“Are you sure?” Ye Xingbei asked, “Would you like to stay in the hospital for a couple more days for observation?”
“It’s fine,” Senior Master Qi waved his hand, “I don’t have any major health issues; it’s just that I get chest tightness and shortness of breath when I’m angry. I can’t catch my breath, and I get migraines, but once I calm down, I’m fine, nothing serious.”
Ye Xingbei nodded, “Then can we take you ho?”
“No, no,” Senior Master Qi refused, “I’ll have soone from ho pick us up, don’t want to trouble you.”
“It’s no trouble,” Ye Xingbei said, “We’re heading ho too, we can drop you off.”
Unable to refuse their kindness, Senior Master Qi had to agree.
Gu Junzhu and Ye Xingbei sent Senior Master Qi and Qi Wangze back to the Qi Family.
Senior Master Qi and Qi Wangze invited their family inside as guests.
“Maybe next ti,” Ye Xingbei politely declined, “It’s too late, please rest early. We’ll co to visit you tomorrow.”
Yue Yaer looked at Senior Master Qi and said, “I’ll co tomorrow to check your pulse and help restore your health. This migraine isn’t a serious illness, it can be basically cured with two to three months of care.”
“Alright, alright,” Senior Master Qi said, “Thank you so much.”
He truly wanted to persevere for a few more years, to see his grandson grow up and protect him from being bullied by his heartless parents.
After chatting a few more words, Gu Junzhu and Ye Xingbei’s group got in the car and left.
Senior Master Qi watched them depart before holding Qi Wangze’s hand to head back.
Halfway into the yard, he suddenly rembered sothing, took out his phone, and dialed a number.
When the call connected, it was not his old friend on the line, but his old friend’s assistant.
The assistant said his old friend was in surgery and couldn’t take the call.
He had no choice but to hang up regrettably.
His old friend’s daughter-in-law, like him, had been tornted by migraines for over a decade.
Now having t soone like Yue Yaer, a Divine Doctor, he wanted to inform his old friend to let his daughter-in-law co for consultation too.
