"Though everyone can participate in the Titled Preliminary Rounds, if you want to vie for the title of 14451, you must accomplish a great feat this year and rise to the Exemplary level."
Louis nodded, "I know."
Seeing Louis’s calm expression, Alice was genuinely surprised:
