Ye Xingbei glared at Gu Junzhu again.

The smile on Gu Junzhu’s face just wouldn’t fade.

He must be lucky to have these two wonderful gifts fall from the sky. They brought him endless laughter — he was overjoyed.

The “family of three” chatted and laughed along the way, soon the car drove onto the mountain road leading to the Gu Family villa.

As they were about to reach the main gate, the car slowed down and gradually ca to a halt.

Gu Junzhu furrowed his eyebrows slightly, “What’s wrong?”

Gu Chi looked back at him, “Sir, there is soone kneeling at our front gate.”

Kneeling at the gate?

Curiosity piqued, Ye Xingbei looked towards the front.

As expected, there was indeed a person kneeling right in front of the main gate.

The person was facing the villa with their back to them, so they couldn’t see his face.

But from his figure and attire, he seed to be a teenager in his teens.

Ye Xingbei tilted her head at Gu Junzhu,”Who is it? Why is he kneeling outside your house so late? Did you do sothing bad again?”

“It’s outside our house!” Gu Junzhu corrected her, “Plus, what do you an by ‘did I do sothing bad again’? When have I ever done anything bad?”

Ye Xingbei smirked, “Do you really need to list all the bad things you’ve done?”

Gu Junzhu raised an eyebrow, “Like what?”

“Like…” Ye Xingbei blushed, spat at him, “You know very well what I’m talking about!”

“Oh…” Gu Junzhu drew out his words, leaned into Ye Xingbei’s ear, and whispered, “You an the things we did in bed? If that’s considered bad, then I definitely haven’t refrained.”

Ye Xingbei forcefully pushed him away, “Gu Junzhu, get lost!”

The little Ye Yiyang looked at Ye Xingbei, eyes wide open in surprise, “Mom, you’re so fierce to Dad!”

He had never seen his mother being so fierce before.

She was the gentlest!

He blinked at Ye Xingbei, “Mommy, is this what you call ‘flirting’ with Daddy?”

Gu Junzhu burst into laughter and patted the little lad’s fluffy head, “Smart little thing, that idiom was used perfectly!”

Ye Xingbei:

You’re kidding !

Ye Xingbei looked down at her son, who was looking all dejected, “Son, could we please use idioms more carefully in the future?”

The little one scratched his head in confusion.

Dad said he used the idiom perfectly.

Mom said to be more careful about using idioms in the future.

So, was the idiom he used just now correct or not?

After so thought, he said, “Mom, I’ll morize the Idiom Dictionary when I get ho tonight!”

Once he had the Idiom Dictionary morized, he wouldn’t misuse idioms anymore and could even teach his little uncle. What a great idea!

Ye Xingbei: “…Alright, as long as it makes you happy.”

While the two were engaged in their banter, Gu Chi had already gotten out of the car to check.

A mont later, Gu Chi returned and reported: “Sir, young madam, it’s Luo Fengming, Xiang Bingzhi’s little boyfriend.”

A beautiful, delicate, and indistinguishable male or female face flashed in Ye Xingbei’s mind, “Oh, it’s him.”

That night, at the Jiang City Hotel, it was that teen who had taken her to Xiang Bingzhi’s private room. It was his tearful accounts of her drugging him, attempting to claim him, that had set Xiang Bingzhi into a rage, almost ruining her face.

Ye Xingbei curiously looked towards Gu Junzhu, “What did you do to him? Why would he kneel here?”

“I didn’t do anything to him,” Gu Junzhu shrugged, “He’s quite a pitiful kid, even though he made a mistake, considering his tragic family circumstances, I didn’t do anything to him.”

Ye Xingbei frowned, “What kind of tragic circumstances?”
