"Secret treasure?"
Lumi showed a confused expression:
"What secret treasure? Like the kind in the Underground City?"
The girl stood up, pulled her happily in a circle.
The light blue skirt blossod like petals. She said mysteriously:
"I heard from an older student that there's a hidden treasure left by a certain generation of Hero Squad on a corridor in our Saint Louis Academy Library."
"It's said that if you can find that secret corridor, you can reach a mysterious space rarely visited by anyone. Lumi, co with to find it!"
Lumi furrowed her brow and without hesitation chose to refuse.
Diana imdiately showed a hurt expression, but Lumi remained unmoved:
"Diana, the secret treasure doesn't exist."
Diana said defiantly:
"How do you know the secret treasure doesn't exist."
Lumi pointed a finger at her forehead and then said:
"Every 500 years, the Dungeon requires heroes to form squads and go on expeditions."
"Saint Louis Academy has only been established for over nine hundred years, and squads prior to two generations ago were over a thousand years ago."
"So of them beca kings of small countries, so beca the mightiest forces in their own nations, and so have already died."
"In their active tis, Saint Louis hadn't even been founded, so it's basically impossible for them to leave a treasure here."
Diana said defiantly:
"But aren't there two generations of heroes?"
Upon hearing this.
Lumi laughed.
Diana said sullenly, "What are you laughing at?"
Lumi snorted lightly, ruffling Diana's hair, said:
"The current generation of heroes hasn't been selected yet, the previous generation does have a slight chance, but..."
"But what?"
"The Saint Louis Library now was only completed five years ago, and it was connected to the main building via an airborne corridor."
"The academy head specifically designed it with a retro style, it's normal for you to misunderstand."
"Oh, so it turns out to be fake!" Diana showed a depressed expression.
"Ladies, please keep it down."
Nearby, a young boy quietly said.
"Sorry, sorry." Diana said embarrassedly, "Kulin, you're reading again?"
The young boy looked up and said, "There's no end to learning."
Diana nodded, turned to Lumi and said:
"Without a secret treasure, I'm unhappy, Lumi, co with to eat sothing."
Lumi gazed dazedly at Diana, suddenly, she smiled and said:
"Alright, where to? What to eat?"
Diana put her hands on her hips and said:
"Of course, the academy's outdoor restaurant! There's a strawberry cake there that's really really delicious."
Sitting in the outdoor restaurant, Diana enjoyed the cake blissfully.
Lumi watched her eat quietly.
"Lumi, you have so too."
Lumi shook her head and said:
"I'm not interested in sweets. You should eat less, be careful of cavities."
Diana humd, her bright eyes gazing at Lumi:
"Lumi, I'm telling you, the secret room of Saint Louis truly exists, the secret treasure is real too!"
"Diana, I've said that..."
"Lumi, do you believe ?" Diana said with a grin, "Believe in , one day a real secret treasure will appear."
"Why?"
"Because I, Diana, never tell lies."
She picked up a strawberry and stuffed it into Lumi's mouth, smiling:
"Is it sweet?"
"Sweet."
"Still tired?"
"Suddenly not so tired."
"Of course, it's my magic, the magic to eliminate fatigue!"
"You lied!"
...
In a daze.
Lumi opened her eyes, she yawned lightly, only to feel herself completely refreshed.
"That was a nice dream."
She stood up and looked at the Black Sun in the sky, shaking her head.
"The legend of the secret treasure, sure enough, doesn't exist."
