【Subscribe Request】_3 Boom!

The massive weight of Fu Jinlin sent dust flying into the air.

Whoosh!

The sword slave’s Door Plank Greatsword was thrown through the crowd, its sharp blade severing the bodies of a dozen unfortunate souls.

The blood spraying from their bodies blood like gorgeous, vivid roses.

Ah!

Ah!

Ah!

Screams rose from all around, as several girls who hadn’t died imdiately began wailing on the ground.

Thud!

After slicing through the crowd, the greatsword shot out more than thirty ters and plunged into the soil.

“What’s going on?”

Fu Jinlin’s face paled with shock as he whirled around to look at the sword slave.

It was getting up from the ground.

“Didn’t we finish the sacrifice?

You even obtained the King sword, so why is it still attacking us?”

Guo Zheng didn’t understand.

Logically, the ritual contamination should have ended.

Whoosh!

Those lucky enough to have not been sliced by the greatsword scurried behind Lin Baici as if being chased by evil spirits.

“Eleven dead, four wounded!”

Xia Hongyao scanned the scene—the four who were injured were so gravely hurt that with the current ergency treatnt available, they had no chance of survival.

“What do you want to do?”

Lin Baici looked directly at the sword slave.

Although he had obtained Dragon Tooth, he had never let his guard down, stealthily monitoring the sword slave.

Sure enough, just when everyone thought it was safe and let their guard down, it made its move, grabbing the greatsword that was beside him and throwing it.

Lin Baici’s warning was already tily, yet the greatsword thrown by the sword slave was too fast for anyone to react in ti.

The sword slave, having risen to its feet, looked down with disdain at these barbarians.

“Put down the King sword, and I will allow you to leave!”

The sword slave spoke out, its voice now confident and commanding, a far cry from the subservience it had shown just monts before.

“What’s happening?

How co this monster seems to have its own consciousness?”

Guo Zheng was astonished.

Xia Hongyao frowned, recalling the information she had read, searching for similar cases.

“What if I don’t?”

Lin Baici provocatively twirled his sword.

The sword slave’s hideous face cracked into a grin, and then it charged forward.

Rattle!

The sound of chains echoed.

Ah!

The crowd was terrified, scrambling to dodge, but they quickly realized the sword slave wasn’t attacking them—it had appeared by its greatsword, pulling it from the ground.

The sword slave gripped the greatsword in its right hand, a blade so sharp and bright as frost, and held it across its chest.

Then, with its left hand, it extended its index and middle finger, slowly dragging them along the blade’s edge.

Its motions were gentle, as if caressing a lover’s black hair.

“I wonder, will my sword find your neck agreeable?”

The sword slave asked with a smile, then with a casual slash!

Whoosh!

The thick chains bound to its ankles were cut through.

The effortlessness with which it did this sent even greater panic throughout the group.

Thousand-man slayer,

Invincible general,

No more than this!

The sword slave thoroughly enjoyed the fearful expressions of these barbarians, and it suddenly realized what it could do—conquer this tribe of barbarians.

“You think you’re worthy?”

Lin Baici mocked.

“You took it; it’s only fair I take it too!”

The patch of scalp on the sword slave’s forehead, marked with the character for slave, had been cut away by Xia Hongyao, and it had regained its freedom.

Yet, it chose not to leave but continued kneeling before the monolith.

Apart from feeling lost about its future, it felt a deeper reverence for the King sword.

Submission to the King, obedience to the King, was an instinct it had been ingrained with to its very core.

Thus, it continued to kneel there, following the King’s command, guarding the King sword.

But now, this barbarian man had taken the King sword…

When it witnessed this, the supre image of kingly authority it held in its heart collapsed.

If a barbarian could take it, then why couldn’t I?

“Heh.”

Lin Baici laughed as he looked at the Dragon Tooth in his hand.

“I’ll say it one more ti, leave the people, drop the sword, or else…”

The sword slave fixed the crowd with an imperious gaze, uttering a single word, “Die!”

The onlookers turned towards Lin Baici anxiously, their lives now in his hands.

Fu Jinlin wanted to urge Lin Baici to give up the Bronze Sword, for being alive was what mattered most—indeed, this was the sentint shared by most present.

There was no need to put their lives at risk against such a horrifying creature, all for a re sword.

“Alright!”

Lin Baici casually threw out Dragon Tooth, his smile spreading, revealing eight brilliantly white teeth in the glaring sunlight.

“Eh?”

Xia Hongyao had been ready for combat, but upon hearing his words, she was taken aback—Little Linzi was not one to show such weakness.

The next mont, as King sword Dragon Tooth left his hand, it transford into a dark golden streak of light, heading straight for the sword slave.

The sword slave swung its sword to strike down Dragon Tooth, only to have it cut through its greatsword, then puncture the sword slave’s chest, piercing it clean through.

Whiz!

Instead of striking again, the flying sword simply returned to Lin Baici’s side after having killed the sword slave.

“How’s that?”

Lin Baici asked with a smile, snapping up the sword hilt and twirling another elaborate sword flower.

The sword slave looked at the King sword in Lin Baici’s hand, then down at the hole in its own chest.

With a sudden unwilling roar,

Ah!

The sword slave tried to charge, aiming to kill this barbarian man, but its body began to crumble into pieces.

Crash!

Crash!

Crash!

By the ti the sword slave took its third step, it disintegrated entirely into a pile of black dust, scattering into the air.

Clatter!

A stone the size of a walnut fell to the ground amidst the dust.

“teorite?”

Xia Hongyao’s eyes were sharp.

Upon seeing the teorite, she darted forward without hesitation.

Guo Zheng saw it too.

The stone was a pale blue, spherical, covered in strange patterns and emanating a srizing glow, indeed a teorite filled with God’s Ability.
