“You are incapable,” Lian Jinshang shook her head, “My belt contains a chanism, and if you accidentally trigger it, you’ll be poisoned and die. I’m not lying to you, it’s true!”

He did not believe that with so many people around, a physically disabled person could cause any trouble.
Qiao Zui reached out and pulled all the iron spikes from Lian Jinshang’s body, and she scread in pain, wishing she could just die to end the suffering.

After removing all the iron spikes, Qiao Zui signaled the bodyguard to take Lian Jinshang down from the wall.

But now, finding the antidote for his uncle was the priority.
He stood up, directing Gu Chi, “Connect with Ah Jue, I want a video call with him.”
Gu Chi hesitated a bit, “But…”
“There are no buts! Connect with Ah Jue, now, imdiately!” Qiao Zui looked at him, his gaze sharp and fierce.

He took out his phone, dialed a number, and sent a video call invitation.
