Seething, Xiao Shumiao kicked the glass window and turned to run back inside the Western restaurant.

“Xiao Shu!” Ye Xingbei hurried after her.
“Xiao Shumiao!” Gu Junzhu, who was walking behind, stooped to pick up Xiao Shumiao as she ran towards him.
“Daddy, let go of !” Tears filled Xiao Shumiao’s eyes as she struggled fiercely.
Gu Junzhu was about to soothe her when suddenly a car charged toward him like a mad beast.
Gu Junzhu quickly stuffed Xiao Shumiao into Ye Xingbei’s arms and shoved Ye Xingbei away, “Move!”
In the blink of an eye, the car was upon him.
Ye Xingbei, pushed against the glass window, watched, breathless with fear, as the car’s hood charged fiercely towards Gu Junzhu.
Yet Gu Junzhu showed no signs of panic; with a single hand on the car hood, he executed a side flip and landed on top of the car.
