in the Initial Stage of the Divinity Realm, Roan would be able to hold him back with his weaker skills. After all, he had many other advantages that increased his power. Sky Energy, Celestial Bloodline, Body, and Soul, Stage Six Intent Weapons...
The problem was that doing such a thing would already be seen as hard to believe. It was one thing for Roan to hold three or four Space-Ti Realm Experts on his own and even manage to kill one in the process. If he did that after a Divinity Realm Expert joined the fray, now that would be ridiculous. So...
Roan turned around and fled!
"Wait right there!" Clogan, obviously, wouldn’t just let him go, so he increased his speed.
Roan snorted, checking on Clogan’s speed and matching it. He could stay like that for a very long ti. "I might not be your match in a battle head-on, but I’m at least confident in my ability to survive. Co, try to catch , if you can, that is." Well, that was a blatant lie. Roan could totally kill the guy pretty fast, but he won’t.
Clogan’s expression was dark. He only needed a few seconds to ’understand’ that Roan’s abilities weren’t really his strength; his speed was. ’Since when did Qufis get a hold of such a guy? Once he gets to the Divinity Realm, he will be even more annoying.’ And so, Clogan gave up the attack and focused solely on going after Roan from then on. The two soon disappeared into the distance.
The problem was that the three remaining Space-Ti Realm Experts that Roan was holding down were now free. They had to leave Roan to Clogan, and if Clogan couldn’t do anything, neither would they.
Celis was just as annoyed, though. That ans there was more work for him as well. ’Oh, fuck it! Kentucky, co here and give us a hand. Just say you were inside my Pocket Dinsional Realm all this ti or whatever. Losing this group from Qufis won’t be very good for our own plans.’
Kentucky, who was flying sowhere else with Rean and Foliana, heard that and looked at Rean. "Should I?"
Rean shrugged. "You can simply return to through the Dinsional Realm later. Celis is right that allowing Qufis to lose that battle wouldn’t be very good for us. We don’t want them to knock on the Divine Military Academy’s door later, after all. Go! Foliana and I will wait for you."
Kentucky nodded, and he disappeared. In the next instant, he appeared on the battlefield, charging in the direction of one of Celis’s enemies.
*Bang!*
*Arrrgh!*
Kentucky’s sudden arrival took everyone by surprise, and an unfortunate mber of Plovel paid the price for not expecting it.
"Hahaha!" Kentucky laughed out loud. "See?! I told you that pretending to not be here was the best choice. No one would believe I allowed you to keep inside your Pocket Dinsion Realm." More lies that no one would be able to verify and could only believe.
Then, he went after the three Space-Ti Realm Experts Roan was dealing with a mont ago. "Hello, friends! Let’s play!"
’Hey!’ Celis warned him. ’Don’t show your real abilities or appearance.’
’Oh! Right, right... I won’t do that.’ Kentucky didn’t mind, starting a fight with those three while pretending to be so kind of blue demon bird that could use the wind elent.
Once again, the fight reached a stalemate. This stalemate wouldn’t bring any benefits to Plovel Tiffori, though. It would end up in mutual destruction sooner or later.
"Enough!" Finally, Rumalwain had to admit the inevitable. "Let’s part ways here, Zonhi!"
Both sides imdiately stopped fighting, taking distance from each other. Zonhi, obviously, couldn’t wish for more. It’s just that she had to keep a strong front, too. "Hmph! I told you before this battle started that you wouldn’t gain much from it, but you didn’t want to believe . Look at this! We both lost a bunch of our forces for nothing!"
"Do you want to stop it here or not?!" Rumalwain asked seriously. "I don’t mind continuing until the end."
"I do not!" Zonhi made clear. "I just hope I won’t see your face anymore during the duration of this Future Realm oppening."
"That will depend on what happens later," Rumalwain said. "But for now, we will take our leave. Let’s go!"
Everyone returned to Rumalwain’s side, and they prepared to leave. However...
"Wait!" Zonhi didn’t forget. "What about Clogan? He went after one of mine."
"I’ll tell him to abandon pursuit through the Werdlem Network. That’s all." Finally, he began to leave the area with his group. He was furious that this attack, which should have been entirely one-sided, turned out the way it did. It was a horrible outco.
Back on Zonhi’s side, one of her companions couldn’t help but ask. "Do you think he will really tell Clogan to stop pursuing Jovenal?"
Jovenal was Roan’s fake ID na that he used to join Qufis.
"As if!" Zonhi wasn’t an idiot. "If anything, he will hope Clogan gets rid of Jovenal after seeing what he can do at his cultivation realm."
She then looked at Celis and Tanxan... and obviously Kentucky. "What about you?"
Kentucky shrugged. "We couldn’t really tell you the truth, now could we? It’s not like we trust your Qufis Alliance. Just be happy I ca out of Zende’s Dinsional Realm at all to help. And now, I’m going back in." Zende was Celis.
"Do you trust your safety to this Demon Tree?" They asked him, surprised.
Kentucky smiled. "I wouldn’t doubt him even for a second." And so, he disappeared.
Celis ignored the surprise expressions of the Qufis mbers. "So what now?"
"We recover and resu cultivation," Zonhi spoke as a matter of fact. "As for your friend, he and Clogan are already outside my Divine Sense range. I can’t leave the mbers of my Qufis Alliance alone, so I can only hope he can flee and return later."
"Oh, that’s fine then." Celis didn’t see a problem there. "He should be back in a few minutes anyway."
Zonhi snorted. Roan... or Juvenal... was strong, but he wasn’t a Divinity Realm Expert. She didn’t believe he would manage to really escape in the end.
Too bad, though. A few minutes later, Roan returned. "That guy was annoying, so it took a while to leave him behind. I can see things ended here, too. Did Tukuo co out?" Tukuo was Kentucky’s fake ID.
"He did," Celis nodded.
Roan sighed slightly. "I guess there was no helping that."
Everyone was obviously amazed to see that Roan really managed to flee from Clogan. How did he do that? None of them asked as they knew Roan/Juvenal would never tell them.
Zonhi wondered how the Runia Continent had managed to secure such high-level experts. Of course, she had nothing to complain about. If anything, the fact that they were strong helped her case. "I will make sure you bunch will be rewarded once we leave the Future Realm."
As to how they got that kind of strength, she would care about it once they left the Future Realm as well.
