Ye Xingbei took a shower and returned to the bedroom. Gu Junzhu had already bathed and was leaning against the headboard, waiting for her.
Seeing her co out of the bathroom, Gu Junzhu reached out his hand to her.

“But isn’t it quite possible?” Ye Xingbei retorted, “Wouldn’t anyone feel upset to suddenly learn that their biological parents had turned into foster parents, when we don’t even know who his biological parents are?”
“Xiao Shu is only five,” Gu Junzhu pinched her chin, gazing into her eyes, “Beibei, a child’s world isn’t as complicated as you think. As long as we treat him well, he can sense it. With proper guidance from us, even if Xiao Shu knows his background, all our lives will remain the sa as before; nothing will change.”
