Capítulo 1949: Chapter 869: The Puppet Slaughterhouse (Part 2)

San Miyairi first put on a pair of gloves, then took out a quiver full of feather arrows, hanging it on her waist, and then she took out a longbow in the Dongying style.

The cherry blossom girl stood tall, bending her bow and nocking an arrow.

Swoosh!

The feather arrow left a faint trail, thudding as it pierced through a monster mannequin’s head, and then nailed into the eye socket of the one behind it.

A single arrow, two kills!

This wasn’t achieved by relying on Divine Grace or Taboo things, it was purely San Miyairi’s exceptional archery skills.

Back in her middle school days, San Miyairi had won the national kyudo championship dal.

The fisherman swung his fishing rod with vigorous might, like Lv Bu charging alone into a formation of tens of thousands, those monsters simply couldn’t stop his advance.

The team progressed steadily.

“This is exhilarating!”

The fisherman laughed heartily.

With Xia Hongyao and Lin Baici guarding the flanks, the fisherman had no worries, and could unleash his full force boldly.

Thus, this full-speed advance lasted for five whole minutes.

The fisherman hacked his way through, thoroughly enjoying it.

It was like playing one of those gas where you get stronger by spending money.

“Fellow student, sothing’s not right!”

Gu Qingqiu gazed into the distance.

“We’ve been charging for so long, yet we still haven’t seen that gate!”

San Miyairi looked back, could no longer see Wu Hongfu and Kreiser, nor could she hear the sounds of their battle, indicating two possibilities.

First, the distance had beco far, second, sothing like a ghost hitting the wall had separated everyone.

“Keep charging!”

Lin Baici commanded, at such tis, it’s most feared to hesitate.

The number of monsters was many, but their combat ability was low, the kind that even Kim Myungjin could solo two or three of them.

They ran for another ten minutes, and just when the fisherman was about to complain about not seeing the gate yet, a white wall appeared ahead.

“I see it!”

Hua Yue Yu cheered, holding the Voodoo Staff given to her by Lin Baici, each swing released a large amount of lightning, clearing the scene faster than Kim Myungjin and San Miyairi.

Having a target, everyone instinctively relaxed a bit.

“Charge! Charge! Charge!”

Li Yintong shouted excitedly.

But just five minutes later, the excitent dissipated, because that wall was still far away, and didn’t seem to be getting any closer.

“Could it be an illusion?”

The fisherman smacked his lips: “Does it an, out of the four gates, only one is real, and no matter how we run in other directions, we can’t reach them?”

“Very likely!”

Xia Hongyao nodded.

“Should we slow down the advance speed a bit?”

The fisherman looked at Lin Baici, waiting for his decision.

Running like this all the ti consud a lot of stamina.

“I’m not worried about Kreiser, I’m just afraid the real gate is in the direction of Wu Hongfu and Wang Qing, and they can’t handle it!”

San Miyairi furrowed her pretty eyebrows.

“The two of them are at least Half-Step Dragon Level, they shouldn’t be so weak, right?”

Li Yintong said, though uncertain in her heart.

Because this ti, the rule pollution encountered was triggered by a God, the intensity of the pollution was very high.

To put it unpleasantly, without Lin Baici, this temporary team would have few surviving mbers.

“Hehe!”

The cherry blossom girl chuckled, she hadn’t ntioned yet, what if the real gate was to the unvisited west, that would be a big problem.

“Keep charging!”

Lin Baici spoke.

“Alright!”

With Lin Baici’s words, the fisherman didn’t argue, focusing on being a minion.

[The direction is right, but it’s no use!]

Eater God comnted.

“???”

Lin Baici frowned, did Eater God an that those gates weren’t the key to leaving this place?

Those mannequin monsters, like mad dogs, pursued relentlessly, their combat strength low, but their desire to attack was intense.

After another ten minutes of fighting and running, they finally arrived at the base of the wall.

“My goodness, finally made it!”

The fisherman sighed heavily, without Lin Baici’s direction, he voluntarily ran toward the gate.

Seeing this, the monsters were triggered even more wildly.

“In such a rush? Looks like this is indeed the exit!”

The fisherman grabbed the door handle and turned it with force.

