After hearing Fisher narrate everything about the recent conversation with Master Tao, Helair touched her chin, exuding a look of deep concentration that subconsciously drew everyone’s gaze to her face.
Although she might seem unreliable on regular days, she was, after all, a genuine mythical species. Such a critical decision ant to shape the future was sothing she wouldn’t take lightly.
Yet, after several minutes had passed without Helair making any decision, Fisher grew impatient and bluntly asked,
"So, what’s your opinion?"
"Ah, what opinion?"
Helair’s deep contemplation was interrupted as she looked at Fisher in puzzlent, seemingly not understanding what he was talking about.
Fisher took a deep, silent breath, his irritation skyrocketing, but still restrained his emotions, rubbed his forehead, and said,
"The invitation from the Elf Duke; she wants us to enter the barrier shaped by her past, seeing the unseen content and details to identify the traitor among the Elf species... What’s your opinion?"
"Ah, opinions and such... Can’t you all make the decision? Why ask ?"
Helair blinked innocently, leaving Fisher speechless, completely uninterested in continuing the conversation with her. Even Tangze Asuka beside her let out a long sigh, sarcastically remarking,
"Just now, I thought the deep-thinking expression of Helair Angel was contemplating Master Tao’s request..."

ntioning this brought Helair’s expression back to the thoughtful look from before, she frowned and rubbed her chin in distress, saying,

Even though her face was stunningly beautiful and mature, she pretended to be cute, seemingly realizing Fisher’s distant gaze occasionally lingered, thus resorting to such tactics.
Fisher glanced at her briefly before averting his gaze, unwilling to deal with that useless troublemaking angel, shifting his focus to Mr. Gou Wen instead, and asked,
"Mr. Gou Wen, Master Tao ntioned that half a year ago, you were invited by another elf to enter the Royal Capital to attend to the Elf King?"
Mr. Gou Wen smiled helplessly in acknowledgnt, nodding, admitting,
"As I’ve said before, I’ve diagnosed the Elf King’s illness in the past, and actually it’s been more than half a year; every few years I would attend to him. To be honest, it’s remarkable he’s lasted this long. Several years ago, he was marked by death. As a life nearing demigod status, death’s approach towards him isn’t easy. I’m not sure how he’s managed till now. Even I can only offer him simple thods to ease the pain, not much useful help."
Beside him, Tangze Asuka hesitantly asked, looking at Mr. Gou Wen,
"Did you see any suspicious elves inside the Royal Capital, the transferee maybe, did you co across them?"
"No, my diagnosis of the Elf King required isolation at a very far distance, with Marquis Bai Hou staying by my side constantly, and the diagnosis process was monitored strictly by the Royal Capital’s warriors, no notable clues... Hmm, but maybe it’s not entirely devoid."
As he spoke, Mr. Gou Wen suddenly paused, seemingly recalling sothing, clapping his hands and saying,

Fisher nodded, recalling how Master Tao saw them three transferees from Wutong Country, seemingly unsurprised. Logically deduced, could the transferee who stole the World Tree Tear also have been a slave, entering the Royal Capital as a tribute from a certain elf?