No response!

He then turned sideways and slamd his shoulder against the door.

Bam! Bam! Bam!

The door didn’t budge an inch.

“It won’t open!”

Brother Fish was numb: “Looks like we need to find a key!”

“Where do we find it?”

Hua Yue Yu looked at the swarm of monsters around them like ants, feeling a bit at a loss.

“There are two possibilities now: one, this door can’t be opened, two, it requires a key!”

Eri Mikami analyzed: “If it’s the latter, then the key should be on a very special monster!”

Everyone imdiately widened their eyes, looking for the glimpse of the BOSS.

“Damn trash, you dirtied the madam’s dressing room!”

The voice that previously welcod them turned into a curse, and then those mannequins charging at Lin Baici’s group began to transform.

Their bodies started swelling, each one ballooning from a normal adult size to two ters, with knotted muscles and powerful strength.

The pressure brought by these monsters doubled this ti.

Hua Yue Yu quickly waved the Voodoo Staff!

Boom! Boom!

Lightning struck them like a tickle, leaving only a scorched mark, not enough to kill them.

Bang! Bang!

The double-barreled shotgun’s scatter mode could still blow apart their bodies, but they didn’t die and kept charging with severed limbs.

“Little Linzi, think of sothing fast!”

Xia Hongyao was still strong, slicing a mannequin monster’s upper body clean off with the Black Blade Dagger, but the next mont, the monster’s corpse suddenly began to rapidly expand.

With a high ponytail, she didn’t retreat, instead kicking with her right foot repeatedly.

Bang bang!

The two halves of the expanding corpse were sent flying away and then exploded.

Boom boom!

The shockwave rolled over like a howitzer explosion.

“Damn!”

Initially, Brother Fish wanted to kill these monsters, but after seeing the explosive power, imdiately switched to knocking them away.

Fortunately, Xia Hongyao was cautious enough; had she retreated and let the monster explode here, the damage would have been considerable.

Lin Baici activated Floating Night Rain, Wild Buddha blowing a lamp.

In the air, light rain began to drizzle, but no Soul Fire ignited on these mannequin monsters’ heads, indicating that this Divine Grace couldn’t kill them.

Lin Baici swung the Wrench, knocking the monsters away, but soon they got back up and returned, and if their limbs were severed, they’d crawl, showcasing a never-give-up attitude.

“I can activate Great Divine Grace to kill so, but with so many, how long would it take?”

Eri Mikami pondered: “Can the three items we collected before be used?”

Gu Qingqiu was just about to ask that.

“Weren’t those supposed to kill the BOSS?”

Hua Yue Yu still had a gar’s mindset, thinking vital items were surely ant for the final BOSS.

“I’ll give it a try!”

Actually, Lin Baici was planning the sa.

The remote control was useless, and swinging the whip as a weapon, even if each hit was a kill, how long would that take?

The only thing left was the Dream Candle.

“You guys hold off the monsters!”

Lin Baici retreated, taking out the candle: “Brother Fish, lend your lighter!”

“Here!”

Brother Fish fished a lighter from his pocket and tossed it to Lin Baici.

Lin Baici caught it, clicked it twice to light it successfully, and quickly ignited the Dream Candle.

As the candle’s glow spread like a rising tide, the monsters touched by the light instantly cald from their frenzy. They were still attacking, but their desire to attack had significantly decreased.

“Haha, it’s working!”

Li Yintong was overjoyed.

“But this alone isn’t enough!”

Eri Mikami nocked another arrow but didn’t release, wanting to kill the BOSS.

“Should I take the candle and circle the monsters?”

Lin Baici contemplated which thod could quickly purify the contamination.

Thud!

A mannequin monster suddenly fell to the ground as if it had lost power.

“Quick, grab the corpse!”

Eri Mikami and Gu Qingqiu urged in unison, hoping to find so critical clue from the first monster to fall.

“I’ll do it!”

Despite being short, Tai i darted out, her strength apparent as she dragged the monster back by its arm.

“Miss Qingqiu, examine it!”

Eri Mikami needed to focus on the fight and didn’t have ti to check the body, trusting Gu Qingqiu to be no less competent than herself.
